After a through clening I seem to have lost the screen saver prompt. The program is there and working - but it does not turn on when directed. How do I rescue the code that seems to be lost?

hello, i've been having an issue with my computer restarting whenever it likes to. i'm not sure what's wrong. i've troubleshooted the ram by removing half and running, and then the other half but that didn't work. i do not have an over heating problem, nor dust build up on cpu.

перестала работать панель задач
произошло это так - включаю я пк, немного поиграл, буквально минут 15-20, и меня встретил синий экран, который не смерти, а обычный синий экран ошибки, где пишут перезагрузка, проблема с чем-то (ну вы поняли, да ведь?), после перезагрузки начались проблемы с жёсткими дисками, но я их решил, и после решения проблем с дисками перестала работать панель задач, только открываются ярлыки разных приложений, а вот системные не работают, например пуск, поиск, звук, календарь, да даже настройки не открываются! всё перепробывал! и powershell, ну команды в нём и т.д., всякие приложения.
помогите пожалуйста!

My 'brightness control' slider dissapeared in Windows 10 and I can't figure out a way to get it back. Now the screen just stays fairly bright all the time. There also isn't one in the notifications tab that I could us instead of the missing one on the desktop.

Добрый день, хотел бы задать такой вопрос, процесс System очень сильно грузит процессор призапуске определённого приложения, загрузка порядка 33%-35%. Но если это приложение отключено и запущены какие то други программы, то всё в порядке, System процессор не загружает, подскажите можно ли это как то решить?

Win 10 problem: one update won't go through at all, Microsoft Edge opens a white page (personally) that I can't close normally, repair fails because the new install stops in the middle and never finishes. When Edge doesn't work, Outlook doesn't work, neither explorer, right-click on files doesn't work. Sometimes Edge works, but soon stops. I've tried everything, I don't know what to do. I don't use Edge, but apparently it blocks everything else for me.

Does the Empty Folders Cleaner differentiate which folders should and should not be deleted in the Windows OC? The tool identifies hundreds in my C drive, and I assume those in the Windows' System, Program Files, Windows32, etc. should NOT be deleted, but I can't tell.
