Drive error alert but the scan shows nothing

Hello,

In the menu that pops up when I hover the BoostSpeed icon in the system tray there is information that I have a drive error. I have run the standard disk scan but it doesn't show any errors on any of my drives.
Should I run a deep scan?
I have decided to bother you with this and not simply run the deep scan because I have had a number of situations with various computer equipment that could be descrived as "unlucky" and I am reluctant to do anything that isn't necesarry to my system.

Displaying wrong color/crap in photos

Hello
After using boost speed I discover that my paintshop pro and canon software dont display photos properly.
As you can see in attached file it is totaly wrong and also on canon.
I have done a complete reinstallation af paintshop pro according to advice from corel and it didn help.
So boostspeed has done something, but I dont know where to restore from.
Please help.

Wireless not working

I ran a cleanup of the system yesterday and it siad it would enter a new driver for me. I said OK and now the wireless is not working. I have reinstalled all files that I thought may contain the information to no avail. What can I do to rsolve this?

Time Lag with using both mouse and keyboard; Slow Computer

Can you tell me how to fix wireless mouse and keyboard lag? My computer is running slow and ran One Click Scanner, Updated all BIOS firmware, Windows 10 and Device Drivers, ran virus and malware applications, did a clean install of Windows 10, eliminated and reinstalled mouse and keyboard drivers, replaced monitor, graphics card and its driver, defragged drives, removed cloud-based backup storage, and removed non-essential processes and software.

At this point, I'm about ready to pull all my hair out. I can't seem to find the cause. The only finding has been:

Taboptimizer is causing a 32 bit program to crash

How do I disable Taboptimizer in BoostSpeed 11. I have verified that is is a program in the BoostSpeed directory on the Windows 10 computer. If I do not run BoostSpeed, then I do not have the problem. I can send crash logs if that helps. I would rather just disable Taboptimizer or not use it.

Unable to to Receive Emails on Laptop and Desktop, etc

Since changing my password wuth my ISP and on Thunderbird, I am unable to receive emails on my Desktop, and now for some reason, I can n longer send them either. I also have problems with laptop, I can send but not receive emails.


Error message on Desktop: "An error occurred while sending mail, the mail server responded: SMTP.auth. Not alowed on Port 25"

Not Receiving Emails

I am no longer able to receive emails but can send them, I have heard that there could be corruption in the system, can you help with this issue?
I have tried by re-installig the software,but I find all the settings arestill there, whereas I used to have ti restore backups.

Avira keeps deleting Boost Speed and all Auslogic *.exe files as a PUA.

Hi there,

I have been on mail with Mr. Alex Bratton of your Support Team. I am a registered purchaser of the Auslogics Boost Speed software, and I have had immense trouble with installing and running it as my Avira antivirus software keeps deleting all Auslogics *.exe files as PUAs having the virus "Auslogics.o" as reported in the Avira quarantine log.

Alex had suggested that I put Auslogics on the Avira scanner EXCEPTIONS list - which I did, but to no avail. Do they have an axe to grind with your software ? I have even sent an e-mail to Avira support telling them hat Auslogics software originates from a Company having its website www.auslogics.com, and to definately check both the antecedents of the Auslogics Company and their software as genuine and not PUA - and thus I requested them to reconsider the action against yyour software exe files. Theu have not yet got back to me regarding this.

I have so far installed and re-installed your Boost Speed software over 5 times since its purchase on 28.08.2019, and each time Avira deletes the *.exe files as well as the entire Auslogics folder in the C:\Program Files (x86) path, every time I shut-down and boot-up my laptop. And all this after making Auslogics an "exception" in the antivirus and real-time protection scanner settings of the Avira software .

Could your team please have a word with the Avira development team to resolve the vixing issue, as I am most certain there will be many othercustomers worldwide using both the Avira and the Aulogics softwares and facing these issues ?

I have actually reached a point of near frustration, as both the Avira and Auslogics softwares do a great job individually, but DO NOT LIKE EACH OTHER (cannot function together) as seen on my laptop !!

Kindly update me on a solution to this problem.

Having to re-enter my Microsoft account info many times.....

Like your program. However it knocks off all Microsoft "connections" making me have to re-enter my PW frequently to stay signed in to my account. Getting annoying.

Windows 10 Restart Stalls

I recently had to do a Windows re-install (repair technician did in shop) because of BSOD issue related to dell driver. I bought BoostSpeed 11 to try keep my PC in good operating condition and help with many of the Windows issues including fixing a restart problem. Since the re-install of windows, restart actually restarted just once. Now when try restart it just goes through the motions, on screen message says restarting windows and monitor goes dark (power is on) but restart does not happen. I wait 5 minutes and then press power button to shutdown. I repress power button to bring windows back on. Windows 10, using this method takes usually between 45 to 60 seconds.

If it wasn't for windows updates I could live with not using the restart option. However, windows update requires the restart so I expect it to fail each time there is an update. Recently did scan and did the suggested tweaks in the Maintain section of BoostSpeed 11. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Cannot use keyboard Up and Down arrows in Windows Clipboard History since today.

I have been using windows clipboard daily as a part of my routine, always used to copy my contents using that. But now when i use Windows+V the Clipboard manager pops up left or right of the screen and when i use arrow keys chrome is scrolling(Copying contents to chrome).
Earlier i selected the copied contents using arrow keys and used Enter key to enter the data, Now its not working, i need to use mouse every single time.

cleaning done or not done?

Each time when I do a manual clean of: one click scanner, reg cleaner, duplicate file finder, deep disk cleaner, the page displays the following message.
This has not been cleaned since (date), Also, immediately after the internet optimiser has been run and optimised and rebooted it requires another scan to optimise straight after the reboot.
I looks as if the program does all the tasks required but does not record it as being done.

Problem with VPN

I ran a scan using the new version of the software and now I can't get any VPN to run. I uninstalled the Mozzila one and attempt to reinstall it simply hangs. I also couldn't get back into Windows without having to change my Microsoft password - the pin wasn't rconginized. At this point I'm not sure where to go.

Blank Windows Security Window

Recently had a SSD disk fail and had to have my new one imaged with Windows 11. Since then, Windows Defender shows only a blank window, as does the new MS Defender preview. I've tried everything posted online short of doing a reset and having to reload all of my software (painful because in some cases that means persuading a company to let me reuse a license key and because it tkes forever, even just for Office 365 and Adobe CC. Is there anything worth trying before I give up and do that? I'm new to BoostSpeed and might have missed something there, but I did clean out garbage from the registry, among other things.

Suggestions wecome. My understanding is that Defender is operating but not lettting me see that it is operating. I wish I could be sure of that.

Hello Auslogics

This is not a question for you, merely an idea for additional software functionality. I think it could be a great feature.

I sometimes look at Event Logs for my Windows 10 PC, usually filtering out 'Information' type logs.

There are often events there that are errors. Sometimes these errors are happening thousands of times a day, but they happen silently and do not appear to impact my day to day work. But they must be hurting performance.

But if there was an 'Analyse Event Log Results' feature in BoostSpeed, which provided helpful feedback to users about those errors and suggested ways of resolving them, I would definitely use it.

I bet it would not be easy though!

I am not getting full gigabit speed on only my computer.

Hello all, happy holidays!

Unfortunately things aren't so smooth for me right now, I have just installed gigabit internet in my home, but I'm having the problem that my computer is not getting the full speed. I know the modem is putting out 940 average, because I have an eero Pro connected to it and that reads 940, and my dad's laptop on wired connection also reads 900 average, it is only my computer that is not getting the full speed on the same wired connection. It gets on average 250 Mbps, sometimes stooping lower and upload is always the same speed at 40 Mbps up.

I am using a Cat6 cable not 5 ft from the standard xfinity modem, I have reset my network settings and flushed my DNS. I have used DNS Benchmark to make a custom list of the fastest DNS Servers for me. I have downloaded and check my ethernet adapter with Intel PROSET and everything checks out. My adapter has a max speed of 1 Gbps (Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (2) I218-V). I have run virus and malware scans and came out clean. I have tried disabling windows firewall and running only ipv4 or 6. Among other things I have tried A LOT of troubleshooting and my knowledge has limited me at this point

Super slow opening of files and folders

For the last week I am having issues opening any file or folder. It seems like it takes a minute or 2 for them to open. It is driving me nuts.

after todays update the sound icon when clicked upon appears ok but as soon as the mouse is moved to adjust the sound the icon disappears

Microsoft Store no longer works or appears under apps!

Dear team,

Recently I was having problems with Microsoft Store that it kept giving an error message when updating apps (can't remember which one eaxctly). So I reset it as per advice on various forums but since then Microsoft Store has disappeared from Apps and no longer works at all!

Please help / advise.
