Issues with Auslogics software

Использовал вашу программу после чего пропали значки из трея, после сделанного я решил удалить программу но значки не вернулись, а с переустановкой пропали откаты в программе, пожалуйста помогите мне с этой проблемой

two days ago i have performed an action named "free space wiper" to my pendrive because i wanted to format my pendrive but befor i proceed to this action i proceed to free space wiper and i have applied to my pendrive , i don't no why but the operation stoped automatically on 33% , then i have tried to restart that operation but my pendrive was not listed on removable devices, then i have eject and remounted but still my pendrive was not listed on removable devices , then i mounted my pendrive to another system luckily that system identified my pendrive but when i tried to perform format operation to my pendrive , that shows me an error that" this disk is write protected" and after that "windows can't format removable drive:H" .....

and that's how my pendrive got corrupted by performing an operation "free space wiper"

ever since installing this program and running it i'm very unsatified. Cannot type properly - text freezes every few letters and have to click the page with mouse to continue.
Also - despite my choice of most comfertable writing thumbnail - set my screen too bright with choppy text.

I don't know how to use Auslogics BootSpeed11 yet and just did something like scanning etc... .
Now, could it be that by using this program that some websites be blocked by, because of security issues for example ?
If so, how can I get this blocked sites back to use ?

I don't think this should be happen but it's just a question.

I have installed a new 1 TB SSD on my laptop. Your program initially set up to optimize and defrag it. I researched online, and no one recommends doing this as it will dimish the life of the SSD. Questions:

1. Do I need to enable this option?
2. Will using this program to clean up the registry do any damage or shorten life of the SSD?
3. I found online that it is not recommended to shred files on an SSD. If I have sensitve files that I deleted, on a SSD, is it permanently removed/unrecoverable by deletion or I should still use your shred operation?

In all of the above, I just want to make sure your program doesn't damage the life of the SSD. I also want to know if your features affect the SSD negatively or if it is needed at all. What is the positive impact of it on my SSD and operation?

I am not using the computer a lot, but BoostSpeed is regularly giving me messages to do scans or to defrag my SSD. How can I reduce the frequency of these messages?

How do I remove write protection from my new segate almost empty drive so I can transfer stuff to it?

I installed SmartDraw2020 application (free version) from the Net. Now, when I want to uninstall it, it is not showing up either in control panel or in BoostSpeed under Uninstall Manager tab. There is Uninstall option for this App when I access through Windows 10 Start Menu (see screenshot attached), but it is not uninstalling from there, due to some error (Could not open Install.log file message).

I am surprised why it is not even listed in Boostspeed under Uninstall Manager. Can you please help me?

Добрый день, пользуюсь программой раз в месяц уже в течение года. Но при крайней "чистке" комьютера решил воспользоваться утилитой "удаление пустых папок" в первый раз. Процесс занял много времени, после чего перезагружал компьютер и все работало стабильно как и всегда. Но на следующий день при использовании ПК началась проблема с автоматическим переключением программ. Постараюсь объяснить. То есть при использовании например хрома, пишешь сообщение и винда сама "AltTab'ается", только не на сторонее приложение, а куда-то в пустоту на 1-2 сек и обратно переключается на используемое приложение. Даже сейчас, я пишу это, и раз в 10 сек программа выключается на пару секунд. Думал что проблема в клавиатуре или еще чём, но так ничего и не нашел.

Почему Auslogics BoostSpeed 11- 32 бита, когда будет для 64 битных windows 10?
Постоянно при запуске зависает намертво.

как в этой программе можно ли отключить все не нужно и что бы пк летатал пк нужен исключительно для игр и хотелось бы отключить все не нужное ну я не знаю половины тут не чего если можно подскажите что делать

I successfully uupdated all my outdated drivers using the Update Drivers app, except this one:

When I attempt to update driver for Standard SATA AHCI Controller the boot device becomes unaccessible, and I need to reset the system with restore point.

Do I really need to update it, and if yes then how I can resolve this issue

Я получил извещение об доступном обновлении программы. Япопытался кликнуть обновление, но ссылка не кликается.... эта же проблема с отчетами, когда я пытаюсь кликнуть подробный отчет, он не кликается.
Что мне предпринять для устранения этой ошибки?
