Dear RIProduce,
Thank you for posting your question on our forum.
In order to investigate the issue, we will need some additional information. Could you please send us Registry Cleaner debug logs and your system information? To get the logs, please:
1. Exit Registry Cleaner. Make sure that Auslogics programs are not running. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del, go to the Process Monitor and make sure that Auslogics processes are not running. If any of the processes are running, please stop them via process monitor.
2. Download and unpack the archive from here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Tg_Lij9pEpzxTc2yOn-C9rAG1WIOBZxP/view?usp=sharing and run the file Auslogics_Registry_Cleaner_10.reg, agree to add the data to the registry when prompted.
3. Then run Registry Cleaner and say ‘NO’ when it asks you if you’d like to disable the debug mode.
4. Repeat the actions that led to the issue.
5. When the PC reboots, check the C:\ProgramData\Auslogics\Registry Cleaner\10.x\Logs folder for the files with the .log extension. Archive this folder.
6. To get your system information report, press Start -> Run, type in MSINFO32 and press the Enter button. Save the report using the File -> Save menu option.
Once you’ve obtained this information, please pack it into an archive and email it at support@auslogics.com.
Thank you in advance for your assistance! We look forward to receiving the files from you so we can get to the bottom of this problem and find a solution.
