Updates to file finder and boost speed
Almost on a daily basis I am getting notification of duplicate file finder and BoostSpeed 12 has a new update. I click onto download, I see where it is downloading, but when I go to install the update it does nothing. It doesnt tell me it has completed installation or given me a notce that it failed. This has be going on since I puchased Logistics. I guess it is not my fault for not following up on this, since I'm not getting my monies worth.
If you could help to get the problem solved or tell me what I've been doing wrong, sure would appreciate it.

Making best use of the high system resource usage detected warning
Boostspeed regularly gives me a warning message, "high system resource usage detected." What should I do to most usefully take advantage of this warning?
Register errors
I just purchased BoostSpeed 12 and installed, but errords pop when I try to enter my license key. I'm going to attempt to uninstall and reinstall in the meantime.
Auslogics Boostspeed 12 problem
When I try to use the Boostspeed 12 "Maintain" tab and do a SCAN, I get a message popping up stating that it is "checking fragmentation on my F: Drive.
It should be checking fragmentation on my C: Drive. I do not want it to do anything with my F: Drive.

Pro but not Pro
Your BoostSpeed 13 software recognises I'm a Pro user on Windows 10 (my activation key comes up when I try to regitster). Why would I try to register if I'm already registered? Because the software refuses to recognise my Pro status for several of its features, such as automatic scanning. When I click the checkbox to open the features a dialogue box pops up telling me to buy Pro... even as it's displaying my license key! Really annoying.

Since my first question my problem is getting worse. Now I'm unable to open the control panel the shortcut on my desktop disappeared as I tried to open it. Troubleshooter samething. I cant get a lot of things to open anymore. Cant contact Dell, Microsoft, boost speed 13 still works, but for how long? Please help me before I chuck this thing in the garbage
