Boost speed does not recognise pro
I have been using pro version for several years now it asks me to activate pro which it rquires me to pay for which is totally wrong as I renewed my subscription in 2021. It also tell me that an admistrator has blocked me opening the program, this is aloso wrong as I am the system operator and have not blocke Boostspeed. I have re- installed the program and re entered the key 3 times so far it will not work correctly as it tell me tah I don not have pro which is WRONG.

Product will not activate
I've entered the product key now 3 times. each time it is accepted. when I go to run the 1st scan I see on the bottem right corner of the screen that boostspeed stills needs to be registered and then I reseive unexpected error. I just updated to 12 for my client - Produce key -

I have been using auslogics for multiple years now... I recently bought another key today. Today the software wont open because it pops up with a message indicating this software has been blocked by the administrator. However, I am the administrator.... So I am confused because now I can not run the auslogics software. Can you help.

"auf einmal" ist BoostSpeed nicht mehr registriert (keine Pro-Version mehr).
Wenn ich den Registrieren-Dialog ausfülle mit meinem Linzenzschlüssel, erscheint zwar die Meldung das BoostSpeed registriert wäre, der Button unten rechts verschwindet nicht.
Daraufhin dachte ich, ein Neustart von BS würde das schon beheben, allerdings erscheint dann die Meldung, dass die App aus Sicherheitsgründen blockiert wurde (siehe Anhang).
Wie bekomme ich mein Boostspeed wieder voll registriert?

ホルダーが「空」になる
ｂｏｏｓｔＳｐｅｅｄ12を自動起動していますが、本日データを参照しようと、windows(C)とData(D)のデスクの中で、（Ｄ）に保存してあるホルダーをクリックすると、「このホルダーは空です」となってどのホルダーもデータが読み取れません。ホルダー名はきちんと表示されています。なぜこんな風になるのでしょうか。復元する方法をご教授してください。
pop up for ugrade when I already subscribe to boost 12
I upgraded to Boost12 quicte some time ago and yet I keep getting an annoying popup on my screen to upgrade. I need this to stop and this should not count as one of my questions because it is purely an issue on your end.
Updates to file finder and boost speed
Almost on a daily basis I am getting notification of duplicate file finder and BoostSpeed 12 has a new update. I click onto download, I see where it is downloading, but when I go to install the update it does nothing. It doesnt tell me it has completed installation or given me a notce that it failed. This has be going on since I puchased Logistics. I guess it is not my fault for not following up on this, since I'm not getting my monies worth.
If you could help to get the problem solved or tell me what I've been doing wrong, sure would appreciate it.

I have given automatic duties to boostspeed and it keeps deactivate or destroy my window search which i need. Jow can i stop this?
Register errors
I just purchased BoostSpeed 12 and installed, but errords pop when I try to enter my license key. I'm going to attempt to uninstall and reinstall in the meantime.

Wenn ich nach einem Systemscan durch Auslogics den Button für die möglichen Reparaturen drücke, erscheint die Aufforderung, bestimmte Apps erst abschalten zu lassen. Dafür wird fünfmal msedge.exe aufgezählt. Drücke ich den Button, der diese Anwendung(en) schließen soll, folgt die Mitteilung, das sei nicht möglich, ich solle es manuell machen. Alternativ kann ich anklicken, die Sache zu ignorieren.

Auslogic Defrag Issue
Defrag hung up on file C:\$Extend\$UsnJml:$J
Went from 3.8% to 13.30% completed and took over 22 hours as you can see in the screenshot attachment.
How can I get defrag around this issue so it can complete the optimization?

Auslogics Boostspeed 12
My computer is a 64 bit machine which can run 32 bit programs. My computer is running Boostspeed 12 using 32 bit versions of all its programs instead of the 64 bit version. Is this the reason why my computer is taking over an hour to startup in the morning with the disk using 93% to the usual 100% all the time? Or, is the problem due to too much disk thrashing since it appears that all the startup programs start up immediately instead of being staggered per the scheduler? This problem started when I had to uninstall Boostspeed 12 and reinstall it per the Auslogics support person.
Gah. Cannot access Report
I have not been able to view any of the reports in the Auslogics software. I just get a blank window in Foxfire.

I have BoostSpeed perform Dashboard, Disk Defrag, Protect. Internet Optimizer and other checks by schedule. All is good.
However, directory "c:\ProgramData\Auslogics\BoostSpeed\12.x\Reports" becomes cluttered with .html, .xml and other reports produced by these various check tools.
How can I set BoostSpeed to automatically clean up after itself by deleting ancient reports over some arbitrary age? There's about a Gig of files in this directory on this machine and some 3Gb on another.
However, directory "c:\ProgramData\Auslogics\BoostSpeed\12.x\Reports" becomes cluttered with .html, .xml and other reports produced by these various check tools.

Auslogics bootSpeed 12のマイタスクの項目を処理したら、外付けHDDのデーターが消去されてしまいました。あまり画面を見ず、いいかげんに処理してしまいました。
File Recoveryでデーターを復元したいのですが、その方法を教えて下さい。
尚外付けHDDは、デスク管理上では、認識しています。RAW 正常 ベーシック データーパーティションとなっています。

ERROR / CRASH
I was using Thunderbird Portable e-mail client from my external drive [1TB capacity] for years before the crash. I am not sure if your IT specialist can assit me to solve this [ see attached ] I have 300K+ e-mails in it but since 4/10/24 when i tried to open it , the crash pop-up appeared. Due to this, I have to keep aside my external drive [ if plugged into my PC will shows as Driive D: ] and reinstal a fresh Thunderbird mail client to my laptop under Drive C: Only new e-mails from 4/10/24 are visible and I still hoping the old e-mails from Drive D: can still be recovered . Fake scan
When I log into a search engine ( Google or Bing) the home page comes up. If I search for anything like Gmail or anything else it says "connection is not possible". It appears that a virus is diverting the search. The security software is picking up that it is diverting to p.f.360.cn/pollmessage. I can delete the unauthorised enteries but cannot get rid of the virus so it keeps happening. Does your service get rid of this fakescan.?
RECOVERY OF WIPED IPHONE 14 PRO (NO BACK UP)
Hello, I have an iPhone 14 pro and by accident, I remotely wiped the phone trough "find my app". My question for you is whether this software can recover the extremely valuable data from the phone or any other available software you suggest? Здравствуйте уважаемые. Скажите пожалуйста, почему зависает программа Auslogics SSD Optimizer 2 когда начинается Обрезка, и что делать?
32-bit and 64-bit versions
Looking at the report from Revo Uninstaller of applications on my windows laptop running Windows 10, I can see most of them are the 64-bit version but quite a few of them (including Auslogics Boostspeed 13, Adobe Digital Editions 4.5, Kaspersky, Dropbox to name a few) are showing as the 32-bit version.
I believe if these were the 64-bit version they will run better and faster.
Is there anything I can do to convert them from 32-bit to 64-bit?
Please advise.
