Unable to reclaim disk space on WD My Cloud Home
I've bought a WD My Cloud Home. The device states that from a storage of 7 TB there is only 1.4 TB available, although I have only stored 3.5 TB on the drive apparently it is using hidden folders for a backup process but as I also have a MyBook installed I can't find any of the settings to disable the backup process.

Updating to the newer software
Everytime I try to update the software, it goes through all the steps, but does not do the update. It continues to show the original version and reminds me to update again. I have tried this about 10 times with no success.
windows 10 freezes
after using the cpu for a few minutes the windows 10 freezes all of a sudden and has to be restarted again.What is the best solution to resolve this problem.
Brightness not working proper0lly
its been a while my brightness doesnt work at the 2 and 3 level i will experience this issue every time when i sign in with a microsoft account doesnt matter what windows laptop it is in every laptop when i sign in with microsoft the brightness doesnt works on 2 and 3 level

Hi! Is there a plan to support the Opera GX browser? I have been using this broswer for my web serching needs. It's pretty good. However, Auslogis BoostSpeed is not recognizing the browser as a supported browser. Thank you for taking the time to read this question.

I have tried to update Windows 10 many times already, have performed clean boots, ran the troubleshooter and so on, but I keep getting this error (0x80071a91). What should I do?
Slow browser and switching applications
There are long delays when switching apps (i.e., I had to close BoostSpeed with Task Manager and reopen it to avoid a interminal hour glass when opening this form)
Opening new broswer tabs can take 10s of seconds to forever. i primarily use firefox and have tried clearing the cache and cookies. The loading indicator on the tab just keeps cycling, sometimes even after the screen refreshes it keeps cycling.
I use Norton, but I do not think it is blocking anything. One thought, I may have unintentially disabled a needed start-up application I checked the interet speed here and its 1MB down and 5MB up... At home I have the same problems with >100MB. I'm using a new Lenovo Yoga , windows 10 PC.
Let me know if I can run/export anything to help you..

ウイルスバスタークラウドがアクセス不能になりました
AusulogicsBootspeed pro11を利用して色々スキャンを行っていたところ、表題のウイルスバスタークラウドのアプリが開かなくなりプロパーティを見たところ「同期保留」となっていました。結局本Bootspeedの適用個所をいろいろ外してみてやっとウイルスソフトは復帰した次第です。
このようなことを避けるために今後ウイルスバスターの稼働に影響を与えると思われるBootSpeedの設定項目の詳細について教えて下さい。

Добрый день, приобрел годовую подписку на Aslogics BoostSpeed 11. На компьютер и ноутбук установилась нормально и отлично работает (система Windows 10). Но на второй ноутбук установилась с трудом и не запускается, при запуске вылетает окно (принтскрин во вложении). Скачивал с сайта и переустанавливал несколько раз - не помогает, программа не запускается. Система Windows Vista Home, ноутбук ужк возрастной.
Why auslogics boostspeed can't solve this ?
Hello. I'm a regular gamer, but when I play a game, no matter which one, my computer always crashes. Everyday, for months. I have used boostspeed 11 many times to fix this, but despite what Auslogics promised, my computer is no more stable than before. Nothing has changed. So I’m wondering what it pays to pay for software that promises to take care of our computer’s system, if it’s just basic operations that don’t solve anything. My IT department believes some way the Auslogics BoostSpeed 11 software is disableing the Remote Desktop Service. I work from home offten and I need to connect to this PC to develop and technical support of our users. How can I find if your application is changing the service to disabled?
Brightness control not working
startup
If I have to restart, it takes 20 minutes or more to load completely. I have basically nothing in startup and can't figure out what is making this take so long. It's the same whether a restart or new start. The hard drive is only a little over half full with lots of pictures. Logically it has to be in either ASUS or windows (10). It's very frustrating and because it takes so long to load, I leave it running. For quite a few years I paid for a service that cleaned the system once a month and helped with any problem. I am no longer using it as it was expensive and even though I stressed the startup time issue, they never improved it.
You can see a lot about the machine, but it doesn't say it's an ASUS 15" laptop, purchased in September of 2014, model R510LAVS51 with core i5
I didn't know if you needed this, but I'd rather give you unnecessary information than have you come back to me.
