Leider kann ich keine Software mit dem Programm mehr aktuallisieren es kommt immer dieselbe Fehlermeldung:
failed download failure
was verhindert die Aktuallisierung bei dem Programm.
Als Virus Programm nutze ich Kaspersky
Als Betriebssystem nutze ich Windows 10 Pro

Ma messagerie Thunderbird (plusieurs comptes actifs) semble fonctionner correctement, mais depuis quelques semaines s'ouvre une fenêtre d'erreur (en pièce jointe) dont je n'arrive pas à supprimer la cause.
Pourriez-vous m'aider ?

After using Auslogics Boot Speed 13 (Pro) and restaring the Windows, the screen becomes black.

After using Auslogics Boot Speed 13 (Pro) (scan, regedit, clean, regdefrag, disk defrag, window slimmer, internet optimisation) and restaring the Windows, the screen becomes black in a few minutes. It is possble to change open windows by Alt + Tab. Ctr + Alt + Del can recall Task Manager. But the screen is black, it is not possible to see a wallpaper, call Start menu, task bar is invisible as well. Only restart the system helps, can I fix it in another way, please?

Why is your software allready more then 4 hours busy scanning my registry. The first 1200 entries went quick but after that things are slowing down. I have 12.186 registry keys
Disk Defrag
HI,i have noticed a few times now that when all disks are checked my C; SSD disk gets stuck at around 71% and doesnt complete.All other SSD: ( D; E; ) finish. Even then when i stop the optimisation and uncheck disks E and D then try running just C; it still gets stuck. The only way then is to restart my PC and run optimisation only on C; it finishes the run. Its only a small hick up but i thought it best to make you aware of this/

è possibile utilizzare Disk Defrag in modo tale che i file di una cartella specifica siano spostati all'inizio del disco? Si tratta di un disco di soli dati VIDEO, senza APP o Sistema operativo.
Vorrei che i nuovi Video scritti fossero sempre copiati nella parte finale del disco mano a mano che questo viene riempito.
Spero di essere stato chiaro e vi ringrazio per la cortesia

Activating Software Problem
I have now come to the end of my tether with this piece of software. I have been sent a Registration Code because the software I purchased on the 14 Dec 2021 keeps on asking me to Activate Pro Version. I removed the programme from my computer and started afresh. The programme dowloaded and the after putting in my Licence Key it advised me that the programme was registered. However, there is white writing on a green backgroumd in the bottom right hand corner stating: Activate Pro Version (when pressed advises what you get with the Pro version - which I have already purchased!) I have added this as an attachement on an MS Word doc.

「Auslogics BoostSpeed Pro12」「Auslogics Driver Updater」と「Disk Defrag Ultimate」のボタンがありますが、インストールすると別途、料金が発生するのでしょうか？

I upgraded to Boost12 quicte some time ago and yet I keep getting an annoying popup on my screen to upgrade. I need this to stop and this should not count as one of my questions because it is purely an issue on your end.
Application will not recognize Pro version
Hi there,
I have an active license key and discovered today that the app reverted to the free version. I put in my license key and it notes activation to be successful, however still runs as the free version.
To note: I have been unable to access the app itself without having to go into the administrator Windows account, which is a new finding since today as well. Not sure if that's related.
Any help would be great. Thanks.

ｂｏｏｓｔＳｐｅｅｄ12を自動起動していますが、本日データを参照しようと、windows(C)とData(D)のデスクの中で、（Ｄ）に保存してあるホルダーをクリックすると、「このホルダーは空です」となってどのホルダーもデータが読み取れません。ホルダー名はきちんと表示されています。なぜこんな風になるのでしょうか。復元する方法をご教授してください。

I have the Pro Version. When I click on Help/About the window confirms that. Why to I have a green button on every screen asking me to activate the Pro Version. I even hit the button and it confirms I have the Pro and the green buttons persist. Help.

I am using SSDs optimization for my SSD drive but I found out on the internet and youtube that I should not defragment my SSD, just let window trim does the work. I would like to know if Auslogic do any good for SSD and is it gonna insert extra "write" to my SSD? If it is the case I would rather use Window trim since I saw SSD optimization also do defragment task when I optimize with Auslogic Bootspeed 12

Outlook not closing correctly

Brand new machine hi end
When I close Outlook it does close OK
But when I reopen in morning I always get message it did not close correctly "Something stopped it form closing" Do I want to restore to previuos". I click yes and it opens

recovery of duplicate files accidentaly removed
I have removed duplicate files using the software, unfortunately i lost many RAW files of the photographs instead of JPEG versions of the RAW files, I wish to recover my raw files which was deleted first from the hard drive into the recycle bin and removed from there, the RAW files are Nikon NEF files. I am enclsong the JPEG of the RAW file which was deleted, many other RAW files were also lost accidentally ,
