False alarms

I have this problem for many years now and I cannot find out what’s happening. When I start Windows, I hear a number of times the ding dong sound of hardware that is connecting and disconnecting. When I look into the Control Panel > Devices and printers, I see an icon showing up and disappearing. The label says: Unknown USB device (Device Descriptor Request failed). I checked all hardware connected to the PC more than once and for each piece of hardware there’s is an icon in the Control Panel. So I really don’t know to which piece of hardware this additional icon is related. After about 20 ding dongs, the sounds stops by itself. Sometimes this issue has gone for some time, but it returns as suddenly as it has been gone.
Any comment on this issue would be appreciated.

Windows Event Viewer and Auslogics BoostSpeed 12

I am having ongoing issues with my MSI GL65 Leopard suddenly "freezing" (GUI becomes totally unresponsive) while I am streaming, using cloud drives (One Drive, SharePoint, etc) or have multiple applications running in Windows (Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Word, etc). I am forced to to hit the power button and reboot -- often losing my work in the progress.

It is not a hardware issue as I have 32G Ram with an Intel i7. I check the Windows Event Viewer and persistently see issues with the "Cloud Files Diagnostic Event Listener", and the application-specific permission settings in COM Server Application.

Is there a way (or a tool in Auslogics) to use the info I find in the WIndows Viewer to address these or any other issues? Is there a Windows Event Viewer diagnostic tool I am unaware of? Am I barking up the wrong tree in using Windows Event Viewer and the real issue is elsewhere and there's a better way to identify the issue?

I am only associating the freezes with these issues because they usually occur right before Critical Error freeze occurs.

when right click in file explorer, it load very slow

my laptop is so far no problem, but everytime when i am using the file explorer, when i right click certain file, it load for a long time. My laptop is quite new, it is nitro 5 and i don't know why this issue exist, I am looking forward to solve this issue. thanks a lot!

All your product/services come as individuals and yet the best features are the one recommending one another. My question is, Why don't you make a Premium Product that covers at least three or four at best of those top rated/recommended softwares into one individual "Auslogics Armored AI" or something like that?

Reason I'm asking this, I'm broke.

Contex menu delay on desktop shortcuts and explorer folders

When I right click on a shortcut on the desktop or on a file folder in the file explorer it can take up to 2 minutes to come up. Once it does everything exicutes normaly. If I right click on an empty space on the desktop or on a file in the explorer the contex menu works as it should.
I have uninstalled cortana, disabled all contex menu options with this program, and checked and repaired all regestery items. I don't have any idea what else to do. I use the right mouse click a lot and when the delay happens it is very disruptive to workflow.

letters are very thin -hard to read

Dear Sir/Madam
After optimization the letters on facebook or on internet websites are vey thin and hard to read. How do i return back to previous settings? Its very difficult to read text/comments on web

How do i revert back changes
I have attach a typical page with current letter style. Can it be made more visible ? not bigger just more clear

Windows 10 Pro Licencia Retail - No actualiza versión 21H2 - Error 0x800f0922

Recientemente adquirí Licencia Windows 10 Pro.
Introduje el nuevo código de la Licencia en Actualización y Seguridad/Activación/Cambio de licencia.

Regularmente la Actualización solicita Reinicio.
Cuando se lleva a cabo sigue los pasos de Descarga, Instalación, luego Reinicio.
Durante el Reinicio la pantalla deja ver:
"Buscando actualizaciones", "Instalando" (se ve la evolución porcentual) y cuando casi llega a 100%; "No pudimos instalar actualizaciones", "No apague el equipo"
Luego Reinicia nuevamente y se repite lo mencionado.
Y finalmente abre la pantalla de presentación Windows.

Al revisar de nuevo el menú de Actualizaciones, aparece error 0x800f90922.

Aunque ejecuté diversas operaciones (vistas en Youtube), ninguna me dio resultado.

Es posible su ayuda para solucionar éste problema?, por favor.

ファイル C:\Users\BAMOTO\Desktop\●●画像●●\新しいフォルダー (6) のバックアップ中に問題が発生しました。
エラー:(STATUS_WAIT_2 (0x80070002))

バックアップとるとこのエラーが出てバックアップに支障が出ています
どうにかなりませんでしょうか?
ネットで調べてもこれと言って解決策が見つかりません

このエラーがこのソフトで解消できるようになればよいのですが

Defrag Ultimate

I have Boostspeed 12.

Is there any benefit in having Defrag Ultimate? Boostspeed 12 includes defrag. Can Defrag Ultimate do anything the defrag in Boostspeed can't do?

Is Defrag Ultimate only intended to be used with Boostspeed 11, and earlier versions of Boostspeed?

transferring data and Auslogics

Hi. This may be out of your field, but...

I am relaunching a small nonprofit. Part of the process is transferring files from a worn out laptop (using now) to a newer refurbished one. I'm using the free version of Auslogics Speed to clean up the old laptop before transferring data to new. We will be subscribing to the paid version for the newer laptop after I get the transfer done.

In the past, I've had to have someone transfer data using specific cables. Is there an Auslogics or other software that can be used to do the transfer without hardwiring? Novice here techwise. And, it's always been my experience that no matter how successful the data transfer, the folder and files have to be manually reconstructed. A work-around would be great.

I need t leave home now but will return about 4:30 Pacific. Yes, I know that's asking a lot, so I appreciate whatever you can share about the challenges I'm facing.

BoostSpeed wipes out VS2022 install data

Whenever I run the Boostspeed scan it wipes out all indication of my VS2022 installation. After the Boostspped run Visual Stuio VS2022 installer states there is nothing installed. Must restore with backups.

Please advise.

Windows 10 not shutting down, keeps restarting

When I shut down (even Shift + shutdown or hibernate) the computer (i5-4460 with 16 GB Ram, ASUS H97m PLUS) the PC instantly reboots. Have to do hard shutdown with power button.
I have tried a few "fixes", e.g.
In Startup and recovery, used "Restart" for clean start,
Start in "Safe Mode",
Untick "Automatic restart",
Removed or substituted all devices, hard drives plus mouse and keyboard, even monitor and RAM, except Graphics card - no fix. Defragged and scanned hard drives for errors.
Pressed power button with power disconnected.
Re-installed Windows and updated.
All fans and heatsinks not clogged with dust.
Edited Registry = "No Auto Reboot With Logged On User"!

I have recent system images saved but none before the problem started!

Won't allow install

I hated too waste a question, I'm running version 12.0.0.4.
When i try to update to newer version 12.2.0.0 the screen blinks off and then back on.
I have tried the two arrows lower rignt corner only blinks and returns to same window i'm on.
When i go too tools and use the update button i geet the same result, flash on screen and back to same screen.

WordPad problem

Have tried (for years) to learn WORDPAD to start-up in landscape and not portrait. That goes for saving 'in Landscape' and seeing it change to Portrait when opening the member. (HRMPF)

Think, it's the only problem I have with my PC and now ALL problems in the future are taken good care of with your comprehensive

Internet Explorer re install

Bonjour !

J'ai besoin d'utiliser internet Explorer pour activer un service (système d'authentification qui ne fonctionne qu'avec IE)
Or je ne trouve plus IE sur mon poste. Il n'apparait pas dans Panneau de configuration\Tous les Panneaux de configuration\Programmes et fonctionnalités\Activer ou désactiver des fonctionnalités windows

Je ne me souviens plus comment je n'ai dé"sisntallé, et je me demandais :
- si c'est un tweak de Bootspeed qui l'a désinstallé?
- comme faire pour le ré installer?

J'ai essayé de le re téléchargé en online et en offline mais impossible de termienr l'installation. Soit un message me dit qu'une version plus récente est installée, (Edge), soit l'installation s'arrête sans message d'erreur.

数分後 画面に「修復している」と出る
その後様々な修復Optionが出るが、起動していないので何もできない
。。

RDP keeps disabling on every machine that has boostspeed installed

I have my own domain with a virtual environment as well as several physical endpoints (mostly laptops). None of the virtual machines have boostpseed installed, only the majority of the physical machines. I have RDP enabled by group policy.

I notice that intermittently (seems to do it when it wants to), if I reboot a laptop or other physical endpoint, the machine will boot up with the "termservice" disabled, even though groupm policy enforces this to be on.

After troubleshooting group policy, uninstalling all other security software, and weeks of various other troubleshooting methods, the only commonality I can find is that all the machines that do this have boostspeed installed.

And followed the instructions there. I also turned off the performance monitor in boostspeed via the settings, but the issue is still persisting. My next step I guess is to uninstall boostspeed from all of my machines but I figured I would reach out before I give up on the product.

empty folder cleaner

Hi. When i go into empty folder cleaner it will find; i.e *582 empty folders, i press delete, and when its finished it says 520 empty folders found and deleted 258 of them. They go to the recycle bin, which i then empty, but when i do a re-search for empty folders they are all back again. It never actually clears the whole amounts found. *These are the actual readings of my last scan, but the numbers are very close to what they are with every scan. Can you help please? Clive

ANTI-MALWARE PROGRAM CONFLICT W/NORTON SECURITY

Hello - I have your Auslogics Anti-Maleware program and recently added Norton Security. Norton security runs scans in the backgound and for some reason goes after the anti-malware prgram, esentially erasing it. However it leaves my Auslogics BoosSpeed & Auslogics Driver Update prgrams alone, so they continue to run fine. Now every day I have to re-load the anti-malwar program.
I went into Norton checking the Virus & Firewall settings which are set to "allow" your anti-malway program , but it still continues to erase the entire anti-malware application. Do you have any ideas on how to fix this in Norton..?

default_error_stack

While running the BoostSpeed full system scan, it was taking forever, (around 50 minutes to get to 25% of scanning files). I checked the details and found that it was working its way through the default_error_stack files (several hundred thousand of them) in the windows\system32 folder. because of this I stopped the scan and now need to know how to get rid of these files or get BoostSped to bypass them

Hello Auslogics

It seems that every day I get a warning message about a new 'Daily' task being created. That task is UsoClient (see attachment). There always seems to be three occurences of this program, despite this – so I guess that it is being deleted and recreated by Windows.

No doubt this is a Windows thing, but it would be good to understand what is going on here.

Also, if I try to disable it, despite being a local admin, I get an 'insufficient privs' error (see second attachment).

If this is deemed normal behaviour and the program is trustworthy, is there a way of disabling the warning message, but just for this one program?

Two issues:Text freezes and unsatisfactory settings

ever since installing this program and running it i'm very unsatified. Cannot type properly - text freezes every few letters and have to click the page with mouse to continue.
Also - despite my choice of most comfertable writing thumbnail - set my screen too bright with choppy text.
