Boost speed does not recognise pro
I have been using pro version for several years now it asks me to activate pro which it rquires me to pay for which is totally wrong as I renewed my subscription in 2021. It also tell me that an admistrator has blocked me opening the program, this is aloso wrong as I am the system operator and have not blocke Boostspeed. I have re- installed the program and re entered the key 3 times so far it will not work correctly as it tell me tah I don not have pro which is WRONG.

I've entered the product key now 3 times. each time it is accepted. when I go to run the 1st scan I see on the bottem right corner of the screen that boostspeed stills needs to be registered and then I reseive unexpected error. I just updated to 12 for my client - Produce key -

I have been using auslogics for multiple years now... I recently bought another key today. Today the software wont open because it pops up with a message indicating this software has been blocked by the administrator. However, I am the administrator.... So I am confused because now I can not run the auslogics software. Can you help.

"auf einmal" ist BoostSpeed nicht mehr registriert (keine Pro-Version mehr).
Wenn ich den Registrieren-Dialog ausfülle mit meinem Linzenzschlüssel, erscheint zwar die Meldung das BoostSpeed registriert wäre, der Button unten rechts verschwindet nicht.
Daraufhin dachte ich, ein Neustart von BS würde das schon beheben, allerdings erscheint dann die Meldung, dass die App aus Sicherheitsgründen blockiert wurde (siehe Anhang).
Wie bekomme ich mein Boostspeed wieder voll registriert?

ホルダーが「空」になる
ｂｏｏｓｔＳｐｅｅｄ12を自動起動していますが、本日データを参照しようと、windows(C)とData(D)のデスクの中で、（Ｄ）に保存してあるホルダーをクリックすると、「このホルダーは空です」となってどのホルダーもデータが読み取れません。ホルダー名はきちんと表示されています。なぜこんな風になるのでしょうか。復元する方法をご教授してください。
pop up for ugrade when I already subscribe to boost 12
I upgraded to Boost12 quicte some time ago and yet I keep getting an annoying popup on my screen to upgrade. I need this to stop and this should not count as one of my questions because it is purely an issue on your end.
Updates to file finder and boost speed
Almost on a daily basis I am getting notification of duplicate file finder and BoostSpeed 12 has a new update. I click onto download, I see where it is downloading, but when I go to install the update it does nothing. It doesnt tell me it has completed installation or given me a notce that it failed. This has be going on since I puchased Logistics. I guess it is not my fault for not following up on this, since I'm not getting my monies worth.
If you could help to get the problem solved or tell me what I've been doing wrong, sure would appreciate it.

I just purchased BoostSpeed 12 and installed, but errords pop when I try to enter my license key. I'm going to attempt to uninstall and reinstall in the meantime.

Wenn ich nach einem Systemscan durch Auslogics den Button für die möglichen Reparaturen drücke, erscheint die Aufforderung, bestimmte Apps erst abschalten zu lassen. Dafür wird fünfmal msedge.exe aufgezählt. Drücke ich den Button, der diese Anwendung(en) schließen soll, folgt die Mitteilung, das sei nicht möglich, ich solle es manuell machen. Alternativ kann ich anklicken, die Sache zu ignorieren.

Auslogic Defrag Issue
Defrag hung up on file C:\$Extend\$UsnJml:$J
Went from 3.8% to 13.30% completed and took over 22 hours as you can see in the screenshot attachment.
How can I get defrag around this issue so it can complete the optimization?

My computer is a 64 bit machine which can run 32 bit programs. My computer is running Boostspeed 12 using 32 bit versions of all its programs instead of the 64 bit version. Is this the reason why my computer is taking over an hour to startup in the morning with the disk using 93% to the usual 100% all the time? Or, is the problem due to too much disk thrashing since it appears that all the startup programs start up immediately instead of being staggered per the scheduler? This problem started when I had to uninstall Boostspeed 12 and reinstall it per the Auslogics support person.
Gah. Cannot access Report
I have not been able to view any of the reports in the Auslogics software. I just get a blank window in Foxfire.

However, directory "c:\ProgramData\Auslogics\BoostSpeed\12.x\Reports" becomes cluttered with .html, .xml and other reports produced by these various check tools.
How can I set BoostSpeed to automatically clean up after itself by deleting ancient reports over some arbitrary age? There's about a Gig of files in this directory on this machine and some 3Gb on another.

Auslogics bootSpeed 12のマイタスクの項目を処理したら、外付けHDDのデーターが消去されてしまいました。あまり画面を見ず、いいかげんに処理してしまいました。
File Recoveryでデーターを復元したいのですが、その方法を教えて下さい。
尚外付けHDDは、デスク管理上では、認識しています。RAW 正常 ベーシック データーパーティションとなっています。

per un breve periodo con windows 10 ha funzionato l'IRDA (infrarosso) che uso per scaricare i dati di un vecchio cardiofrequenzimetro dopo un aggiornamento l'IRDA non ha più funzionato e nonostante le ricerche su internet per la risoluzione del problema e l'applicazione dei parametri consigliati sempre su internet la mia pennetta IRDA non funziona. Sapete, per cortesia, indicarmi un modo per ripristinare il funzionamento dell'IRDA?.

Boostspeed lost Pro licence
I have a Pro licence for Boostspeed and for Malware but both appear to be disabled. If I try to activate the program and enter the activation key I initially get a message saying that the program is registered. However it isn't and the the status is still to upgarde or acivate Pro.
If I close the program completely and try to re-run I get a message saying that the administrator is blocking me via integrator.exe,
however I am the administrator.

So these "rammerhead" links like rammer.rude.li ive been using for accessing anything that is adult and is purported to have privacy becuase its a browser inside your browser that has a different IP to prevent ISP from seeing your activity but it is deteced in adult website traces in privacy of auslogics? is this not really private and is just a false sense of security like incognito?

I have ads turned OFF in General settings, however an ad pops up everytime after a defrag is completed wanting me to purchase Boostspeed 12. An ad also pops up when I open the program. How do I get rid of these ads since I have purchased this pro version?
They are very annoying and they cover up my scan results after defrag is completed.
Note: I have also turned off all tray notifications in General Settings and I am still getting these pop ups. Please fix.

How do I dasable the advertising popups in Boost Speed 12? I already own some of your products and don't want to be bothered with the advertising.
Also, when do you plan to have the problem with Boost Speed Pro resolved what it asks me if I want to activate the Pro version when I already have it?
