This answer is not acceptable and tells me nothing. If the tray icon is telling me something with the red dot (NOT AN X, ITS A RED DOT!)in the lower right corner of the icon, what is it telling me since I have no way of getting an answer from the program? The dot does not go away and does not tell me what or if there is an issue and how to correct it. NEED A REAL ANSWER PLEASE!! This is the second time i have asked this question and have not been given a answer that explains it.
