Windows Live Affected by first scan
Hi, I ran my first scan yesterday which was fine but now the content in my Windows Live 2012 set-up has been removed - specifically I have lost the folders, and their contents, I set up in my inbox, and I now have only emails in my inbox from the 18.06.2021. Everything else has gone. How can I get it back to where I was yesterday?

モニター画面が操作中に何回も、すぐ真っ暗になります。
本日より、スクリーンセーバーのセッティングと違う動きで画面が1分位で真っ暗になります。マウスを動かしたり、エンターキーを押すと元の画面に戻ります。
なにかこのソフトがよかれと思ってそういう動作をしているのかもしれないと思いメールを書きました。
余りに頻繁に画面が暗くなるので、今もzoomで会議をしておりましたが、何回もマウス、エンターキーの操作をしなければならなかったので煩わしく思い、解除できればと思いメールしました。
因みに、電源操作も全て解除し、なしの状態にしております。
以上宜しくお願いします。

Boostspeed Background Optimization
Hi,
I have been using boostspeed for almost an year now and I am a free user. It is all good but my only question is that should i let boostpeed run in backgroung and windows startup? Does Boostspeed optimize my pc in the backgroung when I enable this option? These processes take up a lot of memory. And also does boostspeed perfomance monitor optimize the pc in backgroung ?

In the "check for updates" section, i have a message in red "Your device is missing important security and quality fixes" and when i click on "check for updates", the installing remains 0% and so i want to kmow how to solve this problem.

На разных дисках установлена Windows 8.1 и Windows 10. Один раз я искал нужный файл, который был Windows 8.1. Для этого изменил занрузку в BIOS и запустил Windows 8.1. Искал файл. Вернулся на Windows10 у меня начались проблемы Windows 10. Потом много чистил и обновлял Windows 10 с помощью Auslogics. Удалось исправить, но вот с диском никак. Да и времени просто не хватает. 2. Загрузка Windows 10 на SSD увеличилась после активации программы до 3.5 - 4 минут. До этого была около 1 минуты. Разобраться в этом просто нет времени. Прошу помощи!. По внешнему виду процесс загрузки заполнился какими-то загрузками или закачками. На экране отображаетмя значек какой-то дополнительной закачки. На черном экране вращается белый круг и это долго.

My windows 10 home can not boot after a registry cleanup. It was stopped at the laptop logo and not going thro. Later attenpt to boot shows bluescreen with "BAD SYSTEM CONFIG INFO".
I have tried BCD fix, but got "access denied". I tried rewrite config, but my Regback is empty with no backup reg files. Please advise how can I get the thro?

Bluetooth sound

My airpods have sound on my phone, however it does not on my recently bought laptop, the laptop is relatively new, from this year, 2021. Is there some way to uninstall or disable some Windows "Features?"
For a number of reasons, I use Firefox as my default browser on this and other devices with Chrome as a secondary browser for some specific compatibility needs, but Windows is trying to force me to use their irritatingly disfunctional "Edge" browser. So far, I've had some success in decreasing the frequency at which WIndows pesters me to use the Ede browser, but I have not been able to completely eliminate this often intrusive problem. Cannot Start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window.

I was in the middle of deleting one of the 5 email addresses in my Microsoft Outlook and the laptop stopped (or this Outlook application) stopped responding for over 5 minutes so I "ENDED" the process.
Since then I keep getting this Outlook error.
I have tried the Office repair utility.
I have tried restarts.
I have your software (paid version) on my laptop but am unsure whether there is a restore point I can get to that will enable me to get Outlook going again.
Help please :)

Hard drive not showing up on optimize screen
When using windows explorer, a specific hard drive is not showing up when I check the optimize box. I can scan and repair it but not optimize it. I used the free degrament tool by auslogics but even after auslogics deframented it, it is not showing up.
Should I be concerned about this? What does this mean?

Before I installed Boostspeed, I used to be able to start typing a website into my browser and it would recognize what I was doing and fill in the rest for me. Super convenient for sites that I use all the time like banks. Now that doesn't work anymore and I really miss it. How do I get it back? Thanks!

В моём ноутбуке - операционнная система WINDOWS 7; она была переустанавлена специалистом в январе этого года после профессиональной чистки системы.
Есть вопрос об ошибке, номер которой есть на скриншоте вложения, сделанном при внезапном отключении ноутбука во время обычной его работы. Такое внезапное отключение моего ноутбука случается неожиданно, всегда без всяких предварительных каких-либо признаков; при этом на экране висит текст с номером ошибки, который видно на скриншоте.
Что значат такие внезапные отключения? Как предотвратить такие отключения, что исправить в системе?

Unable to update Windows 11 to 22H2....
My computer has stopped being able to use Windows Update to install normal updates, including Windows 11 22H2. All software and drivers are up to date. I have late generation motherboard (Asus Rampage VI Extreme), intel CPU 10980XE, and nVidia 3090. I have followed multiple scripts from the internet to clean out the software update folder. Any ideas?

I did a rigorous cleanup and driver update on a old(er) laptop, after years of limited maintenance. Using Auslogic software (driver update,bootspeed,duplicate finder) and some manual cleaning/updating, Something went wrong, not sure exactly where. Now I can not use/connect bluetooth devices anymore. I tried to solve it by doing some reasearch on the internet but can not find the solution. Otherwise the Laptop is working fine and is a lot faster.
Enclosed you will find some information of the laptop and screenshots of what I think is relevant information.
I also noticed that Bluetooth is not longer available at the 'action center' and 'device manager'. The latter one still shows some bluetooth devices but is hidden and do not seem to be the relevant items.
In 'Settings> bluetooth and other devices', the previously connected bluetooth devices are still there but it clearly states that bluetooth is turned off.
Could you please advise me on how to solve this.
Enclosed a couple of prinscreens of the systems and the above mentioned screens.
FYI I am an experienced user, however certanly not a Windows specialist.

'Power mode' set to 'Best performance' and
'When plugged in, put my device to sleep after' set to 'Never'.
Despite this, the PC goes to sleep after a few minutes of being idle, which in turn kills RDP sessions which I do not want to happen.
There must be other settings somewhere which are overriding the 'Never' setting. Please help me understand what they are and how to change them.

can not download .exe file
Everytime I try to download the newsest version of BootSpeed, my laptop saves it as an Adobe PDF file and will not open/install. Will completely removing the BootSpeed app and then downloading the newest version work around my problem?

Nun bin ich aber der einzige Benutzer an diesem Rechner, also Admin.

Moving the $HOME$ Folder to amother drive
1. I regularily reinstall my system and need to move the system directories to another location.
2. I have an application that is looking to install a directory on the $HOME$ directory - currently this is on my C Drive and I need to move it to the D Drive.
I am looking for a script that will change the $HOME$ folder to the D Drive.
