I have two Dymo Turbo 450 label printers. A recent Windows 10 update caused them to print blank labels. Dymo wrote new software to address the issue. When I installed the new software, my printers stopped working entirely. I blamed the new software and tried innumerable ways to fix the issue to no avail. What it turned out to be was a couple of orphaned files in their print spooler folder. I stopped the spooler, deleted the files, restarted the spooler, and all works well. Can you add that item to your software, i.e. check and remove orphaned files in the print spooler folders?

For the last week I am having issues opening any file or folder. It seems like it takes a minute or 2 for them to open. It is driving me nuts.
I have tried most of the items in https://windowsreport.com/file-explorer-slow-windows-10/ with no effect.
Anything you may provide would be appreciated!

I have WIndows 10 that is up-to-date. It has suddenly stopped displaying thumbnails of pictures (jpeg). It seems that t his is a common problem. I have taken several recommended procedures (from https://www.windowscentral.com/how-reset-thumbnail-cache-windows-10) to overcome the problem without benefit.

I've been using BoostSpeed successfully on Windows 7 for many years. It hasn't been working for the last 2 months. When it scans the disk space, it gets stuck on a temporary Skype file, and stops scanning. To fix this, I have to re-start my computer, and re-install BoostSpeed 12. My computer has been running painfully slow for the last 2 months. PLEASE HELP!

Hello, My question is this: From time to time when I right mouse button click on a file on the desktop or in a folder the computer just freezes with the little blue circle turning for like 20-30 seconds before the right click menu will pop up, it does not do it all the time and seems random and there does not seem to be a reason for this, I have followed all the tutorials online that I could find and that is even why I purchased your software but nothing seems to solve this annoying issue, hopefully you can help. How can I do Empty File delete without destroying my Document files???

I am using Windows 10 20H2 version and BoostSpeed 12 new version.
Control Panel>Security and Maintenance>Reliability Monitor activated history is not available but for 1 day, no computer
reliability and problem history is shown in the graphic display. I have a lap top computer with the same setup as my desktop
and deleted BoostSpeed 12 from the laptop. The reliability and problem history started to show up on the chart. I conclude that there is something in the BoostSpeed software that is affecting this control panel issue. Got any fixes?

Please tell me why on earth your programme needs to unmounts two drives after the defragmentation process, the one (J:\) that has been defragmented and the other one (O:\) that was not touched by any process of the defragmentation. Only restarting the Win10 operating system made the drives be mounted again, even a partitioning programme (MiniTool) did not find the drives before restart! Next question: how do I prevent this from happening again?

Trying to fix 'Enter your user name and password for th efollowing server' message - when I go into mail accounts and re-enter the password a rundll32 problem comes up. Should I run your software Auslogics Trouble shooter?
