I've run two different anti-virus programs (including your Anti-Malware) and I also have your driver updater. Plus I made sure that I have the latest version of Logitech's LogiCapture software. And it does not appear that there were any Windows updates (other than Defender) since last week.
So...at this point I cannot use my webcam and I'm fairly certain it was due to some change made within BoostSpeed.
Please help me fix this. Is there an audit log in BoostSpeed that shows what settings were changed?

Обновил всевозможные драйвера, обновил биос(правда теперь появилась надпись при запуске "Checking media...").
Проверил состояние батареи через консоль(часть отчета прикрепил файлом) и там осташееся емкость 12 октября остановилось на одном значении, т.е. батарея не заряжается и не разряжается.
Что делать в данной ситуации, чтобы ноутбуком вновь можно было пользоваться автономно?

Just upgraded to latest BoostSpeed 11 and have a problem I NEVER had with the precious version ~ 245 traces in the broswer SKIPPED! Made repeated attempts, alwys 245 skipped! Not good!-
PS, forcing a "Subcatagory" selrection makes ZERO sense. the categoriars are inane!
This is obviously some several GB of data judging by the number of blocks occupied in this manner - but I am unablæe to find out what these files are, what they are called, what purpose they serve or where they are on the drive. They are spread out across the system drive and thus prevent defrag running a free space defragmentation, and thus casue even more fragmentation when new files are added to the drive.
I have tried tio google this problem but have not found any reference to it. Auslogics defrag is the only untility that tells me these file exist - but no more than that.
Can you advice - what are these files, and how do I get rif them and run the usually perfect free space defrag?

I recently installed Microsoft Office 2019 on my Win 10 computer. Each time I use your Bootspeed 11 software, and when I access my Office 2019 software, I get an error message "Operatng system is not presently configured to run this application". What can I do to correct this? I am reluctant to use Auslogics software if it continues to prevent me from accessing my MS office software. Please advise. Thank you.
I am not new to Aulogics - great product! However, I am a new Aulogics 11 user. In Aulogics, in trying to bypass Windows 10 Logon on my Lenovo, I believe the password that was pre-autofilled may have been incorrect? I chose by-pass Windows logon, however when my laptop restarts the first User screen tells me my Password is incorrect. How do I fix this in Aulogics? Any help would be appreciated! ~Catherine Trager
I remember that I had an option in previous versions that allowed me to change things in Windows like Legal Rights, or Comments page before login to Windows or right after it.
However, I cant find what is that option in the current version. Could you please help me out?

Desktop just started on off when sitting in sleep mode, A tried to update Microsoft Windows 10, took update, Still on off multi. times daily B, tried System restore tells me could not preform System Restore Still on ,off mode , C What setting in resuce center would fix this System Restore problem.s all from same date around System 3 or 4 from same date close to restore point date. Is Boostspeed 11 causing this problem
Hello Support. On 02/13/20 I purchased an iBUYPOWER gaming desktop from BestBuy:
•model BB971 which includes the TUF B365M-PLUS Gaming ASUS motherboard, Intel 15-9400F, 6-Core 2.9GHz (4.1 GHz Turbo) NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 6GB. It has a 240GB solid state drive & 1TB SATA III hard drive. And includes Windows 10 home edition. (see CPUID report attached for further description)
However it continues to freeze up at various times throughout the day for typically about 4 seconds. So I tried a number of repairs after researching this problem on the internet; where I saw that many other people have had this same issue. None of those repairs have worked so far. Notably, I have NOT revised the BIOS as it appears to have the latest version: 1201 dated 07/15/19.
Do you have a solution for this? I love this desktop and have already loaded all my applications, so really don’t want to return it for a new one.
I have premium I used the auslogics free updater to download updates and dnow my computer is bootlooping it dosent even get to the windows screen what can I do I have all sorts of problems with your software please adise what I can do pc boots then turns off boots then turns of or tries to boot,this was fater I updated a driver that I was told was out of date by your system.

everytime i open anything that using high resources (Google Chrome, firefox, editing app, another apps)
its fine, nothing slow with the google chrome and the apps
but when i closing the Apps that already took up my PC resources 70%,
the CPU and RAM usage back normal
and the windows is very very slow
like the Start Menu is Delay , File explorer slow launch (launch when 5-6 seconds)
anything i can do?
I have both the boostspeed 11.5 and the defrag ultimate
It seems like the integrated defrag in boostspeed 11.5 is the old version not the new ultimate
What would be the advantage of getting the ultimate version if it is not integrated - what does the integrated version NOT do that the ultimate version does?
