Issues with Auslogics software

HP Laptop Pavilion, Win10, 1 Gig HD, i7 processor
I downloaded Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 Free Edition and read about tasks that would help the speed of my laptop. The only section I used was delete unused programs. It showed me a list and I selected about seven or eight items. And later I opened
my desktop and realized I had lost about 30 shortcut Icons. Many that I still use.
I read thru the inforrmation to try to reverse my action. I used the recovery section but keep seeing a popup window telling me to
turn off my anti-virus and firewall and no data was exchanged (I used a restore date one week earlier.) I tried three different restore dates and they all failed with the same pop-up. My question -is there a procedure for correcting my mistake and possibly recovering my desktop icons? Thanks for any direction.

Please check attachements. I added folders to be ignored y scanner, but even in Default Scan (in Daschboard) seems that all folders are scanned.

Driver Updater won't scan. Says its blocked by Firewall. McAfee doesn't show that it's quareentined or blocked.

Como o auslogics bootspeed informa que tudo no meu computador esta correto se meu antivirus informa que ele esta contaminado por Trojans, pop up etc...
O sistema foi atualizado compulsoriamente pela Microsoft para o win 11.

BootSpeed a chaque analyse du système, il me supprime les mot de passe et a chaque fois je suis obligé de resaisir ce dernier.
Comment effectuer de facon que BS ne supprime plus les mots de passe ?

Occassionally, Quicken crashes. When it does, I must either force quit BoostSpeed or Restart my computer. This is because BoostSpeed locks the Quicken data file. I would like to exclude this file (or the containing folder) from any scanning or "interference" from BoostSpeed - can I do this? Is there any way to prevent BoostSpeed from tormenting my Quicken Files?

Everytime Boost Speed runs automatic scanner on Sunday's the run commands history gets deleted. I have unchecked this option in the privacy settings in the software but this still keeps happening.

Hello there. First time asking for assistance. The AB13 Suite works great except for the empty folder program which freezes up on both computers here at the office. Whole program then does. What now? Thanks....
