Dear Sir/Madame,
I keep getting error 0xc1900101 on Windows Update.
It all started when I switched to new SSD 970 EVO 500GB.
Windows have had updated few times than came version 20H2 which doesn't seem to work.
Updater downloads it, instal it and then during instalation after reboot it colapses around 24%. Then it reboots and I get this error record.
The computer is DELL XPS 13 9360 with i7, 8GB ram.
It runs Windows 10 PRO 1909

After running Bootspeed for the first time in a long time, I get the error message, "The operating system is not presently configured to run this application." It affects my Bluetooth, plus it is annoying to have the error message popup on my screen every five minutes. Do you recommend that I go to "Restore Points"? I have an early February date available.

Can't scan disk space
I've been using BoostSpeed successfully on Windows 7 for many years. It hasn't been working for the last 2 months. When it scans the disk space, it gets stuck on a temporary Skype file, and stops scanning. To fix this, I have to re-start my computer, and re-install BoostSpeed 12. My computer has been running painfully slow for the last 2 months. PLEASE HELP!

Eliminar una partición creada por Windows
Mi laptop HP tiene una memoria de 120GB. De los cuales hay una partición llamada HP_RECOVERY (G) que ocupa 21GB.
Cuando adquirí la laptop traía el Windows 7, ahora tiene el Windows 10.
Todo el disco duro lo uso para instalar software, no hay archivos de ningún tipo almacenados excepto los del sistema y de las aplicaciones que tengo instaladas.
Todos los datos de otro tipo (básicamente imagenes),los manejo a través de discos duros externos.
Deseo eliminar la partición (G) con el fin de abrir más espacio en el disco duro de la laptop, ¿Es posible?
Cuando adquirí la laptop traía el Windows 7, ahora tiene el Windows 10.

Hello, My question is this: From time to time when I right mouse button click on a file on the desktop or in a folder the computer just freezes with the little blue circle turning for like 20-30 seconds before the right click menu will pop up, it does not do it all the time and seems random and there does not seem to be a reason for this, I have followed all the tutorials online that I could find and that is even why I purchased your software but nothing seems to solve this annoying issue, hopefully you can help. I can find the folder Windows Photo Viewer in my Program Files, but this folder has two subfolders (one Eng and one NL) and both are empty. I don't understand why, because I didn't was deleting them.
I heard it is possible to restore the old PhotoViewer in Win 10 , by inserting a register- script.
Can you help me to find that script ?

Windows freezes frequently
I cannot seem to resolve the freezing problem. sometimes it freezes after a very short time after start-up and occassionally it works for quite sometime before it freezes again.
Do you have any suggestios what I can do to stop this or how I can find what may be causing this.
I am not a technical person so any answer have to be spoon-fed.

How do I stop starting up when I start the computer
When I start up my computer, PCTuneUp starts up. How do I prevent this from happening.

when right click in file explorer, it load very slow
my laptop is so far no problem, but everytime when i am using the file explorer, when i right click certain file, it load for a long time. My laptop is quite new, it is nitro 5 and i don't know why this issue exist, I am looking forward to solve this issue. thanks a lot!

Unmount drives
Please tell me why on earth your programme needs to unmounts two drives after the defragmentation process, the one (J:\) that has been defragmented and the other one (O:\) that was not touched by any process of the defragmentation. Only restarting the Win10 operating system made the drives be mounted again, even a partitioning programme (MiniTool) did not find the drives before restart! Next question: how do I prevent this from happening again?

I have noticed some apps reserves too much memory for itselfs like Google Chrome,
is it possible to get Auslogic Bootspeed 12 to free some of the memory on a regular basis, for example when it reaches 85% of usage?
also it would be nice to improve memory and CPU by disabbling things that are not required when we want to get out more performance from our PC,
The BS12 RAM and CPU optimization seems to be going into that direction, but require a little bit of more control over processes?

Антивирус Касперский, ещё стоит Auslogics BoostSpeed 12.
Ноутбук куплен прошлой весной.

2. Загрузка Windows 10 на SSD увеличилась после активации программы до 3.5 - 4 минут. До этого была около 1 минуты. Разобраться в этом просто нет времени. Прошу помощи!. По внешнему виду процесс загрузки заполнился какими-то загрузками или закачками. На экране отображаетмя значек какой-то дополнительной закачки. На черном экране вращается белый круг и это долго.
System Protection Blocking the BootSpeed.
Windows 10 is blocking BootSpeed when I want to open aplikation. (runs in background). This is famous request of asking a administratotor. It strated few days ago. I tryed opening as adminstartor and switched off Defender. I am rauning bootspeed 12. It is the same on 2 komputers different brand.

почему, после того, как ваша программа предлагает мне отчистить корзину, после сканирования и предложения исправить ошибки, корзина остается не очищенной? у меня возникает подозрение, что фактически ваша программа только создает видимость работы, а на самом деле ничего не делает!
Store and related apps don't open
Al Microsoft apps including store will not open. I have attempted to restore the app ID service but get an "access denied" popup when clicking "apply". All other methods to restore the service have hailed as well. In conjunction, I am getting a notification that McAfee and Windows Defender are both turned off when McAfee is actually running.
I have windows installed on my SSD and HDD so how do I transfer data from one installation to the other without cloning
So I got and installation of windows on my SSD and HDD, but now I want to shift my files from HDD to SSD installation and then delete windows from HDD, but I don't want to clone(unless it doesn't clone windows installation and other files that I already installed on the SSD) my current installation(HDD) as it was pirated while the other one is legal, and by data I mean everything from text files to programs I installed, so I just want the user data and programs I installed to be shifted to my SSD without deleting windows from SSD and cloning the HDD one. Hi, I was currently using Boostspeed12 daily until last week when I got the message that Integrator.exe failed, I have reverted to Boostspeed11 which still seems to work although it is limited compared to 12. When will this problem in 12 be corrected?

My windows 10 always very busiy in 15-20 minutes almost every morning. I have install auslogic and it has make my workstation
far faster then. But after 2-3 weeks my workstation is back very slow / freeze and sometime s takes more than 30 minutes before it
can be used again
The disk activity always 100% in the morning for about 15-20 minutes . Have installed also the free version of AVG
