Cette fenêtre s'affiche chez tout utlisateur NON ADMINISTRATEUR et ne peut pas être supprimée.
Seul l'utlisateur ADMINISTRATEUR peut la suprimmer via le gestionaire de tâches en faisant FIN DE TÂCHE sur 2 applications Gigabyte.

I got a chance to spin this wheel that said i would get a certain percentage off and it landed on the 100%, so i'm wondering if that means if i get it for free. And if it does mean i get it for free, i didn't recieve anything.
BoostSpeed 13 BUG Issue
There is an aggravating "BUG" in BoostSpeed 13. A message frequently appears that states I have many TERABYTES of files in my Recycle Bin. See the attached screenshot.
I got this message today, while having less than 25 MB of files in my Recycle Bin.
Please look into this and fix this BUG.

I would like to disable these power plans as i use Win10's Ultimate Power Plan. I noticed that it automatically replaces my preferred plan after using Boostspeed scanner.
I am making this request bec i don't know what these power plans do and how they perform.

Auslogics Boostspeed 13 TRIMMING SSD Hang at 3% unable to complete SSD Optimization
When running Disk Defrag Optimization Auslogics Boostspeed 13 Pro hangs at 3% "Preparing" when running TRIMM on external SSD and creates a file on external SSD with the following each time Optimization is run:
D:\~DDSSDTRIMTEMP^0_1073741824{6BD97305-57AB-484E-A651-BC496157FFB7} (creates an associating Windows Media Player file) and is unable to complete the Optimization. At one time it moved 1% after 2 hours. This did not happen when running Boostspeed 12 Pro. When running Boostpeed 12 Pro the external SSD would complete Optimization.

After using the Registry Cleaner I have problems with my VPN. If I reinstall the backup everything returns to normal so I need to be able to clean the problematic files found in the scan one at a time so it does not destroy my VPN. How do I clean problems one at a time?

printer malfuntion after running Boostspeed 13
After running Boostspeed 13, my printer either stops working with a "user intervention needed" , or it stops printing in color. What settings can I use to avoid this problem? I may have to quit using Boostspeed

Memory problems & Upgrade question
I want to upgrade to 13, but the only offer I have is for 3 PC's. I don't have 3; only 1 Is there a discounted rate now and in the future for one app?
I also have a problem with the fact that I have to use 2 memory hog apps. Do you have an app (similar to Iobit's) that will allow me o release unnessecary memory?

Fences Requires Reentry of Product Code Everytime BoostSpeed Runs
Hi,
I have had Fences for many years. When BoostSpeed runs its weekly maintenance, I must re-enter the Fences Product Key to re-register the product. I do this and Fences works fine again.
This problem occurred several years ago and you provided a fix where BoostSpeed does not delete/address a file required for Fences related to the product key.
Would you please re-send those instructions if that would resolve the issue or advise other solutions to resolve?

Auslogics Boost speed
I subscribed to Boost spoeed 9 a while ago and it worked as expected.. It had a function of Scan Repair and sleep.. good for the end of the day.
However as the program is up dated it no longert has that function and I find I have to buy a new licence for each up date. . With out the scan repair and sleep ,it seems not now wortyh paying for more up dates.
What can i do and shall i lookj for another program that will do that for me

per un breve periodo con windows 10 ha funzionato l'IRDA (infrarosso) che uso per scaricare i dati di un vecchio cardiofrequenzimetro dopo un aggiornamento l'IRDA non ha più funzionato e nonostante le ricerche su internet per la risoluzione del problema e l'applicazione dei parametri consigliati sempre su internet la mia pennetta IRDA non funziona. Sapete, per cortesia, indicarmi un modo per ripristinare il funzionamento dell'IRDA?.

Boostspeed lost Pro licence
I have a Pro licence for Boostspeed and for Malware but both appear to be disabled. If I try to activate the program and enter the activation key I initially get a message saying that the program is registered. However it isn't and the the status is still to upgarde or acivate Pro.
If I close the program completely and try to re-run I get a message saying that the administrator is blocking me via integrator.exe,
however I am the administrator.

So these "rammerhead" links like rammer.rude.li ive been using for accessing anything that is adult and is purported to have privacy becuase its a browser inside your browser that has a different IP to prevent ISP from seeing your activity but it is deteced in adult website traces in privacy of auslogics? is this not really private and is just a false sense of security like incognito?

I have ads turned OFF in General settings, however an ad pops up everytime after a defrag is completed wanting me to purchase Boostspeed 12. An ad also pops up when I open the program. How do I get rid of these ads since I have purchased this pro version?
They are very annoying and they cover up my scan results after defrag is completed.
Note: I have also turned off all tray notifications in General Settings and I am still getting these pop ups. Please fix.

How do I dasable the advertising popups in Boost Speed 12? I already own some of your products and don't want to be bothered with the advertising.
Also, when do you plan to have the problem with Boost Speed Pro resolved what it asks me if I want to activate the Pro version when I already have it?

Auslogic Defrag Issue
Defrag hung up on file C:\$Extend\$UsnJml:$J
Went from 3.8% to 13.30% completed and took over 22 hours as you can see in the screenshot attachment.
How can I get defrag around this issue so it can complete the optimization?

Product will not activate
I've entered the product key now 3 times. each time it is accepted. when I go to run the 1st scan I see on the bottem right corner of the screen that boostspeed stills needs to be registered and then I reseive unexpected error. I just updated to 12 for my client - Produce key -
