Computer slowness one in internet

There are a number of reasons that might cause your PC to slow down.

Please try the solutions described below to check and speed up your computer.

1. Check your PC for viruses.

You can do a one-click scan using Auslogics Anti-Malware that was specifically designed to detect any threats your computer may have. To install Auslogics Anti-Malware, please follow these steps:

- Open Auslogics BoostSpeed

- Go to the ‘All Tools’ tab

- Click on ‘Auslogics Anti-Malware’ and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation

2. Defragment your PC.

Open Auslogics BoostSpeed => Tools => Disk Tools => Disk Defrag

3. If your PC takes a lot of time to start up as well, we recommend checking programs launching on Windows boot.

You can have a quick check using Auslogics Startup Manager and disable programs you don’t need.

Open Auslogics BoostSpeed => Tools => System Tools => Startup Manager

4. We also suggest performing a general cleaning of your PC to free up more space and make your system run faster.

If your PC performance is still unsatisfactory, kindly send us your system information. To get the system information report press Start -> Run, type in MSINFO32 and press the Enter button. Save the report using the File -> Save menu option.

Thank you for your answer but it comes to me with delay and, in addition, it exposes concepts that any moderately informed user should know.

As my objective with this letter is proactive, I present my reality to you, in case my previous letter didn't make it clear. My PC is old, it works with Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit, which worked fine for what I need in the nights in the country side, that is, Photoshop also old (CS3) to edit images, and write documents of my professional interest; but some time ago my son came to share the place with me, who required Internet access, so I hired an internet line via mobile phone in which my linking device is a kind of Pen-drive with which I receive the signal and I broadcast another on Wifi to share the line with the person aforementioned, but this has resulted in a slowness for my equipment that I had never experienced before.

A couple of weeks ago I received information from your company, which has my name on their distribution lists, promoting Auslogics BoostSpeed, with a discourse that I interpreted as that it could provide lightness to my PC. I downloaded the free version of that software to try it but shortly after using it, after utilizing its various ways of cleaning the equipment, this BoostSpeed began to generate additional problems to those already existing, such as messages with information irrelevant to my interests and then that message remained on the screen blocking an area of it, thus hindering my image editing work; It also contributed to the slowness of the PC by taking up a part of the memory that was already insufficient with the active Internet.

Therefore, I wrote to you hoping you would know what was most significant in my problem, as I suspect it has to do with a disk with insufficient execution capacity and / or a small memory size. As for Auslogics BoostSpeed, I only see as solution to uninstall the program because I have not even been able to prevent it from starting with the initialization of the computer, since it is evident that it starts as a service anchored to a regular Windows service, which prevents me from having it active, since it makes my computer slower than the problem described above generates; I would prefer to have it installed and use it when I would deem it convenient, but it is not possible for me; and I must mention that it is repeatedly hating me with urging the purchase of PRO version, which turns this software into a dead weight to bear, rather than the help sought.

I want, if it is feasible, that someone of you, familiar with the issues described, could tell me how to take advantage of my PC as it is, or to advise me to change it and for one with what characteristics; and if possible prevent your software from starting when initializing the PC.

To disable Auslogics BoostSpeed from being launched automatically at Windows logon, please go to File => Settings => General and uncheck the corresponding box as shown in the screenshot below:
