As Add-Ons Manager tool is a part of BoostSpeed features, in order to reinstall Add-Ons Manager you will need to download and reinstall BoostSpeed.

Could you please specify why you would like to reinstall Add-Ons Manager?

If you need the Add-Ons Manager settings reset, please note that for this BoostSpeed needs to be uninstalled first and then installed again. Otherwise, your settings will remain the same.
