Hi I have discovered that within C:\ProgramData\Auslogics\BoostSpeed\ 11.X and 12.X I have old no longer needed backup data within the Reports Folders that contain over 3GB and over 7,000 files and dating back to 2023. In my 13.x Boostspeed I can access the Reports tab and delete if I choose although I haven't. My question is can I simply delete v 11x & 12x? reports folders or all the previous editions?

I think during the privacy scan auslogics turned off the location settings on my PC and the option to turn it back on is greyed out and says it is controled.

How do I get auslogics to turn location back on so programs can use that service?

I've just done a action in bootspeed 13 after I downloaded update and it has wiped out ALL my files in my windows downloads folder so I am not very happy with this !!!! Is there anyway that I can recover these files ???? I'll leave my laptop switched on in the hope that I can get an answer from you to assist me in this recovery of the many files I have lost/

am 10.05 wurde eine Festplattenbereinigung durchgeführt. Dabei wurden Datein gelöscht, die nicht gelöscht werden sollteb. Es fehlen ganze Ordner von Dateinen, die dadurch gelöscht wurden.

Wie kann dieser vorgang wieder rückgängig gemacht werden?

es handelt sich speziell umd den "Download" ordner auf der SSD Festplatte C

Alle Daten sind gelöscht undich benötige diese jedoch.

После сканирования системы ноутбука пропал рабочий файл Excel (реестр). В справке пишет что находится не недоступном диске, просит вставить диск, хотя файл находился на ноутбуке. и появился новый пользователь, хотя я его не создавал.

I`ve recently done a deep scan with boost speed 13 which resulted in me losing all my download files from the users file. I`ve tried recovery several times using different restore points without any success. I ran advanced recovery software which tells me they have to be saved to another location. Selected drive D but still don`t see them. Is there any way i can recover my downloads with boost speed 13. ?

I tried to access tools on Boostspeed 13 but got notice "LIbrary not registered" How do I fix this?

Hi, I ran you softwarre to clean up my computer using the default settings. Shortly after I noticed my search was not working. I checked Search in the WIndows setting and found it was indexing my computer. It is partially indexed but appears to be stopping and starting. I cannot search with Windows Explorer or inside Outlook. Both give a result of nothing found. I found one of your actions was related to indexing and I restored this. However it is still the same. How do I fix this?

I have now noticed very often that my PC freezes or that memory capacities are probably fully utilized. But I can't see any evidence or the cause anywhere. I copy the PC data here at the end. I would very much like to be able to work according to my configuration again. The Windows energy-saving mode is set to off.
