Issues with Auslogics software

Do you have this app for Galaxy s8?

Please check attachements. I added folders to be ignored y scanner, but even in Default Scan (in Daschboard) seems that all folders are scanned.

Right Click BoostSpeed on task bar, can not click on sub menu to select options.
Sub Menu shows then disappears.

On some pages of Auslogics it shows new ssd and capacity but on others it still shows old removed hd.

I have an important Question regarding with my 'Subscriptions: 1 Question: After an Year time are All my 'Subscriptions with Auslogics will Renew Automatically?...or After an Year time when my subscriptions will gonna expire should I buy New Licenses for all my Subcriptions again, I mean do i need to do it manually?again? I downloaded Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 Free Edition and read about tasks that would help the speed of my laptop. The only section I used was delete unused programs. It showed me a list and I selected about seven or eight items. And later I opened
my desktop and realized I had lost about 30 shortcut Icons. Many that I still use.
I read thru the inforrmation to try to reverse my action. I used the recovery section but keep seeing a popup window telling me to
turn off my anti-virus and firewall and no data was exchanged (I used a restore date one week earlier.) I tried three different restore dates and they all failed with the same pop-up. My question -is there a procedure for correcting my mistake and possibly recovering my desktop icons? Thanks for any direction.

How do I shut off the "feature" that wipes out all my quick links in Word, Excel, Etc. If I can't disable that POS feature I will remove your software and never consider upgrading.

since I'm install Aulogics and run the program it keeps deleting my programs password and when I try to oprn (IN GOOGLE) facebook I'm getting unresponsive pages....but if I open facebook with EDGE I have no problems.....can you help?

I have added file shredder to recycle bin. However, when I try to delete file with file shredder, boost speed opens it large box with deletion options. Is there any possible way to delete file from recycle by using file shredder without opening the entire software ?

How do I prevent BoostSpeed from interfering with Google Drive File Stream? Each time I scan, I lose connection to the Google Drive File Stream and have to uninstall and re-install it.

Whenever I want to set "Start automatically at Windows logon
this error appears. I am asking for effective advice.

any idea were can I find them
Local disk (c)>users>cocon>Pictures (folders are empty)
