partition unable to delete
mysteriosly at some time this drive got extra partition. it originally had terbyte. I install seagate disc wizard, which recognized the second partition, but when I asked it to delete the partition it did not nor did it explain why not. of course when I asked windows 10 to format the drive, it only formatted the first partition (only 4gb). I want only ONE partition at this time

Pc still not operating smooth see no changes since using boost speed after two or three scans. maybe problem is windows or age of PC or Spectrum cable.

This file is obviously spyware, and logs every key stroke one makes. I use to be able to disable it and did delete it using BoostSpeed13, but now it has locked itself, so i can no longer disable or delete it.
When i disable it, it shows in the task manager and the Services tab that it is still running even with it being disabled. If i close it using task manager, as soon as i hit a key on the keyboard, it reopens. There is one other program that is very similar to this and also opens and runs, clipmanager i think it is called. I can disable this, but it also comes back, not immediately but normally within the day.
How can i deleted these files or disable them perminently - they were never part of Windows 10 until very recently, so hence i beleiev e they are key logers and spyware.

Empty folder program freezing up
Hello there. First time asking for assistance. The AB13 Suite works great except for the empty folder program which freezes up on both computers here at the office. Whole program then does. What now? Thanks....

BoostSpeed 12 deleting my Spotify playlist files

Windows Slimmer question
After scanning for old windows libraries and initializing the cleaning process. It says process completed but no files are cleaned. Still 2.7 Gig installed on rescan and same problem on re-cleaning. What to do? Thanks

Hi,
Whenever my VPN connects to the internet, the Auslogics Bootspeed notifies, an attempt to change the DNS was diplayed. Well if I connect via VPN it will change the DNS. My question is does your softwere blocks the attempted change of DNS or it's only a notification. If it blocks then how do I dissable it as I want my VPN more than your software.

Spam website on startup
when ever I reboot or power on my laptop, my google chrome(default brower) just pops up automatically showing me random websites advertisement.
Bluetooth devices can't connect
After running a scan and following several actions/suggestions, my bluetooth audio devices cannot connect to my bluetooth. I'm unsure what to do. I've tried removing the devices, and reconnecting them, but there's still a disconnect. My PC is able to discover the device, but it fails to connect. I've tried this with multiple devices. My bluetooth mouse still connects, but no audio bluetooth connection will work. I even tried to uninstall one device from my device manager, and of course now I can't even find it at all. Thanks for the help!

VPN FortiClient
I must use FortiClient VPN to work and communicate with one of my jobs, at Southern Cross University, (SCU). Until yesterday it worked fine.
I have just installed the lastest version in an attempt to resolve the non-connection issue.
Is there a setting in Auslogics BoostSpeed that might affect that VPN?
Any suggestions.
I run BoostSpeed and just accept whatever 'fixes' it suggests, the default or automatic, as I am not wise enough to adjust anything myself.
Could doing that have broken something or blocked the VPN?
I am nervous that Auslogics-Boostspeed is being over active in cleansing my system, of things that I actually need to maintain, like the Forticleint VPN. Firewall settings area mystery to me. I dont change them because I do not know what I am doing.

PC cannot see a webcam

Disk Defrag pro not showing new drive
