Напортачил...

Я перенёс папку "Загрузки" из положения по умолчанию на диск D, но не создал отдельной папки, и теперь "Загрузки" - это весь диск D. Получается бардак.
При попытке вернуть всё по умолчанию или перенести в другое место, пишет: "Не удалось сформировать список обычных подкаталогов в "D:\System Volume Information".
Отказано в доступе.

Как вернуть положение по умолчанию???

Logitech C920s

I have a Logitech C920s webcam. Everything was working perfectly fine until Wednesday evening. At that time I started doing a bunch of maintenance within BoostSpeed. Something in my system was changed, and now I get a BSOD whenever I boot my computer when the webcam is plugged in. If I remove the webcam from the USB port, then the computer boots fine.

I've run two different anti-virus programs (including your Anti-Malware) and I also have your driver updater. Plus I made sure that I have the latest version of Logitech's LogiCapture software. And it does not appear that there were any Windows updates (other than Defender) since last week.

So...at this point I cannot use my webcam and I'm fairly certain it was due to some change made within BoostSpeed.

Please help me fix this. Is there an audit log in BoostSpeed that shows what settings were changed?

Microphones disabled

After I installed Auslogics and ran all the tests, my camera and microphone were disabled. I managed to turn the camera back on but not the microphone even after going into my Privacy settings and enabling it. It happened on both machines, one with a Logitech headset and the other with a Jabra 510 speaker. Both microphones are still not functioning. Please advise. I am running Windows 10 on both desktops.

Ноутбук не включается без подключения к сети переменного тока и выключается при её отключении.
Обновил всевозможные драйвера, обновил биос(правда теперь появилась надпись при запуске "Checking media...").
Проверил состояние батареи через консоль(часть отчета прикрепил файлом) и там осташееся емкость 12 октября остановилось на одном значении, т.е. батарея не заряжается и не разряжается.
Что делать в данной ситуации, чтобы ноутбуком вновь можно было пользоваться автономно?

Unable to make screen lighter or darker

I don't remember what I did when I used the Auslogics BoostSpeed 11 free version. I can't recover the previous windows versions, because they were deleted. I went to the recovery center and it didn't help me with retrieving my lost files. Prior to trying this software, I was able to control the brightness of my screen. I have tried to load the HP graphics, and it says that my computer doesn't meet the requirements.

Skipped traces

Lanovo with windows 10

Just upgraded to latest BoostSpeed 11 and have a problem I NEVER had with the precious version ~ 245 traces in the broswer SKIPPED! Made repeated attempts, alwys 245 skipped! Not good!-

PS, forcing a "Subcatagory" selrection makes ZERO sense. the categoriars are inane!

unidentified files following upgrade to Win 10 version 2004 prevent defragmentation

I have recently upgraded my Win10 x64 PC to version 2004 from Windows update. Prior to the upgrade the PC was clean and fast and the system drive was defragmented using Auslogics Defrag Ultimate. Fopllowing the upfgrade and subsequent cleanup, I ran defrag again and the drive now has approximately 20% of its used capacity filled with files that Auslogics Defrag will not identify (light green block icons, mouse click for file info invokes the prompt "This block contains file system service data. Detailed view is not available".

This is obviously some several GB of data judging by the number of blocks occupied in this manner - but I am unablæe to find out what these files are, what they are called, what purpose they serve or where they are on the drive. They are spread out across the system drive and thus prevent defrag running a free space defragmentation, and thus casue even more fragmentation when new files are added to the drive.

I have tried tio google this problem but have not found any reference to it. Auslogics defrag is the only untility that tells me these file exist - but no more than that.

Can you advice - what are these files, and how do I get rif them and run the usually perfect free space defrag?

Здравствуйте. Сегоодня вышла новая версия программы и возникает резонный вопрос - как установить обновление? Придется полностью удалять старую версию (с помощью спецпрограмм типа Revo) и устанавливать новую? Или есть еще другой вариант?

Suggestion to mute certain notifications

I have an anti-virus program that always run and notified by Boostspeed (an item just added into.... start-up), "C:\Program Files\Bitdefender\Bitdefender 2017\bdagent.exe" , in the Registry/run of the Startup Manager. How can I mute this particular notification from poping up? It is too frequent.
I suggest an exception based notification where we can right-click a particular line in the Startup Manager to mute the message, but still allow it to execute (on startup).

By-the-way, I could not find "Bitdefender" in the subcategory drop down list for this subject.

Некорректная работа со сторонним ПО

Здравствуйте.
Пользуюсь Auslogics BoostSpeed недавно. Еще не во всем разобрался.
Столкнулся с проблемой что каждый раз после сканирования компьютера и последующей очисткой вашей программой, у меня перестает работать Google Drive File Stream. Уже в исключения вносил папки Google Drive в ProgrammFiles и в папке кэша. Все равно перестает работать.
Подскажите как быть или в чем проблемма.
Система:
Windows 10-Home 64-bit, v.1809, сборка 17763.737.
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8265U CPU@1.6-1.8 GHz; RAM - 8 Gb.

Lorsque j'effectues une défragmentation de mon ssd avec l'option pour sdd, ils reste des carrées en rouge.
J'ai sélectionné dans les options 'tous les fichiers'.

Egalement l'indicateur ne se met pas a 0%

Error 0xc1900101

Dear Sir/Madame,

I keep getting error 0xc1900101 on Windows Update.
It all started when I switched to new SSD 970 EVO 500GB.
Windows have had updated few times than came version 20H2 which doesn't seem to work.
Updater downloads it, instal it and then during instalation after reboot it colapses around 24%. Then it reboots and I get this error record.
The computer is DELL XPS 13 9360 with i7, 8GB ram.
It runs Windows 10 PRO 1909

Updates to file finder and boost speed

Almost on a daily basis I am getting notification of duplicate file finder and BoostSpeed 12 has a new update. I click onto download, I see where it is downloading, but when I go to install the update it does nothing. It doesnt tell me it has completed installation or given me a notce that it failed. This has be going on since I puchased Logistics. I guess it is not my fault for not following up on this, since I'm not getting my monies worth.
If you could help to get the problem solved or tell me what I've been doing wrong, sure would appreciate it.

Intermittent PC Crashes/Freezes

I intiated my original correspondence on the 5th November as indicated below:

I, now, upload the Event View Log, in the hope this will assist you in resolving this issue. Many thanks. As an aside, I think there should, also, be an option to 'Add File' from my account page. Instead, I am obligated to intiate another question to include this file and this should not be the case, when it is part of the same, initial, question.

This is a bit ridiculous. I am asked to create a log from the Event Viewer which is 'saved as' a .evtx file and now I cannot add it! Neither can I add it in a format that is recognised by Auslogics! Wow! Really, really helpful - Not!

I await an update at your earliest available opportunity.

Dear Ian,

Thank you for posting your question on our forum.

The easiest way to solve the issue is to uninstall the program that creates this error or contact their support.

Often, such errors are created by hacked software or bugs in software that can only be solved by their developers.

Running the command "sfc / scannow" in CMD under the admin might help with the issue.

You can also send to our support logs with system information and event viewer so that we can better understand the issue.

To get the system information report press Start -> Run, type in MSINFO32 and press the Enter button. Save the report using the File -> Save menu option.

To get logs from event viewer, please do the following:

1. Press the key combination "Windows" + "X"

2. Select "Event Viewer"

3. Expand the "Custom Viewer" subsection

4. Select "Administrative Events"

5. Expand the "Action" menu

6. Click on "Save all events in custom view as ..."

7. Save log to PC

If you need any further assistance or have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Further to your recommendations I have now run the commend "sfc /SCANNOW in CMD under the Administrator privileges.In the event, corrupted files were found and successfully repaired.

At this stage, I think I will see if this provides system stability, before sending the associated report with the Windows Event Viewer.

Cross mark on wifi symbol

This happens sometimes . When i on the laptop there is a red cross mark on wifi button and when i on the wifi it doesnot detect any network . But after I off and on the aeroplane mode and the system a lot of times it goes off . It is not related to the function key which disables it as i tried it .

Во-первых:после оптимизации жёсткого диска"С" SSD c ОС , диск перестал открываться в предварительной программе запуска(BIOC) Windows 10 pro версии 1903, прекидывал диски местами результатов нет " Мёртвый" подскажите как его реанимироваь??? Пришлось записывать ОС на обычный жесткий диск. В цело мне ваша программа нонравилась - поддержка обяного жесткого диска значительно лучше чем другие...
