When typing it is as if the keyboard were pressing only the tab, and other than that it sometimes only moved backwards. A few words back. That happens after having the computer turned on for a while, that is, it does not turn on that way. Unable to uninstall application using Uninstall Manager of Boostspeed 11
I installed SmartDraw2020 application (free version) from the Net. Now, when I want to uninstall it, it is not showing up either in control panel or in BoostSpeed under Uninstall Manager tab. There is Uninstall option for this App when I access through Windows 10 Start Menu (see screenshot attached), but it is not uninstalling from there, due to some error (Could not open Install.log file message).
I am surprised why it is not even listed in Boostspeed under Uninstall Manager. Can you please help me?

C:\Windows\System32\SleepStudy\ScreenOn\ScreenOnPowerStudyTraceSession-2020 How can I delete, disable the folders of these files. I have gone in to the final files and deleted them, at least I think I have, but the early folders are still there and the Application Logs appear again. How do I get rid of or disable these folders? Temperature raises very high when using Boostspeed 12
I used Boostspeed 11 for some time and never had temperature issues, after de Boostpeed 12 upgrade I noticed that the fan started to make annoying noises and checked the temperature of my Laptop with the Core Temp 1.16 program which says the temp goes above 90 degrees Celsius.
Tried to install 12 again with no result.
Now back to 11 again and the temperature is normal again.
My question is this a normal behaviour of the 12 version of boostspeed?

Again, it worked perfectly. Today, when I was working I got a message indicating that a "defragment" was urgently needed. So I did yet another defragmentation. Then, for some reason which
I cannot explain, I downloaded the "pro" version of your product. Once it was completed, I did yet another defragmentation. To my surprise, there were files that required yet another defragmentation. My question is, why? Should I really trust that your software is actually doin what it is supposed to?

Can't open my Chinese typing software
I am a new user of your company's product - Auslogics BoostSpeed. After I use the boostSpeed, I can't open and use my Chinese typing software (倉頡 and 速成) in window 10.
I went to the Setup > Time and language > language, and still can't find a way to open it.
In BoostSpeed, I don't know how to undo it, so I can use my Chinese typing again.
Please help me solve this problem. Thanks.

New update fails to open
I have auslogics BoostSpeed 12 Version 12.0.0.4 I get a message that their is a new version available to download and install.
I download the install program auslogics-boost-speed-setup.exe
When I click on the install program I get the error message that the filename, directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect and then the program dissappears. I have enclosed two screen shots. I am unable to install the upgrades. Please help.

Windows search indexer
Windows search indexer seems to be taking forever to finish.
I have restarted the process, limited the number of files to index and even disable the AV to allow indexer to index faster.
But after a while it comes back and keeps eating away between 60% to 24% of CPU
Any fix for that? runing on (win11 64 bits.
defrag 10 running sooo slow
Used to run fast, I have changed the advanced settings, now running slow,
I guess you cannot know which advanced settings I have enabled, (most of them)
