Не активируется программа при наличии лицензионного ключа

Добрый день! Образовались проблемы с Вашей программой: не активируется про версия (у меня есть подписка и лицензионный ключ), не запускается программа отдель после закрытия ( пишет: "Администратор заблокировал доступ к этому приложению". Очень странно, ведь я этого не делал)) и подтормаживания и общие сбои в работе приложения, хотя система весьма мощная и не хватку мощности можно смело исключить. Как быть? Что делать?

Hello,
I have been using Boostspeed pro for years, and now the software only opens in the free version, even when I copy the activation key received in December by email.
A window appears, saying "Registered software", yet the software remains in free version.
Can you help me solve this problem?

Beim Versuch, Boost Speed von der Taskleiste aus zu öffnen, erscheint folgende Mitteilung:
"Diese App wurde aus Sicherheitsgründen blockiert.
Ein Administrator hat die Ausführung dieser App blockiert
Weitere Informationen erhalten Sie vom Administrator.
Integrator.exe"
Ich bin selbst der Administrator meines Systems, sehe aber keine Möglichkeit, den Fehler zu beheben.

Pro Version

Why won't my system allow me to upgrade to Pro Version? I have started getting a message - An Administrator has blocked you from using this App. That's not righty because I am the administrator and have checked my settings and can't see anything wrong. I have re-installed program and un-installed a few things that might be causing conflict and still can't find problem.

Cannot open Auslogics 12 on my other laptop

Hi, this may have come through twice, sorry if it has, but I have 3 laptops which I pay to use your excellent software. My other laptop, a Lenovo T520 is showing an error message from MS ...the adminsitrator has blocked me from running the auslogics app. It then says contact the adminsitrator...I am the adminsitrator ..the only user of that machine. Does MS have a problem with Auslogics? Can you help me sort this problem out and enable me to open your software as and wehen I need to...weekly? VMT Chris

My BoostSpeed app will not recognise my Pro status

Examples of this issue in the atchd doc.

My BoostSpeed is the Pro level app and it is good for another 300+ days. However, the app does not know this fact. It will not allow me access to the Pro features. It requires me to buy the Pro level features. I do not understand how the app indicates I have Pro yet at the same time the app thinks I only have the free version.

I do have and have paid for Pro for the 300 days.

When I tired to re-register the Pro license key, it indicates I'm already Pro registered. Yeah, that's obvious. Why doesn't the app know this?

Boostspeed lost Pro licence

I have a Pro licence for Boostspeed and for Malware but both appear to be disabled. If I try to activate the program and enter the activation key I initially get a message saying that the program is registered. However it isn't and the the status is still to upgarde or acivate Pro.

If I close the program completely and try to re-run I get a message saying that the administrator is blocking me via integrator.exe,
however I am the administrator.

Hope you can help.

the program have trouble with intel smart sound and some issue with outlook, background taskhost exe an wtlibrary exe.

Здраствуйте мне очень нужна Ваша помощь, у меня не отрывает страницы ни один браузер .Интернет есть , есть гугл , есть опера . но не открывает . не работают ссылки . Иными словами даже не появляются окна после нажатия ярлыка картинки на которые клацаещь а толку нет. Интернет есть показывает статус что все работает , ошибок не находит программа сканирования ... Application will not recognize Pro version

Hi there,

I have an active license key and discovered today that the app reverted to the free version. I put in my license key and it notes activation to be successful, however still runs as the free version.

To note: I have been unable to access the app itself without having to go into the administrator Windows account, which is a new finding since today as well. Not sure if that's related.

Any help would be great. Thanks.

Windows Search Repeatedly Becoming Disabled

I am running Windows 10. The Windows Search service repeatedly becomes disabled, and I suspect that the cause is something within the Auslogics BoostSpeed 12 program. I am able to restart it by entering services in the search bar, choosing Automatic (or Manual) and then restarting the service. However, is there a toggle within your program that would previent this recurring issue?

Auslogics 12 Downloading

I hate being such a software web idiot. Its a shame with this being a 21st century of Knowledges and we still have such a night mare internet system.After emailing you all and Mcafee and numerous deletions of safety's and various uploads and downloads and turn this off and reboots , finally I got Auslogics 12 Boostspeed fully downloaded with no errors or failiers to download. I guess , I see how grand , I am sure it works.

Unable to uninstall application using Uninstall Manager of Boostspeed 11

I installed SmartDraw2020 application (free version) from the Net. Now, when I want to uninstall it, it is not showing up either in control panel or in BoostSpeed under Uninstall Manager tab. There is Uninstall option for this App when I access through Windows 10 Start Menu (see screenshot attached), but it is not uninstalling from there, due to some error (Could not open Install.log file message).

I am surprised why it is not even listed in Boostspeed under Uninstall Manager. Can you please help me?

BoostSpeed actions on Windows 10 Shut Down

I use Microsoft Office 2003 and one of the features maintains a list of recently used files in each of Word, Excel and Outlook. Recently the recently used files list in these three programs has been cleared following shut down at the end of the day so that when I restart my computer the next day the recently used file lists are empty and start being repopulated during the course of the day but again are cleared following the final shut down of the day.

My question is - is there a feature of Boostspeed that is clearing these lists and how do I change it so that it doesn't happen?

No Disk DeFrag menu option in Auslogics 10

I installed this today, paid $30.00 dollars for it (after using a free verison for years), and after one attemot at optimizing my SSD on my Acer Laptop, the prgram restarted after completion and when it did it no longer has the menu option to actually defrag anything. the only menus i have are "reports" "Portable version" "ask a question" and "auslogics store".

what's going on?

My Computer is Running Very Slow and I cannot get this one Windows Update to Install- HELP

I work from home of course and my Lenovo is running extremely slow and making noise like it is trying to complete an update. I do have one update 2021-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for x86-based Systems (KB5003173) that everytime I try to install it is errors out. I have received two different error codes (0x8007007e), I ran the windows trouble shooter, and now I am receiving error code (0x8000ffff). I downloaded your Auslogics and did a full scan for all the free options you offer and still am receiving this error message and my PC is super slow

Unable to make screen lighter or darker

I don't remember what I did when I used the Auslogics BoostSpeed 11 free version. I can't recover the previous windows versions, because they were deleted. I went to the recovery center and it didn't help me with retrieving my lost files. Prior to trying this software, I was able to control the brightness of my screen. I have tried to load the HP graphics, and it says that my computer doesn't meet the requirements.

Location in Privacy setting

I cannot switch Location on in privacy settings i have scoured the web and tried numerous "fixes" under Services and Registry to no avail i think it maybe something to do with the Administration profile login, I have tried creating another admin login "Test" but the problem persists, I have even upgraded to windows 10 Pro but still the issue is thier would appreciate a fix. Error mesage

I recently installed Microsoft Office 2019 on my Win 10 computer. Each time I use your Bootspeed 11 software, and when I access my Office 2019 software, I get an error message "Operatng system is not presently configured to run this application". What can I do to correct this? I am reluctant to use Auslogics software if it continues to prevent me from accessing my MS office software. Please advise. Thank you.

Logitech C920s

I have a Logitech C920s webcam. Everything was working perfectly fine until Wednesday evening. At that time I started doing a bunch of maintenance within BoostSpeed. Something in my system was changed, and now I get a BSOD whenever I boot my computer when the webcam is plugged in. If I remove the webcam from the USB port, then the computer boots fine.

I've run two different anti-virus programs (including your Anti-Malware) and I also have your driver updater. Plus I made sure that I have the latest version of Logitech's LogiCapture software. And it does not appear that there were any Windows updates (other than Defender) since last week.

So...at this point I cannot use my webcam and I'm fairly certain it was due to some change made within BoostSpeed.

Please help me fix this. Is there an audit log in BoostSpeed that shows what settings were changed?
