Recording locks up.
Sometimes a pop-up behind a screen that I am unaware of, like BoostSpeed, will render an application or camera immobile. How do I keep pop ups from happening? What can I do?
upgraging lost my registered status
Hi,
I upgraded my computer with a different motherboard, a new i7 cpu and new ddr4 memory, but my hard drives, my graphics card and sound card plus power supply are still the same. When I turned on my computer I see that my status went from registered to unregistered. How do I get it to be registered again. It's not a different computer, just upgraded.

What is the little red dot that appears on your tray icon? When it appears, what does it mean? How do you get rid of the red dot?

DSN resolution failing
I have an older PC and thus tought it would be good to get Auslogics Bootspeed 13
I did a scan and followed the recomendations
however I now regularily get the issue that the internet connection to my DNS server is gone
he tells me that the addr. cannot be resolved (see also screen shot in doc)
it seems to go away after a while, without me taking action? - but when it happens it hinders a lot.
could you please tell me that this can ideed be due to cleaning caches, optimizing settings though Bootspeed?
where to fix/repair?

Driver Updater on Win 11 platform
My laptop uses Win11 OS. I get notices that several drivers need update. I start Driver Updater. Shortly later I am notified Driver Updater cannot connect to sever. This only happens on Win 11,

Why won't Auslogics BoostSpeed clean norton during a scan. We really like your product but don't want lingering files from Norton when it's not being used.

¿Siempre es mejor actualizar todo el software (windows, sistema operativo, apps, drivers, etc.) a la versión más reciente que se vaya publicando? o cuando todo está funcionando en forma correcta ¿es mejor detener las actualizaciones para dejar todo como está y que se mantenga todo funcionando en forma adecuada?
DRIVER UPDATER REFUSES TO CONNECT
Any idea as to why this is happening? I have registered the program in the WIN firewall, but no success. All other Auslogics software is working without a hitch.

J'ai installé CCLEANER mais crains qu'il détruise des fichiers considérés comme étant des virus mais qui n'en sont pas comme par exemple "setup.exe". Windows Defender a complètement détruits des fichiers qui n'étaient en aucun cas des virus. Je n'ai pas réussi à les récupérer.
Dois-je craindre la même chose avec CCLEANER ?

I only use mu PC for flight simulation practive. Iecently uninstalled a program called Traffic Global. IT contined over twelve thousand files. Every time I run the Duplicate Filesprogram, the files continue to show up although I removed Traffiv Global weeks ago. Can you advise? Thanks!

Defrag and optomize problems
I have problems with defrag and optomize - it takes hours to complete the process. My previous version did not have that problem. It is so bad that i use windows defrag instead of Your defrag --- any ideas as to why???

I have been using Boostspeed pro for years, and now the software only opens in the free version, even when I copy the activation key received in December by email.
A window appears, saying "Registered software", yet the software remains in free version.

My BoostSpeed app will not recognise my Pro status
Examples of this issue in the atchd doc.
My BoostSpeed is the Pro level app and it is good for another 300+ days. However, the app does not know this fact. It will not allow me access to the Pro features. It requires me to buy the Pro level features. I do not understand how the app indicates I have Pro yet at the same time the app thinks I only have the free version.
I do have and have paid for Pro for the 300 days.
When I tired to re-register the Pro license key, it indicates I'm already Pro registered. Yeah, that's obvious. Why doesn't the app know this?

When removing files to speed up the computer, BoostSpeed deleted *.wsw files essential to my business. These are a part of a software application called Website-Watcher and include several hundred "bookmarks" that took years to develop. Can you tell me where they went and how I might recover them?

After optimization the letters on facebook or on internet websites are vey thin and hard to read. How do i return back to previous settings? Its very difficult to read text/comments on web

auslogics driver updater causes WINDOWS 10 to be disabled
I have the Auslogics Driver updater and used it on my ACER laptop , which is only 3 years old.
The updater found 16 drivers that needed updating.
I did the updating and restarted the laptop.
The laptop then wouldnt start - I got the blue screen error message.
The only way I could get it working again, which took me 2 days, was to reset back to a restore point 2 weeks ago .
As a result I presume the driver updating never happened.
Is there anything I can do to get the Driver Updater to work without causing this significant error message?

BoostSpeed wipes out VS2022 install data
Whenever I run the Boostspeed scan it wipes out all indication of my VS2022 installation. After the Boostspped run Visual Stuio VS2022 installer states there is nothing installed. Must restore with backups.
Please advise.

What do I have to add to Malewarebytes "allowed" list to get your software to run? If I run Malewarebytes it quarantienes your application.
display driver
card: geforce rtx 2060. During a recent driver update that failed the old nvidia driver was replaced by the basicdisplay.sys driver and my card is no longer even recognised by my system. Nvidia driver update fails. i've tried every fix listed, nothing works. Windows update fails with the 0x800703f1 error for everything now. You own driver updater now hangs at connecting to the cloud. I even tired a manual instal. that failed as well. How can i reinstall a display driver?
