Unable to access start menu
The clock and calendar are missing from the task bar.
I can access the internet but not the start menu.
Control-alt-delete takes me to a blank screen plus the battery will not charge.
How do I regain control of Windows?

High CPU Usage
My CPU usage shows almost 100% for sometime when I start my system or even sometime while working too. It remains at 100% for almost 15 - 20 min or more even when application is open. I tried all options in Auslogics to resolve it out but nothing is working.
Please suggest for any further option which can help out.

旧機種からの移行時、アプリを多くコピーしたため、Cドライブの空きが少なくなり、自分なりに不要なアプリをアンインストール、大きなデータをＤドライブに移しました。しかしながら、容量221GBに対し、空きが14GBと少なくなりました。どのような作業業をすれば、空き容量を多くできるのでしょうか？

Hi, I was currently using Boostspeed12 daily until last week when I got the message that Integrator.exe failed, I have reverted to Boostspeed11 which still seems to work although it is limited compared to 12. When will this problem in 12 be corrected?

Drive C: - Reports Disk has errors
The subject report appears in the attached PDF file. APPARENTLY YOUR SYSTEM DOESN'T ACCEPT PDF FILES SO THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WILL HAVE TO DO.
Despite the statement that the report provides details on disk error check AND REPAIR RESULTS, the report simply states that my C:Drive has errors.
There is no indication as to what the errors are or that they have been repaired; on the contrary the errors have not been identified nor have they apparently been repaired.
How do I find out what the errors are and how do I repair them?

Unable to activate Auslogics Bootspeed 12 PRO Version
I have been having issues now for more than a week I keep getting the message the my PRO Version is not atctivated despite me doing it countless times. Please can you advise what to do.
Windows refusing access as administrator
Why has Windows started to refuse access to my newer version of Defrag? I have had to take it off my laptop and reinstall an older version to attain use of my perfectly safe and legitimate copy
Program not registered
As you can see in the attached show is registred, but the program says need to rgister for pro version. Please advise as I have renewed the license in december.

Empty Folder Cleaner and Windows
Does the Empty Folders Cleaner differentiate which folders should and should not be deleted in the Windows OC? The tool identifies hundreds in my C drive, and I assume those in the Windows' System, Program Files, Windows32, etc. should NOT be deleted, but I can't tell.

Duplicate fiel search on networked drive
I have a Netgear ReadyNAS 104 running v 6.10.9 with SMB, NFS and FTP services running. I seek a duplicate file app to reduce the number of duplicate files on the networked backup device folders. These folders are primarily PC backups of user files, like docs, pics and music. I can also access these files using Windows File Explorer with a mapped network drive.
Does Auslogic have a product that will do this? PC is WIndows 11 Pro. Nwtwork is wired and with a L2 managed gigabit switch using DHCP and static addresses. Looking to aviod downloading backup folders to a Windows PC and using a duplciate file app then uploading back to the NAS.

Win 10 Issue
Right click on desktop icons very slow or screen freezes up. Suggestions how to resolve... Boost Speed 13 has not fixed problem.

Windows Security and Explorer freeze.
I updated Windows 10 yesterday. Windows Security and Explorer freeze. When I run BoostSpeed13 ver.13.0.0.6, it freezes, but Windows Security and Explorer work normally without BoostSpeed13. Please tell me how to resolve.
