Duplicate fiel search on networked drive

I have a Netgear ReadyNAS 104 running v 6.10.9 with SMB, NFS and FTP services running. I seek a duplicate file app to reduce the number of duplicate files on the networked backup device folders. These folders are primarily PC backups of user files, like docs, pics and music. I can also access these files using Windows File Explorer with a mapped network drive.

Does Auslogic have a product that will do this? PC is WIndows 11 Pro. Nwtwork is wired and with a L2 managed gigabit switch using DHCP and static addresses. Looking to aviod downloading backup folders to a Windows PC and using a duplciate file app then uploading back to the NAS.

Recordig Audio

I would like to record audio from my turntable (Line level) to my Dell 5567 Laptop. The only Recording device that windows detects (listed in the "Recording" tab of the "Sound" dialogue box) is "Microphone" Obviously I don't want to use Microphone as the Recording device.
I would like to use the 3.5mm Jack Speaker/Headphone socket as the Recording input device, but although it is listed as a Playback device, it is not listed as a Recording device.

Pro but not Pro

Your BoostSpeed 13 software recognises I'm a Pro user on Windows 10 (my activation key comes up when I try to regitster). Why would I try to register if I'm already registered? Because the software refuses to recognise my Pro status for several of its features, such as automatic scanning. When I click the checkbox to open the features a dialogue box pops up telling me to buy Pro... even as it's displaying my license key! Really annoying.

?????.tmp.exe files needing to be blocked daily

Every day after Windows startup I see a privacy warning from my antivirus software (Trend Micro Maximum Security) that one or more new files in C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp is trying to access my C: drive, as it is protected against ransom attack by the antivirus software, and offering to block it.

The files being blocked are all of a certain type, ending .tmp.exe. File properties reveal them to be "7-Zip Standalone Console" files, and are executable.

Are you able to tell me what this executable is doing in the background? I am suspicious of it.

If I were to buy the 3-pack of license keys, would I be able to use them over the course of three years? It says "1 year, 3 keys", but I don't know if they each expire a year after purchase or if they expire a year after they are used. For example, if I bought the keys, would I be able to use one key every year, using the three keys over the course of three years, or would I have to buy another 3-pack every year?

Touchpad Stopped Working

Can you give me possible solution methods to get my Lenovo Yoga laptop (Win 10) touchpad to start working again? I am currently using a bluetooth connected mouse with my laptop, but "out of the blue" my touchpad stopped operating. Ausllogics BoostSpeed 13 so difficult to open

Whenever I open Auslogics BoostSpeed to start it does not open , after some 5 mins and several times of tries it will open but is so slow to start to scan ??? After long wait no report on any problems why it did not start. Is this the normal speed of BoostSpeed 13 ???

laptop is shutting down 30 sec

Hello

Let me tell you that I am satisfied with the performance of the BostSpeed 13. Great Job.

I run the program, and everything is fine. The speed of the PC is unbelievable.

Except that, why does the laptop shut down 30 sec later under the electricity power and does not shut down when it is on battery power supply? Following the startup with battery I insert the plug of the electricity power and everting is running correctly. The matter is under electricity power plug in start up.

What can be the problem?

Jabra Speak 710

I have a Jabra Speak 710, connected through a Jabra Link 380 bluetooth device.
My computer (Thinkpad, with Windows 10 Pro Version 22H2) does not recognize the speaker as a sound device.
When connected to the computer through the USB cable, the speaker is visible in the catagory Other Devices iso Audio Devices.
The speaker and the link are working fine on another computer of mine, and also on my smartphone.
I reached out to Jabra support, they have helped me resetting the firmware, removing and reconnecting the device etc. but nothing works. I even got a new speaker from them, but still no change.
The problem started after installing an update of a driver. Undoing the update did not help.
I have even done a full re-installation of Windows, which has removed all customized settings, but problem still persists.
When starting up the computer, there is a very brief connect with the speaker (the speaker says : "PC connected"), but immediately followed by a disconnect (the speaker says : "PC disconnected")
I think there is an entry in the registry that prevents connecting with the speaker, but I am not able to identify it.

㈠インテルのソフトの自動バックアップがタイムアウトしたとのコメントが出て成功しません。
㈡Naxosのデータベースから音楽曲を屢々ダウンロードするのですが、ダウンロードした曲の音質が劣化したように感じます。レスポンスの遅さが禍しているのではないでしょうか?

ウイルスバスタークラウドがアクセス不能になりました

AusulogicsBootspeed pro11を利用して色々スキャンを行っていたところ、表題のウイルスバスタークラウドのアプリが開かなくなりプロパーティを見たところ「同期保留」となっていました。結局本Bootspeedの適用個所をいろいろ外してみてやっとウイルスソフトは復帰した次第です。
このようなことを避けるために今後ウイルスバスターの稼働に影響を与えると思われるBootSpeedの設定項目の詳細について教えて下さい。

Printer does not print...

Greetings,
After installing your product software, my HP Office Jet Pro 9010 series PCL-3 stopped printing.
Although the printer is wireless connected. The PC sees the printer. HP diagnostics says that the printer is working and connected.
So everything as far as I can observe is connected and working.

When I click the print button in WORD, the printer goes through its process, makes all the clicking sounds and it just stops without printing. I looked at the printer queue and the document loads, then it disappears from the queue and nothing happens.
The printer quiets down and stops dead. Although the printer is connected and on.

By the way, I have a 2 laptops also connected to the printer by WIFI. These laptops do not have your software installed on them. When I print from them, the printer works. So, I know that the printer is working correctly. Besides, it's new!

Installation error message

Now and then when I try to install something I get the error message in the sample pop up. I need this sorting out as I have tried many things to get rid of it to no avail. I do not even know what it is asking for. It claims is on another disk does it mean disk or harddrive? I am installing things on an extension drive as my C: is full. are there files on C: that it needs to install and maybe that is why it is asking me. Can I duplicate those files so that it can use the extension drive?
This message prevents me from installing certain programs that I need so like I said I need the relevant files that it is asking me for.

booster 11 for windows 10

hi,
i downloaded the booster 11 for windows 10.
the booster 11 shows as 32 bit. ideally i need a booster 11 64 bit.
i am using windows 10 on a 64bit system.

do i have to reinstall for booster 11 for 64 bit. if so, can you send me the link as it just auto-downloads the 32bit.

another questions is i have anti-malaware and everytime i shut down the computer and restart the next day, i have to reinstall all over again.
is it because of my anti-virus norton that i use? can you assist me on that as well.

Компьютер тормозит и зависает

В некоторые моменты зависает компьютер, иногда зависает отдельные поля(рабочий стол, панель задач, меню Пуск).
Курсором мыши возможно передвигать, но с различными программами невозможно взаимодействовать, а некоторые попросту не отвечают. Открытие вкладок и поисковые запросы в браузере выполняются очень медленно, а при просмотре видео(на том же Youtube) долго загружается.
Сначало подумал на выход из строя процессора, т.к он не слишком уж новый, да и проблема мне показалась такого рода. Почистил и заменил термопасту процессор, на вид он в хорошем состоянии(без сколов и царапин). После этого пол дня все было нормально но потом все продолжилось.
Дальше я начал искать решение проблемы в интернете, чего я только не перепробывал, и выключение службы Центра обновления Windows, проверки на вирусы и мусорные файлы, чистил реестр, дефрагментировал диски( для этого скачал данную программу). Только после дефрагментации дисков компьютер работал без перебоев и зависаний день, но на следующий все по новой.
Уже незнаю в чем может быть проблема, единственное на что подаю подозрения так это жетский диск, но и то не факт что это верно

Won't allow install

I hated too waste a question, I'm running version 12.0.0.4.
When i try to update to newer version 12.2.0.0 the screen blinks off and then back on.
I have tried the two arrows lower rignt corner only blinks and returns to same window i'm on.
When i go too tools and use the update button i geet the same result, flash on screen and back to same screen.

fed up with lack of space on C Drive...what am I doing wrong?

I am trying to do everything right. Vigilance, using auslogics and bitreplica, as well as duplicate file finder, however almost every day, my hardrive fills up, and I can barely get a file to open, due to lack of memory. I have done everything that I know, to try to have all files saved to onedrive, or icloud, but it doesn't seem to make any difference! The computer jams up, because it has reached maximum capacity! Why does this happen, when I am saving files to onedrive (cloud storage). I'm really about ready to chuck this new laptop into the rubbish bin. But.....all available 'new' laptops appear to only have minimal hard drive space. The retailer told me to save my files to the cloud, which is what I am doing, so why does the C drive continually fill up. I move stuff to an external hard drive, in an attempt to free up space, but as soon as bitreplica runs, I'm back to square one. I'm so frustrated, as it takes several minutes just to open a word document. Please please please, can you give me some guidance / direction as to what it is that I am doing wrong. Regards, Kerry

Unused Applications - Application Logs

When doing an All Areas Scan the Disk Space never is 'Nothing Found' the result because the following files are always there:
C:\Windows\System32\SleepStudy\ScreenOn\ScreenOnPowerStudyTraceSession-2020 How can I delete, disable the folders of these files. I have gone in to the final files and deleted them, at least I think I have, but the early folders are still there and the Application Logs appear again. How do I get rid of or disable these folders? Thanks!

My Gmail account in Windows mail won't send.

Hello, and Merry Christmas. My gmail in windows10 will receive mail, but will no longer send. I've tried deleting and re-installing trhe account several times. Any ideas? I have no problem using the Gmail website, but I like the Windows10 default mail.

Avira keeps deleting Boost Speed and all Auslogic *.exe files as a PUA.

Hi there,

I have been on mail with Mr. Alex Bratton of your Support Team. I am a registered purchaser of the Auslogics Boost Speed software, and I have had immense trouble with installing and running it as my Avira antivirus software keeps deleting all Auslogics *.exe files as PUAs having the virus "Auslogics.o" as reported in the Avira quarantine log.

Alex had suggested that I put Auslogics on the Avira scanner EXCEPTIONS list - which I did, but to no avail. Do they have an axe to grind with your software ? I have even sent an e-mail to Avira support telling them hat Auslogics software originates from a Company having its website www.auslogics.com, and to definately check both the antecedents of the Auslogics Company and their software as genuine and not PUA - and thus I requested them to reconsider the action against yyour software exe files. Theu have not yet got back to me regarding this.

I have so far installed and re-installed your Boost Speed software over 5 times since its purchase on 28.08.2019, and each time Avira deletes the *.exe files as well as the entire Auslogics folder in the C:\Program Files (x86) path, every time I shut-down and boot-up my laptop. And all this after making Auslogics an "exception" in the antivirus and real-time protection scanner settings of the Avira software .

Could your team please have a word with the Avira development team to resolve the vixing issue, as I am most certain there will be many othercustomers worldwide using both the Avira and the Aulogics softwares and facing these issues ?

I have actually reached a point of near frustration, as both the Avira and Auslogics softwares do a great job individually, but DO NOT LIKE EACH OTHER (cannot function together) as seen on my laptop !!

Kindly update me on a solution to this problem.

Запуск Виндовс

Доброго времени суток. После пользования вашим продуктом у меня стало чтото не то с загрузкой виндовс. Сначала все идет нормально. Загрузка биоса. Потом заставка загрузки виндовс. Потом у меня экран отключается и в таком состоянии минут 15. Экран от ПК не получает никаких сигналов. Как мне это отключить? Что бы была нормальная загрузка рабочего стола после заставки загрузки виндовс? Это началось сразу же после использование Ауслоджик Буст Спида. Откат системы я сделать не могу.

Не запускается Aslogics BoostSpeed

Добрый день, приобрел годовую подписку на Aslogics BoostSpeed 11. На компьютер и ноутбук установилась нормально и отлично работает (система Windows 10). Но на второй ноутбук установилась с трудом и не запускается, при запуске вылетает окно (принтскрин во вложении). Скачивал с сайта и переустанавливал несколько раз - не помогает, программа не запускается. Система Windows Vista Home, ноутбук ужк возрастной.

Auslogics Driver Updater 1.23.0.2

Уже не первый раз встроенный антивирус Windows 10 "ругается" на программу, после чего удаляет DriverUpdaterHelper.dll, выдаёт код ошибки 0х0000007Е, и просит переустановить программу. А сейчас при попытке загрузки сетапа с вашего сайте пишет, что она содержит вредоносную программу. Пожалуйста, подскажите, как мне решить данную проблему, чтобы на будущее я с ней не сталкивался? Форма техподдержки непосредственно по вашим программам не работает ни через Мозиллу, ни через Хром, сообщения не отправляются, поэтому пишу здесь. Пожалуйста, сбросьте мой счётчик бесплатных вопросов.

My wireless driver is not working

This is the second time this has happened and it has something to do with this softwarre Auslogics 11 after a deep scan took place. But now I cant restore the driver because it seems to be blocked,
The diagnostic's say "Windows can not bind the IP protocol stack to the network."
This is with my wireless adapter and not with my LAN, But I need my wireless adapter asap. Yes I have tried reinstalling the driver and it says the same thing,
