After Auslogics did some repairs, alot doesnt work

The Windows Insider Program is a beta program. It's where Microsoft can release unfinished, buggy code to the public for testing and to garner feedback. As such, sometimes, your PC may become less stable depending on the build Microsoft has released. For the most part, this isn't an issue as Microsoft doesn't usually release builds with any major bugs. However, participation in the Windows Insider Program suggests that if there are any issues caused by the program, responsibility for those issues rests solely with a participant. The Windows Insider Program is meant for technical specialists as it’s used to test experimental and pre-release software from Microsoft that, in many cases, don’t apply to the rest of the users. We recommend reinstalling your OS and opting out of the Windows Insider Program if you are not ready to risk your OS and PC data.

As to other issues, we can assure you that Auslogics BoostSpeed doesn’t create new Windows accounts, rename devices, slow down the system, or change programs’ paths.

To determine if Auslogics BoostSpeed caused the issues, please try to revert changes made by the program:

1. Open Auslogics BoostSpeed.

2. Click on the diskette icon at the bottom-right of the main program window.

3. Once Rescue Center is open, select a backup from the list and click ‘Restore’ button.

This will bring back the original settings on your computer.

In addition, we strongly recommend carefully reading descriptions and advice the program provides before proceeding with any actions to make sure that you agree with possible consequences.

Im not a Wndows Insider! I cant. It wont allow me to because send diagnostic data has to be set to Full and mine is at basic. in yellow above. it says i cant change it to full because i dont have the authority to do that or my organizor is not allowing me. Ive never had so many yellow font explainations that things are locked. they never were before. and the windows insider is the least of my problems. what about the other 8 problems i spoke about. how i cant type in any windows app or the task bar without hitting windows key + R and C:\Windows\System32\ctfmon.exe or how my file explorer is all out of place... some parts are locked, some are just greyed out, i get errors that there is no wim or something like that error 87 . and so many other problems that i never ever had before. and ok i understand that it you say auslogics doesnt change any of that. but it did something. and i cant figure out why or how to fix anything. And i had a Auslogic agent remote connect to my computer about a month ago. and since then, my computer is all locked up. i watched him go in and create a new profile or something and selected my same account and opened the same exact new one. something like that... i believe with the money i spent on auslogics, i got 2 free question with windows or device problems...and unlimited questions regarding Auslogics...

i need remote assistance from someone that KNOWS what there doing unlike the other agent

there are so many problem and 80% of my problems occure out of the blue and i did not sit there and write down each error i encountered after running the software on my new ASUS G551JW fully upgraded with 1 T SSD and 16 GB DDR3. Never had any problems. I ran a few of the clean up and maintain functions and some tools in boostspeed pro 11 and drivers from Auslogics Driver Updater, which also caused my intel(R) 4600 display addapter and some side web band 10. both to have errors and after reverting back they are still messed up. I purchased this product because as advertised, there will be remote assistance. Now that you are saying there is no remote help, and to post my questions in the comminity? 1, anyone. even the free version people can ask questions in the communtity. 2, That means that i paid for a service that was advertised and am not receiving it. I dont believe anyone reached out to me 30 days prior to this change in your policy and terms. If i am wrong and I check my email and i was notified, I am sorry. But im almost positive i was not informed of this MAJOR change. it may not be major in others eyes, but it was the selling point for me and something that lead me to buy it because i was looking for some sort of remote assistance just incase i ever needed it. Now I need it and i can't receive it???? Thats a violation of Consomer Protection Rights, COPRA With U.S Safe Web Intergrated, and FTC Chapter 1 sec. 3 4 and 5.
