Issues with Auslogics software

I have the pro version of Boostspeed installed on my PC.
I have turned off everything I can in respect of notifications, maintenance, start with Windows etc ... however the programme will - intermitently start up with windows (unwanted) or will frequently start when another programme is in use, placing the 'dashboard' screen over the active programme.
Both scenarios are intensley annoying to the point where I am giving serious consideration to removing the programme altogether.
Your advice would be appreciated.
Incidentally, please ignore the Subcategory as Auslogics does not appear in the crop down menu and I cannot send the message without something being in this field?????

I have Banks and Credit Cards that I use regularly. I don't want to have problems of logon to them every time I use the Bootspeed to scan the system. The Bank that I hvae problems after the Bootspeed scan system Is Bank of American.com, Chase Bank logon. Visa logon, American Express .com Credit Card logon. Please help me to resolve these problem. Auslogics BoostSpeed 11 - I get messages saying that a high resource consumption has been detected. You may encounter extreme PC slowdowns.Tell me what to do?

Recently, Whenever I reboot my system and run "scanner" I end up with 74 performance issues (file extension) like:

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\.asf\OpenWithList

Resolve supposedly corrects the problem, as with rescan, no issues remain. They reappear after reboot!

FYI, ccClean finds no registery issues.

How to update Auslogics BoostSpeed 11 ? in

As it says on the title - after using Auslogics Boost Speed to clean up my computer, my Japanese IME stopped working. The options to input using the various keyboards disappeared and reinstalling the language did nothing. Restarted my computer, tried fiddling around and it won't come back. I've attached a picture of how it should look normally and how it looks now. Any help with getting it back would be appreciated.

I have installed BoostSpeed on my desktop where it works fine and also installed on my HP Mini Laptop where the display resolution is limited to a maximum of 1024/800. When I want to run the Registry Cleaner the "Scan" button is out of range on the screen and therefore I cannot execute the Cleaner. I have tried everything I know to alter the size of the program display but cannot.
Is there any way to execute the Cleaner since I cannot have access to the scan button? This message was prepared from my desktop so any information sent to you is not from the Mini. I will resend from the Mini if you require.

I have problems on Diver Updater: I could not update my old drivers with the update drivers from you, When I do the mouse pad is not working any more. I have to restore the system. I need your help to update the Drivers.

Пользуюсь Auslogics BoostSpeed недавно. Еще не во всем разобрался.
Столкнулся с проблемой что каждый раз после сканирования компьютера и последующей очисткой вашей программой, у меня перестает работать Google Drive File Stream. Уже в исключения вносил папки Google Drive в ProgrammFiles и в папке кэша. Все равно перестает работать.
Подскажите как быть или в чем проблемма.
Система:
Windows 10-Home 64-bit, v.1809, сборка 17763.737.
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8265U CPU@1.6-1.8 GHz; RAM - 8 Gb.

When ever I try to update any Auslogics software to the latest version, I get a blue screen error on my laptop. This happened earlier with Auslogics Registry Defrag and now happening with Auslogics BoostSpeed.

I have to end up uninstalling and reinstalling the software.

A solution to this problem will be appreciated.

How con I delete coockies selectivly in Auslogics 11

Hello from Italy,
before I founf Auslogic I used Ccleaner a lot to keep my PC in shape. Right now I still observe a diffrence between Ccleaner and Auslogic Registry Cleaner when it come to the type and number of issues the two programs do find in the Windows Registry.

Did you ever check this out and do you understand the reason why this is the case. To a lay person the Registry can or be wrong or right configured ... or is this the part where programming has it's gray zone ?

Auslogics Disk Defrag does not recognize my c drive as a ssd drive. It recognizes other drives as ssd drives just not the c drive. What do I do?

dear auslogic ... allthough this might seems milydy entertaining .. its serious ... i find my purchased boostspeed 11 very handy for some things and situations , but i still go back for boostspeed 10 for some other situations ... however * dont get ticked off now( ... for bs10 i was never licenemed ... allthough my interest for your products started thhrtr actually ... enough boutt that... sofirst i thought i just let my free tries@ of bs 10 run out and the by then mandatory buy it or get lost whould steer my to the right page.... now as mentioned first it was just mildy annoying ... now ... wanting to have apaid 10 for LOOONG its beging to feel stupid mildy put .. always being directed to get 11 .. that i allready have... so here i I am ... at the very source of the cracjer factory asking u PLEEEAAAASE .. My IT department believes some way the Auslogics BoostSpeed 11 software is disableing the Remote Desktop Service. I work from home offten and I need to connect to this PC to develop and technical support of our users. How can I find if your application is changing the service to disabled?
