Unable to reclaim disk space on WD My Cloud Home
I've bought a WD My Cloud Home. The device states that from a storage of 7 TB there is only 1.4 TB available, although I have only stored 3.5 TB on the drive apparently it is using hidden folders for a backup process but as I also have a MyBook installed I can't find any of the settings to disable the backup process.

Updating to the newer software
Everytime I try to update the software, it goes through all the steps, but does not do the update. It continues to show the original version and reminds me to update again. I have tried this about 10 times with no success.
windows 10 freezes
after using the cpu for a few minutes the windows 10 freezes all of a sudden and has to be restarted again.What is the best solution to resolve this problem.

its been a while my brightness doesnt work at the 2 and 3 level i will experience this issue every time when i sign in with a microsoft account doesnt matter what windows laptop it is in every laptop when i sign in with microsoft the brightness doesnt works on 2 and 3 level

Hi! Is there a plan to support the Opera GX browser? I have been using this broswer for my web serching needs. It's pretty good. However, Auslogis BoostSpeed is not recognizing the browser as a supported browser. Thank you for taking the time to read this question.

I have tried to update Windows 10 many times already, have performed clean boots, ran the troubleshooter and so on, but I keep getting this error (0x80071a91). What should I do?
Slow browser and switching applications
There are long delays when switching apps (i.e., I had to close BoostSpeed with Task Manager and reopen it to avoid a interminal hour glass when opening this form)
Opening new broswer tabs can take 10s of seconds to forever. i primarily use firefox and have tried clearing the cache and cookies. The loading indicator on the tab just keeps cycling, sometimes even after the screen refreshes it keeps cycling.
I use Norton, but I do not think it is blocking anything. One thought, I may have unintentially disabled a needed start-up application I checked the interet speed here and its 1MB down and 5MB up... At home I have the same problems with >100MB. I'm using a new Lenovo Yoga , windows 10 PC.
Let me know if I can run/export anything to help you..

ウイルスバスタークラウドがアクセス不能になりました
AusulogicsBootspeed pro11を利用して色々スキャンを行っていたところ、表題のウイルスバスタークラウドのアプリが開かなくなりプロパーティを見たところ「同期保留」となっていました。結局本Bootspeedの適用個所をいろいろ外してみてやっとウイルスソフトは復帰した次第です。
このようなことを避けるために今後ウイルスバスターの稼働に影響を与えると思われるBootSpeedの設定項目の詳細について教えて下さい。

Добрый день, приобрел годовую подписку на Aslogics BoostSpeed 11. На компьютер и ноутбук установилась нормально и отлично работает (система Windows 10). Но на второй ноутбук установилась с трудом и не запускается, при запуске вылетает окно (принтскрин во вложении). Скачивал с сайта и переустанавливал несколько раз - не помогает, программа не запускается. Система Windows Vista Home, ноутбук ужк возрастной.

Unable to download anything from Microsoft Store
I get the following error code whenever I try to download anything from the Microsoft store.

Mi pregunta es ¿Qué diferencia hay con Registry Cleaner 9 a lado del antiguo Pc Tools Registry Mechanic? Comprendo que la aplicación Registry Mechanic tiene seis años que se descontinuó, pero me gustaría saber si Registry Cleaner 9 tiene algoritmos parecidos o diferentes a los que usaba el Registry Mechanic al momento de escanear y de limpiar el registro, o si Registry Cleaner 9 fue creado desde cero. Simplemente para resolver esta duda que tengo.

Protect Doesn't Recognise MS Edge
It was working for a while on Bostspeed 10, but then it stopped working. I upgraded to Boostspeed 11 because there was no support for BS10 after BS11 came out.
