What are some efficient ways to lower ping when gaming on windows 10?

Everytime I try to download the newsest version of BootSpeed, my laptop saves it as an Adobe PDF file and will not open/install. Will completely removing the BootSpeed app and then downloading the newest version work around my problem?

произошло это так - включаю я пк, немного поиграл, буквально минут 15-20, и меня встретил синий экран, который не смерти, а обычный синий экран ошибки, где пишут перезагрузка, проблема с чем-то (ну вы поняли, да ведь?), после перезагрузки начались проблемы с жёсткими дисками, но я их решил, и после решения проблем с дисками перестала работать панель задач, только открываются ярлыки разных приложений, а вот системные не работают, например пуск, поиск, звук, календарь, да даже настройки не открываются! всё перепробывал! и powershell, ну команды в нём и т.д., всякие приложения.
помогите пожалуйста!

System very slow and a lot of "program/application not responding"

I recently updated my windows 8.1 to windows 10 and now my right click is loading too long when I right click on files and apps.

And I have tried every possible method and still can’t solve it.

Hello, My question is this: From time to time when I right mouse button click on a file on the desktop or in a folder the computer just freezes with the little blue circle turning for like 20-30 seconds before the right click menu will pop up, it does not do it all the time and seems random and there does not seem to be a reason for this, I have followed all the tutorials online that I could find and that is even why I purchased your software but nothing seems to solve this annoying issue, hopefully you can help. I am also attaching a screen shot to my computer spec details

I have the idea that background processes lower the framerates of my flight simulator, leading to stutters. When I examine the resource monitor, I see that about 200 background processes are running, even when totally none program is active. I cannot image why all those processes are neccessary. All those processes have names that doesn't give my any insight in what all those processes are doing. How can I find out which processes I can stop and which are mandatory?

So when i test my battery health it says that its health is terrible and reccomends me to change it while its working just fine should i change it or not?

Can I use the registry to change a single program not to show the "DO YOU WANT THIS PROGRAM TO CHANGE YOUR" ETC.

I have pretty good fps in fortnite but constant fps drops and stutters, I tried everything i found on the internet but seems like nothing works

My CD drive has stopped working. It has power, opens and starts spinning but then nothing. When I click on CD drive in system information I get Can`t Collect Information cannot access the Windows management instrumentation software. Windows management files may be moved or missing. I am working through all resolutions on youtube but getting nowhere. You can see from the attached screen shot their are no IDE/ATA ATAPI files listed. Help

after using the cpu for a few minutes the windows 10 freezes all of a sudden and has to be restarted again.What is the best solution to resolve this problem.

Мой ноутбук иногда являет синий экран с сообщением driver power state failure. Ноутбук Hewlett Packard, ОС Виндовс 10.

Антивирус Касперский, ещё стоит Auslogics BoostSpeed 12.

Ноутбук куплен прошлой весной.

Скажите, пожалуйста, существуют ли способы решения этой проблемы?
