HP Smart will not install correctly and HP Support says an antivirus or other control program has changed the settings and locked it so outside individuals can not install software on my system?
empty folder cleaned doesn't work
When I click on the box to do away with empty folders, nothing happens. It used to work but I stopped it in the middle of its job.

Hello. I don't know how it happened, but when creating a new profile in Google Chrome, the program, as I understand it, fixed its anonymity and security system in this profile, because the shortcut of the Google profile on the taskbar was the same as the shortcut of the program itself.
How can this be managed? How many such profiles can be created and how can I create such a profile consciously if I need it?

boostspeed being blocked
Hi. I have recently downloaded malwarebytes and it wont allow anything through from auslogics and deletes the program then wont let me download boostspeed12 again. I have tried the ignore list, but still no good. any help please? ozzyos
defrag 10 running sooo slow
Used to run fast, I have changed the advanced settings, now running slow,
I guess you cannot know which advanced settings I have enabled, (most of them)
what do you think? and what is your best guess as to my problem?
restarting issue
hello, i've been having an issue with my computer restarting whenever it likes to. i'm not sure what's wrong. i've troubleshooted the ram by removing half and running, and then the other half but that didn't work. i do not have an over heating problem, nor dust build up on cpu.

Driver update
Hello,
Subcategory is not correct (cannot select something else), please ignore.
I get a message from the driver updater that a driver is not up to date.
It is about PnP-Monitor Lock
It says:
Outdated driver 16.10.46.576 of 21/01/2019 Remote Utilities LLC
New driver 1.0 15/06/2015 BenQ Inc.
How is it that a newer driver is outdated?
Should I install the older driver?
If I have purchased Boost speed 12, Do I need the registry cleaner product also?

takes 7 hours to defrag 18 files on a portable HD
Why is it taking 8 hours to only defrag 18 files on an "easystore" 5TB portable HD. 790 files on this HD is said to be fragmented. at this speed, it will take me months to defrag this HD. can I speed up the defrag speed?
Stop code issues
My unit keeps crashing and indicating stop code: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I have tried every thing I know with no success.

Disc Error
It is still showing errors on Disc Doctor and advises running CHKDSK on restart
As soon as I Scedule a disc scan on restart - it completely messes up the system reloading - and PC will not boot
I have a disc image I took - using acronis so I can use a boot disc and restore - but each time I try to fix the "disc error " my machine will not boot. Is this an SSD error
