Why I am seriously upset
Why woud you duplicate file finder delete the original video file from my computer instead of the empty file with the same name in itunes and leave me with all my videos gone and a bunch of movies I can not use or watch in itunes

Start Menu Disappeared
A few weeks ago while using Windows 10 on my desktop computer, the monitor momentarily went black then came back on. But since then the Start Menu is totally missing. After clicking on Start button, an error message comes up now.

Ну грубо говоря программа обновлялась апдейтером, и по завершению обновления запустилась, таким образом переключив фокус на себя

I've uninstalled and reinstalled boostpeed 11 four times now. Is there a bug on the task scheduler. it's kee[s crashing the program. and I have to manually start the maintenanace daily now.

I am having trouble with finding info relative to my specific situation. I own an Asus ROG Strix GL553VD with 16 GB ram and it came with the 1 TB HDD. Ive since upgraded it to a 500 GB SSD by WD Blue as of recetly Ive also added a 120 GB NVMe m.2 SSD and Id really like to be ablr to add my whole windows OS and boot from it to achieve faster results plus Ive heard its less stress on your main drive. I recently tried copying the windows folder to it (and all 26 or so GB that it held) onto the new SSD and that obv didnt work. I have AOMEI partition pro and back upper but my Windows OS isnt on its own partition on C drive and Im finding nothing about migrating just those files or how to create a partition of just those files and I see nothing about migrating from SSD to a different SSD. i get a message on my laptop for a new verion of boostspeed 11 pro. when i click lon the link and try to update, i get a purchase screen.
so, how do i update without repurchasing the software
I think it's device issue, like my pc is just stuttering randomly for no reason
So my pc stutters randomly for one second or less or more, when im idle watching yt it happens for no reason, and when im playing games it happens more often and bc of it i can't play games smoothly and it wasn't like that before.

AUSOLOGICS 12 UPDATE NOTIFCATION
Dear Support, I have Auslogics Boostspeed 12 on my machine. There was a flash on the screen of 12.2.0.0 a recommended update.
So my question is there was nothing in that flash update telling me if its a to pay for update or for free. This need to be shown in my book. Do you see where I am coming from with this? It shows what the big fixes are with the new update but yet nothing about if you hit the link if there is a small payment involved. This needs to be incorporated as part of any firmware update in my book. Regards Paul

VPN FortiClient
I must use FortiClient VPN to work and communicate with one of my jobs, at Southern Cross University, (SCU). Until yesterday it worked fine.
I have just installed the lastest version in an attempt to resolve the non-connection issue.
Is there a setting in Auslogics BoostSpeed that might affect that VPN?
Any suggestions.
I run BoostSpeed and just accept whatever 'fixes' it suggests, the default or automatic, as I am not wise enough to adjust anything myself.
Could doing that have broken something or blocked the VPN?
I am nervous that Auslogics-Boostspeed is being over active in cleansing my system, of things that I actually need to maintain, like the Forticleint VPN. Firewall settings area mystery to me. I dont change them because I do not know what I am doing.
