Defrag and optomize problems
I have problems with defrag and optomize - it takes hours to complete the process. My previous version did not have that problem. It is so bad that i use windows defrag instead of Your defrag --- any ideas as to why???
Bluescreen after using Driver Updater
Hi there,
Just installed my Driver Updater on my new PC and after updating the drivers and a required restart I get a Bluescreen with the message "Inacessible Boot Device" adn restarting does not help, nor does turning the desktop off and on again.
What to do now?

при работе с функцией "защитить" выходит сообщение о сбое работы программы. Кнопка "защита" не устанавливается и не фиксируется на верхней строке .

サウンドドラィバーの変更方法
Win 10 Pro のUPDATEの問題でWin10に問題が発生し、マイクロソフトからクリーンインストールを進められ、実行いたしましたが、サウンドドライバーがHigh Definition Audio Device が入ってしまい、音声が小さく、DVDを見ても、音声が聞こえない状態です。 ドライバーを入れ替えたいですが、方法が 解らないです、教えて欲しいです

Auslogics BoostSpeed 11 でクリーンアップ後（使っていないファイル／ホルダーを削除？）、PC立ち上げ時に以下のメッセージが出ます。
無視して進めれば、通常の動作をしているように見えます（今のところトラブルは起こりません）が、何が起こっているのでしょうか？
どうすれば、このメッセージを消すことが出来るのでしょうか？

Здравствуйте! Перестала работать клавиша FN + F1, F2 ... и т.д. Не могу в играх убавить звук, яркость. Полагаю перестал работать драйвер отвечающий за эту функцию. Пожалуйста, помогите советом как устранить данную проблему. С уважением, Станислав Викторович.

Bluetooth devices can't connect
After running a scan and following several actions/suggestions, my bluetooth audio devices cannot connect to my bluetooth. I'm unsure what to do. I've tried removing the devices, and reconnecting them, but there's still a disconnect. My PC is able to discover the device, but it fails to connect. I've tried this with multiple devices. My bluetooth mouse still connects, but no audio bluetooth connection will work. I even tried to uninstall one device from my device manager, and of course now I can't even find it at all. Thanks for the help!

Browsers run slooooow with WIN 11
Ever since I installed WIN11 the broswers (I've tried both Edge and Chrome) run at glacial speed, taking a second or two to respond to a mouse click. Sometimes a scan with Boost Speed seems to fix the problem sometimes now. Sometimes it disappears after a period of time, only to reappear after the computer has been asleep. I've tried all the fixes I've found online (remove extensions, etc.) and like the Boost Speed scan, the fix is only temporary if it works at all. Any advice?

Why does boostspeed try to defragment SSDs?
Why at all? Especially when Diskeeper 18 from Condusiv is running? How can I disable just that portion of Boostspeed so it never interferes and puts unnecessary load on the SSD?

Is there any benefit in having Defrag Ultimate? Boostspeed 12 includes defrag. Can Defrag Ultimate do anything the defrag in Boostspeed can't do?

I just purchased BoostSpeed 12 and installed, but errords pop when I try to enter my license key. I'm going to attempt to uninstall and reinstall in the meantime.
Orphaned Print Spooler Files
I have two Dymo Turbo 450 label printers. A recent Windows 10 update caused them to print blank labels. Dymo wrote new software to address the issue. When I installed the new software, my printers stopped working entirely. I blamed the new software and tried innumerable ways to fix the issue to no avail. What it turned out to be was a couple of orphaned files in their print spooler folder. I stopped the spooler, deleted the files, restarted the spooler, and all works well. Can you add that item to your software, i.e. check and remove orphaned files in the print spooler folders?

This file is obviously spyware, and logs every key stroke one makes. I use to be able to disable it and did delete it using BoostSpeed13, but now it has locked itself, so i can no longer disable or delete it.
When i disable it, it shows in the task manager and the Services tab that it is still running even with it being disabled. If i close it using task manager, as soon as i hit a key on the keyboard, it reopens. There is one other program that is very similar to this and also opens and runs, clipmanager i think it is called. I can disable this, but it also comes back, not immediately but normally within the day.
How can i deleted these files or disable them perminently - they were never part of Windows 10 until very recently, so hence i beleiev e they are key logers and spyware.

Boostspeed lost Pro licence
I have a Pro licence for Boostspeed and for Malware but both appear to be disabled. If I try to activate the program and enter the activation key I initially get a message saying that the program is registered. However it isn't and the the status is still to upgarde or acivate Pro.
If I close the program completely and try to re-run I get a message saying that the administrator is blocking me via integrator.exe,
however I am the administrator.
