Windows File Explore doesn't respond

I did the four scans suggested under Maintenance and the File Explorer has stopped working. I've tried several fixes suggested on line, but nothing works. What to do?

Dear Katherine,

Thank you for posting your question on our forum.

Could you please specify if File Explorer does not respond after the system restart as well?

To investigate the matter, we would like to ask you to send us the files from the c:\ProgramData\Auslogics\BoostSpeed\Rescue\ folder. The files can be sent to support@auslogics.com. Once this is done, please revert the changes using the Rescue Center (BoostSpeed => File => Rescue Center).

Thank you and we look forward to hearing back from you.
