Can't open typing software after using BoostSpeed
Dear Sir / Madam,
I am a new user of your company's product - Auslogics BoostSpeed. After I use the boostSpeed, I can't open and use my Chinese typing software (倉頡 and 速成) in window 10.
I went to the Setup > Time and language > language, and still can't find a way to open it.
In BoostSpeed, I don't know how to undo it, so I can use my Chinese typing again.
Please help me solve this problem. Thanks.

How to recover files all at once?
I used the file recovery service - your program found about 46000 deleted files (be somebody or a virus). How can I tell the program to recover all the files, w/o marking the 46000 foles one by one?
BoostSpeed Scheduler error 0x80070002
Attempting to schedule automatic Maintenance on Boost speed 12 Windows 10 Pro Version 19043.1083
Errors out with the attatched error message System error occured in task scheduler error 0x80070002
The system could not find file specified.
Disabled antivirus to no avail. Please advise
Scan detects items to fix after many runs
I ran My Scanner 5 times and there still something to fix. It is like this all the time, is there something I should do before I scan?

New BoostSpeed update fails to open
I am running Windows 10 Pro 19043.1052
I have auslogics BoostSpeed 12 Version 12.0.0.4 I get a message that their is a new version available to download and install.
I download the install program auslogics-boost-speed-setup.exe
When I click on the install program I get the error message that the filename, directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect and then the program dissappears. I have enclosed two screen shots. I am unable to install the upgrades. Please help.
Saved logins have been deleted by BoostSpeed
The last two times now that I Have used the "Protect" feature. All of my saved log ins have been deleted. I've had to go to the rescue center, and restore the stuff that was done. I need to know how to properly configure the settins so this does not happen again.
Where can I go to initiate cache clearing?
Occasionally it pops up. But if I wish to initiate when it has not popped up? Where do I go.

Another defragmentation required after multiple defragmentations
Can you explain this? I downloaded the "free" defrag version last Saturday. It worked perfectly. On Sunday, I dod my usual maintenance, which includes defragmentation and back-up. Again, it worked perfectly. Today, when I was working I got a message indicating that a "defragment" was urgently needed. So I did yet another defragmentation. Then, for some reason which
I cannot explain, I downloaded the "pro" version of your product. Once it was completed, I did yet another defragmentation. To my surprise, there were files that required yet another defragmentation. My question is, why? Should I really trust that your software is actually doin what it is supposed to?
Driver Updater scan stuck on Alienware Command Center
When scanning with the Driver Updater application it stops when scanning the Alienware Command Center Win32 Component Device. It has been sitting there for over 20 minutes.
Is registry cleaner included in BoostSpeed?

My question is whether the software Auslogics Registry Cleaner 9 is not already included in the software BoostSpeed in its Pro Version. I will have to purchase and register both softwares? The BoostSpeed Pro Version will not be enough to bring my PC the best performance?

How can Auslogics Windows Slimmer compress so much more?
Hi
I am a bit interested in above mentioned softwares compact feature. When running it it says that it can compress W10 with 1.9gb, windows inbuilt feature says only 0.5gb when running it. So how can your program compress so much more, 1.4gb more, that is a lot. Very!
I hope i will get a really detailed, extensive answer to my question, now when i have taken the trouble to download and install "Boostspeed" to get an answer.
So, how can your software compress so much more then Windows inbuilt feature? Why the difference? What does it really do?
Disk Defrag registration issue
I signed up and paid my money, got my License Key. Downloaded version 10 and now it acts like I can't use it for SSD's and wants me to buy the "exact same thing again". WTH is going on???

Bit Replica cannot copy file error
Found area to at least attach info from last two sent to Tech Support.
Screenshot is only partial list of ewrrors. I like BS 11-12, but this product should go in the trash.
What the hell is the subcategory for when you cant put anything in related to the BitEReplica software issue.
You should hire someone that understands people, not zeros and ones.
