I have an important Question regarding with my 'Subscriptions: 1 Question: After an Year time are All my 'Subscriptions with Auslogics will Renew Automatically?...or After an Year time when my subscriptions will gonna expire should I buy New Licenses for all my Subcriptions again, I mean do i need to do it manually?again? upgraging lost my registered status
Hi,
I upgraded my computer with a different motherboard, a new i7 cpu and new ddr4 memory, but my hard drives, my graphics card and sound card plus power supply are still the same. When I turned on my computer I see that my status went from registered to unregistered. How do I get it to be registered again. It's not a different computer, just upgraded.

DSN resolution failing
I have an older PC and thus tought it would be good to get Auslogics Bootspeed 13
I did a scan and followed the recomendations
however I now regularily get the issue that the internet connection to my DNS server is gone
he tells me that the addr. cannot be resolved (see also screen shot in doc)
it seems to go away after a while, without me taking action? - but when it happens it hinders a lot.
could you please tell me that this can ideed be due to cleaning caches, optimizing settings though Bootspeed?
where to fix/repair?

Driver Updater on Win 11 platform
My laptop uses Win11 OS. I get notices that several drivers need update. I start Driver Updater. Shortly later I am notified Driver Updater cannot connect to sever. This only happens on Win 11,

BoostSpeed always errors off
I installed 3 times and did 3 scans but each time it said:
Error EDrive not found Exception. Drive could not be found.

BoostSpeed11でスキャン、不具合解決をするとGoogleDriveが終了する
お世話になります。
BoostSpeed11のダッシュボードからスキャン、表示された問題を解決すると、インストールされている「GoogleDrive」が終了します。
割り当ててある仮想ドライブも消え、タスクバーのアイコンも消えてGoogleDriveが機能しません。GoogleDriveの再起動も出来ません。
GoogleDriveが終了した時点でGoogleDriveアプリのプログラム自体は削除されないので、
コントロールパネル、プログラムと機能から削除→再起動→ログイン→再インストールが必要になります。
GoogleDriveのインストールフォルダや関連すると思われるレジストリをスキャン対象から除外しましたが、この問題は解決しません。
何か良い方法があれば教えて下さい。

software updates
in the last few weeks I have purchased several of Auslogics software programs. Since I began using the software, 3 of the programs have been updated with an additional cost. When I originally subscribed to the software I did not expect to have to pay for updates
only after a yearly subscription and the a possible update of the price.Although I have found the software to be good, the prices are somewhat higher than other products on the market such as CCleaner, Malwarebytes and F Secure which I also use with fixed prices for a yearly subscripton withou additional costs for updates. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING THE SOFTWARE AFTER THE ALLOCATED PERIOD BECAUSE MY FEELING IS THAT THE TOTAL PACKAGE YOU PROVIDE IS NOT VALUE FOR THE COST INVOLVED.
PLEASE RESPOND TO MY COMMENTS AS ABOVE. I ALSO APPRECIATE THAT AUSLOGICS SOFTWARE ALLOWS INCREASED MANAGEMENT OF MY WINDOWS 10 PC , HOWEVER I AM NOT CONVINCED THE EXTRA COST IS WARRANTED.

Seul l'utlisateur ADMINISTRATEUR peut la suprimmer via le gestionaire de tâches en faisant FIN DE TÂCHE sur 2 applications Gigabyte.

I am the Ceo of 4 companies in south africa you can look up mark webb ceo south africa on linkadin I have been using your amazing product for many years please refer to my account the reason i am writing to you is i find the way you go about bringing out boostspeed 13 then giving me a discount is in my opionion not the best way to keep customers comming back
i have +- 180 days left in 12 you bring out 13 and offer me a discount to me this is not right i paid for 12 i still have 180 days left what i feel you should of done rather was to allow me to upgrade free to 13 but only keep 180 days when it expires guess what i will buy a new 13 license
or how about you look at each person account to see how long they have supported your product and then give them a low low upgrade price my price in south afdrican rands is +- 360 rand i have refered numerous employees to use your product because i can stand behind it knowing how good it is

Disk Defrag 11 - Wipe disk blank area function reports 100%, but doesn't actually finish
I know that wiping a large HD can take time, but it reached 100%, the program never repotred it finished. I let it continue to run nearly 12 hours after it reached the 99-100% point. I couldnt close the program either, so I restarted the PC in order to close the program. Dell Percision T3500, 24GB RAM, 8 core Xeon W3540, Win10 x64 on SSD. Everything else runs well. I'm using the paid version of Disk Defrag 11.

When I do a scan, it comes back and tells me xxxx amount of junk to be cleaned and fragmented. When I click recolvder all, 90% of the junk is removed. I cleaned junk files and it said xxxx amount of files and it cleaned all but 91 mg. I therefore have to clean 2 or 3 times to remove all. WHY? I have paid for this version and it is not updated. Please advise.
