Отображение web страниц

При открытии web старниц в Хроме и Яндекс браузере часто страница сразу переходит в ее нижнюю часть. (Для перехода на верх страницы надо нажать кнопку Home на клавиатуре. )

Подозреваю, что это связано с дополнением, показывающим боковые вертикальные вкладки vtabs

Можно ли исправить это неудобство?
Удалять дополнение не хочется - оно удобное.

Fed Up with Spotify Slowness and Bloatware

Can everyone please strongly encourage Spotify to stop making their software slow and/or highly memory-intensive?

Failing that, I suggested many years ago that they should Release a Spotify Compact or Spotify Basic software option and that option is already on their Forum for voting on

Chrome isn't in Volume Mixer, Windows 10

Just starting today, YouTube, while in Google Chrome with Windows 10, won't play audio. It says the site isn't muted, as well as the browser saying that it allows audio to be played from YouTube. I checked the Volume Mixer, and Chrome won't show up at all.

Any tips/suggestions to get the browser back to Volume mixer?

Unable to to Receive Emails on Laptop and Desktop, etc

Since changing my password wuth my ISP and on Thunderbird, I am unable to receive emails on my Desktop, and now for some reason, I can n longer send them either. I also have problems with laptop, I can send but not receive emails.


Error message on Desktop: "An error occurred while sending mail, the mail server responded: SMTP.auth. Not alowed on Port 25"

Not Receiving Emails

I am no longer able to receive emails but can send them, I have heard that there could be corruption in the system, can you help with this issue?
I have tried by re-installig the software,but I find all the settings arestill there, whereas I used to have ti restore backups.

Avira keeps deleting Boost Speed and all Auslogic *.exe files as a PUA.

Hi there,

I have been on mail with Mr. Alex Bratton of your Support Team. I am a registered purchaser of the Auslogics Boost Speed software, and I have had immense trouble with installing and running it as my Avira antivirus software keeps deleting all Auslogics *.exe files as PUAs having the virus "Auslogics.o" as reported in the Avira quarantine log.

Alex had suggested that I put Auslogics on the Avira scanner EXCEPTIONS list - which I did, but to no avail. Do they have an axe to grind with your software ? I have even sent an e-mail to Avira support telling them hat Auslogics software originates from a Company having its website www.auslogics.com, and to definately check both the antecedents of the Auslogics Company and their software as genuine and not PUA - and thus I requested them to reconsider the action against yyour software exe files. Theu have not yet got back to me regarding this.

I have so far installed and re-installed your Boost Speed software over 5 times since its purchase on 28.08.2019, and each time Avira deletes the *.exe files as well as the entire Auslogics folder in the C:\Program Files (x86) path, every time I shut-down and boot-up my laptop. And all this after making Auslogics an "exception" in the antivirus and real-time protection scanner settings of the Avira software .

Could your team please have a word with the Avira development team to resolve the vixing issue, as I am most certain there will be many othercustomers worldwide using both the Avira and the Aulogics softwares and facing these issues ?

I have actually reached a point of near frustration, as both the Avira and Auslogics softwares do a great job individually, but DO NOT LIKE EACH OTHER (cannot function together) as seen on my laptop !!

Kindly update me on a solution to this problem.

It's pretty offen when my Skype cannot login or I'm unable to make any calls or send messages. My connection is fine, Windows works pretty good. Is ther any way to understand wha't going on?

Unintalled software packahe

I only use mu PC for flight simulation practive. Iecently uninstalled a program called Traffic Global. IT contined over twelve thousand files. Every time I run the Duplicate Filesprogram, the files continue to show up although I removed Traffiv Global weeks ago. Can you advise? Thanks!

BoostSpeed 13 BUG Issue

There is an aggravating "BUG" in BoostSpeed 13. A message frequently appears that states I have many TERABYTES of files in my Recycle Bin. See the attached screenshot.

I got this message today, while having less than 25 MB of files in my Recycle Bin.

Please look into this and fix this BUG.

Hello,
I have been using Boostspeed pro for years, and now the software only opens in the free version, even when I copy the activation key received in December by email.
A window appears, saying "Registered software", yet the software remains in free version.
Can you help me solve this problem?

Clearing Privacy History issues

Every day, I start the day, running Advanced System Care, then Glary Utilities, then WiseCare 365, then Auslogics Bootspeed 13, the I reboot and then run ASC again. I have been doing this now, daily, for over 3 years (updating as they are made public). 1st run of ASC... I find privacy issues and then delete them. With Glary's... I run (in Advanced) their "Erase history" under "Privacy" multiple times until I get "Zero" issues found (sometimes up to 15 times to get a zero response). Then I run WiseCare, multipl times (usually around 6 times (main page) and then Under "System Cleaner" I usually only run each section once... sometimes though I run the "Advanced Cleaner" a few times, each time returning a different number of files found and cleaned... but never getting a "zero" found result. NEXT is Auslogics Bootspeed 13 (AB13) I run the main screen, cure the findings... and then I run the "privacy" scan again... and I have done this up to 30 times in a row. The important thing hereis... each time returns a number of files found that is different than the previous time AND there is no pattern to the numbers returned either!

Looking at the past, the Neuroquila virus (circa around 1995) was the first (as far as I know) "polymorphing" virus. It created a "sacrificial virus" to "feed" any existing antivirus program on a machine so that while the antivirus was repairing the created virus the real virus could then attack the antivirus, making it, in the future, always retrun a "no virus found" message to the user. Next, as I recall... comes the concept of "nesting" where when you remove one thing another is created as that one is eliminated.

the above are just 2 examples of why I could be getting the results, daily, that I get BUT... I have stopped these programs after just doing an initial run of each and I have, many, many times stopped them short of doing an all out cleaning and I have done many "all out cleanings" (where I run each program multiple times) and there is a large difference in my end performance of the machine. PS... I do this on all 3 of the machines I have running and NO... I am not making money with my computers... I am a 71 year old man who's retired and od this for cheap thrills and to prove I haven't yet lost my sanity... thank you very much.

Sooooo.... I'd like to buy your program... but only if there's a component in it that let's me state how many times each component within it will run before it stops running.... cause sitting here and re-running these programs for over an hour everyday... just to keep my computer operating at a decent speed (2-I.7... 16 GB Mem, 500 GB SSD, 1- I.5 ... 16GB Mem, 500 GB SSD).

What I want is something I can configure to run multiple passes of the different compnents within your software so I can set it and then go do something else while it scours, re-scourts and rescours again as many times as I want it to.

auslogics driver updater causes WINDOWS 10 to be disabled

I have the Auslogics Driver updater and used it on my ACER laptop , which is only 3 years old.
The updater found 16 drivers that needed updating.
I did the updating and restarted the laptop.
The laptop then wouldnt start - I got the blue screen error message.
The only way I could get it working again, which took me 2 days, was to reset back to a restore point 2 weeks ago .

As a result I presume the driver updating never happened.
Is there anything I can do to get the Driver Updater to work without causing this significant error message?

Deleted files

When removing files to speed up the computer, BoostSpeed deleted *.wsw files essential to my business. These are a part of a software application called Website-Watcher and include several hundred "bookmarks" that took years to develop. Can you tell me where they went and how I might recover them?

My BoostSpeed app will not recognise my Pro status

Examples of this issue in the atchd doc.

My BoostSpeed is the Pro level app and it is good for another 300+ days. However, the app does not know this fact. It will not allow me access to the Pro features. It requires me to buy the Pro level features. I do not understand how the app indicates I have Pro yet at the same time the app thinks I only have the free version.

I do have and have paid for Pro for the 300 days.

When I tired to re-register the Pro license key, it indicates I'm already Pro registered. Yeah, that's obvious. Why doesn't the app know this?
