Hi there,

I downloaded some "pre-installed" software on my computer (i.e., just need to unzip the RAR file and the software will start working; no need to manually run the installation tool). If I no longer need this software, how do I completely uninstall it? I already deleted the "pre-installed" files, but I believe my computer still has some residual memory of it. I did a registry cleanup already...anything else I need to do?

Auslogics windows slimmer pro v.3

Hi

I am a bit interested in above mentioned softwares compact feature. When running it it says that it can compress W10 with 1.9gb, windows inbuilt feature says only 0.5gb when running it. So how can your program compress so much more, 1.4gb more, that is a lot. Very!

I hope i will get a really detailed, extensive answer to my question, now when i have taken the trouble to download and install "Boostspeed" to get an answer.

So, how can your software compress so much more then Windows inbuilt feature? Why the difference? What does it really do?

My Computer is Running Very Slow and I cannot get this one Windows Update to Install- HELP

I work from home of course and my Lenovo is running extremely slow and making noise like it is trying to complete an update. I do have one update 2021-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for x86-based Systems (KB5003173) that everytime I try to install it is errors out. I have received two different error codes (0x8007007e), I ran the windows trouble shooter, and now I am receiving error code (0x8000ffff). I downloaded your Auslogics and did a full scan for all the free options you offer and still am receiving this error message and my PC is super slow

USB Flash Drive is corrupted and not readable

I have a corrupted USB drive and now I can't access anything on it. I don't care about the files on it now. I would like to know is there a way to UN-corrupt it in your tools. I would just like to be able to use it. It's a pretty new flash drive - only used a few times. I think I killed it when I pulled it out after it gave me a warning. I wasn't able to get the warning to go away.

Screenshot is only partial list of ewrrors. I like BS 11-12, but this product should go in the trash.
What the hell is the subcategory for when you cant put anything in related to the BitEReplica software issue.
You should hire someone that understands people, not zeros and ones.

Windows Startup

A text box appears "A new item was added to Windows" (or something like this). When I click on Inspect, I get a long list of items which baffles me. It would help if text box, or item list, would identify the new item because I can't figure it out. Thanks.

Adquirí su producto hace poco y me ha agradado en la forma que funciona y los resultados que me ha brindado al limpiar el registro.

Mi pregunta es ¿Qué diferencia hay con Registry Cleaner 9 a lado del antiguo Pc Tools Registry Mechanic? Comprendo que la aplicación Registry Mechanic tiene seis años que se descontinuó, pero me gustaría saber si Registry Cleaner 9 tiene algoritmos parecidos o diferentes a los que usaba el Registry Mechanic al momento de escanear y de limpiar el registro, o si Registry Cleaner 9 fue creado desde cero. Simplemente para resolver esta duda que tengo.

Protect Doesn't Recognise MS Edge

It was working for a while on Bostspeed 10, but then it stopped working. I upgraded to Boostspeed 11 because there was no support for BS10 after BS11 came out.

Sleep Mode

I have Acer Aspire 5750 G laptop, pritty old one, with win10 latest. It works well but when it goes to sleep mode everything gets slow (all applications, movement of mouse, all system), I've been waited for a long time to give it a time to wake up but nothing. Only solutions is to restart it, and after that it is in normal working mode. Before latest win10 update (2004) it was OK.
I tried so many things to do (everything throu Auslogics, update driver, clean up, registry, defrag ...), but nothing.
Is there any advice from you?

Bluetooth devices can't connect

After running a scan and following several actions/suggestions, my bluetooth audio devices cannot connect to my bluetooth. I'm unsure what to do. I've tried removing the devices, and reconnecting them, but there's still a disconnect. My PC is able to discover the device, but it fails to connect. I've tried this with multiple devices. My bluetooth mouse still connects, but no audio bluetooth connection will work. I even tried to uninstall one device from my device manager, and of course now I can't even find it at all. Thanks for the help!
