Hi there,

I downloaded some "pre-installed" software on my computer (i.e., just need to unzip the RAR file and the software will start working; no need to manually run the installation tool). If I no longer need this software, how do I completely uninstall it? I already deleted the "pre-installed" files, but I believe my computer still has some residual memory of it. I did a registry cleanup already...anything else I need to do?

Auslogics windows slimmer pro v.3

Hi

I am a bit interested in above mentioned softwares compact feature. When running it it says that it can compress W10 with 1.9gb, windows inbuilt feature says only 0.5gb when running it. So how can your program compress so much more, 1.4gb more, that is a lot. Very!

I hope i will get a really detailed, extensive answer to my question, now when i have taken the trouble to download and install "Boostspeed" to get an answer.

So, how can your software compress so much more then Windows inbuilt feature? Why the difference? What does it really do?

My Computer is Running Very Slow and I cannot get this one Windows Update to Install- HELP

I work from home of course and my Lenovo is running extremely slow and making noise like it is trying to complete an update. I do have one update 2021-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for x86-based Systems (KB5003173) that everytime I try to install it is errors out. I have received two different error codes (0x8007007e), I ran the windows trouble shooter, and now I am receiving error code (0x8000ffff). I downloaded your Auslogics and did a full scan for all the free options you offer and still am receiving this error message and my PC is super slow

USB Flash Drive is corrupted and not readable

I have a corrupted USB drive and now I can't access anything on it. I don't care about the files on it now. I would like to know is there a way to UN-corrupt it in your tools. I would just like to be able to use it. It's a pretty new flash drive - only used a few times. I think I killed it when I pulled it out after it gave me a warning. I wasn't able to get the warning to go away.

Hi, this is my last qustion, and the most importent one. I just installed webroot, but I found a better one, and their core service is stuck in my pc. I tried everything( safe mode, antivirus remove tool....) all didn't work. So please help!

Screenshot is only partial list of ewrrors. I like BS 11-12, but this product should go in the trash.
What the hell is the subcategory for when you cant put anything in related to the BitEReplica software issue.
You should hire someone that understands people, not zeros and ones.

A text box appears "A new item was added to Windows" (or something like this). When I click on Inspect, I get a long list of items which baffles me. It would help if text box, or item list, would identify the new item because I can't figure it out. Thanks.

Auslogic Bost LOction

Boost resets location to not enabled.

Now my privacy & security > Location shows location sevices off and managed by your orginization.

How do I stop Boost from doing this and how can I turn off the anaged by your orginization and reset location services to on.

- I did reset location services once, but it was a PITA. And now I know how it gets reset.

I am 76 and live in a nursing home in NY. I have a Dell Inspiron 5570. I have my own room and use Windows 10. A predatory fire wall was installed by someone not me a few months ago. I hate it and want it unistalled. It question links I try to open in my email.
I use wi fi provided by the nursing home. I have Searched the internet and it say to uninstall it thru the programs file. It's not there.
There is a more omplicated way but I am not that literate to use it. It was likely installed by the nursing home to prevent employees from watching porn on company equiptment. But residents have their own line and work is seperate.

Getting different kinds of BSOD's

Hello and good morning, I'm not very good at softwares and know-how's on PC but I've tried using this program to probably fix the cause of what could be causing the BSOD's on my PC. After I tried to use the Auslogics Driver Updater, I updated some of the drivers and it asked me to restart so I did. After I restarted, the pc kept giving me a BSOD where it was written something like: Boot device inaccessible. So I couldn't even put the password and login properly. I had to restore the data to a certain point so I could get my pc back. I'm not sure what the problem is yet so I decided to write this message to you and ask for a helping hand.

Documents not opening

For some reason I cannot open any of my previous microsoft office documents, not work nor excel. When I choose to open them it says "You'll need a new app to open this .docx file" Look for an app in microsoft store. Says same when trying to open Excel documents. It was fine last time I used it about a week ago and now cant open any of my documents, nor word blank document templates.

Computer won't charge?

Hello! so, i have had this computer for awhile. i got it a couple of years ago, but i stopped using it for 3 years because i thought i had completely broke it. well, i am just now starting to fix my computer and getting it back to a stable state. one of the main issues i noticed with the computer is that it will not charge. i have to keep it on the charger, or it will die instantly. it is always on 0% :(. i wasn't sure if my battery was broken, a sensory was off, something was wrong with my motherboard or my charger. can you help me identify the issue? if you need information about my computer, it is a windows 10 ASUS computer and i have had it for 4 years. thank you for your time!!

I have on disk C: With 166 GB, the Windows 11 operating system and I just want the drive C: for Windows. In recent days it has been full and does not allow me to manage the available space, as it has free only 1.6 GB and honestly I do not know how to reduce files in C: which I find too risky because I can collapse the system.
