Windows Explorer Is SLOW To Search For Folders

Windows Explorer Is SLOW To Search For Folders when I try to SAVE any type of file. The Scroll Bar at left side keeps jumping up & down, then the cursor begins to spin & spin as if in a freeze mode. Finally, all of these ODD Actions STOP & CALM DOWN. Then it
FINALLY allows me to click & select the Folder I need to get into. This is STRANGE. Can you explain WHY this is happening ?? YES
-- I do use AUGLOGICS Boost Speed 13 (UPDATED) to do Maintenance & CleanUp on my Laptop (Windows 7), but still this problem does NOT want to go away. YES -- I did INDEXING Function several times on my Laptop, but still no improvement. Do You Have ANY
Suggestions for me ?? Other than to do a Complete Factory RESET of My Laptop ??

System Scan

Every time I run a system scan Boostspeed highlights the TCP/IP internet setting as needing attention. It then says it's resolved it. This occurs on every system scan run.
Any thoughts?

Background processes

I have the idea that background processes lower the framerates of my flight simulator, leading to stutters. When I examine the resource monitor, I see that about 200 background processes are running, even when totally none program is active. I cannot image why all those processes are neccessary. All those processes have names that doesn't give my any insight in what all those processes are doing. How can I find out which processes I can stop and which are mandatory?

Addressing a specific drive

Firstly, what a wonderful piece of software. Always very cautious about programmes which can permanently delete items and never apologise when deleting an incorrect one. So far this is behaving perfectly.

My question is, is it possible to adress just a specific disk, for instance, can I ask the software to only process a requirement on my I drive or any other drive.

By chance is this an Australian designed programme?

PROBLEME CONNEXION

Bonjour,

J'ai un problème de connexion tant sur ma messagerie mails (Orange) que sur certains sites qui nécessitent notamment une connexion via FRANCE CONNECT ou les banques

Je pense avoir fait un bon nettoyage par votre biais mais en même temps je ne sais pas exactement ce qu'il faudrait supprimer...
Est-ce que le fait d,avoir Google Chrome est mieux ?
Est-ce que j'ai Kaspersky et CCleaner et maintenant Auslogics, ça ne fait pas interférance
car c'est vraiment des interférances : pas toujours les mêmes blocages mais toujours en début de connexion (par ex, quand je veux changer de comptes de messagerie alors que les 3 sont sur Orange...)

Bootspeed 13 Pro | x64 version

Hello,

This is not a issue, it is a technical question about Bootspeed version availability.

I have recently installed a free version of Bootspeed 12 in my home computer. It is a nice-to-have product but noticed that it is a 32-bit version. Is a x64 PRO version also available?

Even if this is not the case, will the upcoming product version (Bootspeed 13 PRO) have a 64-bit version?

DirectPlay issue

Every since I installed Auslogics driver updater I keep getting a message that I need to install directplay. Directplay won't install on my computer and if I choose to skip the installation the attached notification constantly comes up. Is Auslogics driver updater or Bootspeed calling for this outdated windows feature. If I uninstall driver updater I don't get that notification.

BoostSpeed 12 clobbers Voice Recognition.

I am running Windows 10 Build 19042-2009 BoostSpeed 12 Pro. I use Microsofts Voice Recognition with Language Microsoft Speech Recognizer 8.0 for Windows (English - US). When I installed BoostSpeed and run the scan and resolve. It clobbers Voice Recognition. I get this error message after. "Speech recognition could not start because the language configuration is not supported.The recognizer language must match the language of the user interface." Checking the configuration shows that the language configuration is still what it was before it stopped working.

I run the rescue undo, and it still does not allow voice recgnition to run. I have to reinstall windows to get it to work. I have excluded Microsofts Speech folder from appdata and protected several keys in the registry to try to prevent this. Nothing I do seems to resolve the situation.
Please help.

I just upgraded from 10 home to 10 pro

I recently upgraded my ASUS ROG G551JW from Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Professional. After upgrading and re installing my apps, running some Auslogics tools, and updating my drivers. I seem to have like every Add On installed and a bunch of virtual this or virtual that, Vwifi and Vethernet. My External SSD (disk letter G) is gone, Ive always had the external SSD running Read and Write to basically have it help the computers performance. I cant Install some apps or change some setting because i will either get some kind of error or it saying that it cant be done on sysWOW32 or 64 im not sure, but something like that... I would greatly GREATLY APPRECIATE if a Tech at Auslogics can remote connect to my pc and take a look at what ever problems he may notice. I received 3 questions when I joined pro and this is my last available question and would really love to have someone who knows about computers, to take a look at it. THANK YOU. Stay safe everyone...

Ноутбук не включается без подключения к сети переменного тока и выключается при её отключении

Ноутбук не включается без подключения к сети переменного тока и выключается при её отключении.
Обновил всевозможные драйвера, обновил биос(правда теперь появилась надпись при запуске "Checking media...").
Проверил состояние батареи через консоль(часть отчета прикрепил файлом) и там осташееся емкость 12 октября остановилось на одном значении, т.е. батарея не заряжается и не разряжается.
Что делать в данной ситуации, чтобы ноутбуком вновь можно было пользоваться автономно?

Issues Microsoft Flight Simulator (FS2020)

Hi, I have been a customer of yours for a long time. I am satisfied with the software but now I need to ask a question or rather a report.
I have the license for 3 PCs, and on one PC I have the new MSFS FS2020 simulator. Thanks to the backup I restored the files. The problem is that after deep cleaning privacy, traces in applications, empty folders, registry files, Windows system files could no longer start the game. I thought to warn you and I hope that the problem is solved. Thanks and sorry. My configuration: CPU i7-8700.... Windows 10 PRO.... RAM 48 Gb.... HardDisk M2 NVME samsung 1Tb.... GPU RTX 2060.

battery not charging

my battery is not charging. i lost the invoice from the assus dealer in goa, india namely INTECH COMPUTERS, Porvorim, Goa. He is not giving the duplicate. checked online and saw that the warranty of this laptom expires on May 27, 2020, whereas I bought this laptop in April 2020. I smell something fishing with this dealer. took it to service centre, they say that warranty expired as above, and if at all they can help they want the invoice.

I have the new Microsoft Edge Chromium browser. Boostspeed does not recognize this browser. It will only clean Internet Explorer and the original Microsoft Edge browser. Is there an update coming with Boostspeed that will include this new browser? If so, when?

Hello Auslogics

It seems that every day I get a warning message about a new 'Daily' task being created. That task is UsoClient (see attachment). There always seems to be three occurences of this program, despite this – so I guess that it is being deleted and recreated by Windows.

No doubt this is a Windows thing, but it would be good to understand what is going on here.

Also, if I try to disable it, despite being a local admin, I get an 'insufficient privs' error (see second attachment).

If this is deemed normal behaviour and the program is trustworthy, is there a way of disabling the warning message, but just for this one program?

Paired but won't connect

I've tried everything to get my Sony bluetooth headphones to connect automatically, it is paired in "Devices" but when I switch the headphones on they wont connect, I have to go into Settings - Devices and physically connect by pressing the connect tab, I've tried going into "Services" then scrolling down to "Bluetooth Support Service", stopping it then restarting it, it just won't restart properly, the green "curtain" only goes about 15% accross before stopping i.e it has'nt restarted properely, any ideas!!!!

Crackling sound after few hours

After a few hours of my computer being on, all sounds from the PC will have crackling sounds. There is nothing in particular that triggers it. No specific amount of time before I start to hear it. It has been happening for quite some time now

Ноутбук Dell перестал распознавать оригинальное зарядное устройство Dell и АКБ не заряжается так как раньше.
Ноутбук был приобретен новым и я единственный владец. Раньше всё было в порядке. Установка вашего ПО и запуск всех инструментов пока ничего не дал. Я не могу понять в чём причина?
Ваш софт и фирменный софт Dell сообщает что АКБ находится в отличном состоянии. Сама Windows 7 pro показывает что АКБ подключена к З/У, но сообщает что АКБ не заряжается. АКБ не заряжается даже при полном выключении или перезагрузке ноутбука.
Как решение я вижу возможность также перепрошить BIOS. Пожалуйста, помогите решить вопрос.
