- The perceived deterioration in sound quality might be due to various factors. First, check your internet connection to ensure smooth downloads. Also, consider the format of the downloaded files; sometimes, lower-quality formats can impact sound. If possible, try downloading from Naxos using a different device or network to see if the issue persists.

General App Slowdowns:

Slow opening of all apps could indicate broader system issues.

We’d suggest a few things to try:

1. Verify and apply all available Windows updates (search Windows Update Center via Start menu).

2. Optimize internet connection using Internet Optimize: BoostSpeed > All Tools > Internet Optimizer. Select your connection speed, run the scan, and then proceed with adjusting the settings for enhanced performance.
