Everytime I sleep my computer instead of shutting it down and then go back on later to use it and then shut it down it freezes while loading the shutdown. Same thing when I go to restart it. When I don't sleep it before shutting it down it shut's down/restarts without any issues.
Sometimes it says, "Windows has ran into an error, please wait while we send the error report :)". And at the bottom of this page it says please tell your computer expert (something like that) the following: Memory_Management Error 004. After the this page reaches 100% (for sending error report) it just freezes.
The only way I can shut down my computer when all of the above happens is holding the power button down.
Somewhere in there something uninstalled my "conexant and real hd audio drivers." Sounds simple enough for me to just go download and reinstall, but ive done that several times and they never show up. I have tried manually downloading and installing, and also let HP installer attempt to install the drivers. But they still don't even show up anywhere on my computer, not on C drive, not under "conexant" file (where there is just USB driver).
I have tried doing system restore like 4 times to put the computer back to an earlier date (when my audio still worked), still no drivers show up. Even my computer will say after the attempted restore point process, "failed to restore system."
So my computer has audio via bluetooth, but not through the headphone jack line in or the laptop speakers. I work in audio and video, so this is an issue. I am literally 3 days late in completing my video projects because i get get sound on this laptop... and getting sound via bluetooth won't cut it with the delay and wrong speaker connections.
I have somewhere in the neighborhood of 100+ apps that i've installed on my computer for video and audio, software keys, licensing programs, etc... amongst others. It took me around 2 weeks to install all of those. I do not want to have to do a complete reinstall of windows to get this my computer to work. Can you please help me figure out what I need to do to get this thing fixed? Any help is appreciated!
I have a 1Gbps connection and before I used to get between 700Mbps to 800Mbps down and 250Mbps up. My last test at speedtest.net was 87.6 Mbps down and and 62.7 Mbps. (Cannot even hit a 100Mbps.) I have the latest drivers and unistalled the device and reinstalled it. Did not run internet optimization after the reinstall and ther results are the same. Auslogics Boostspeed 12 changed something somewhere and I cannot figure out where. I have spent a few days trying to resolve this problem. I really do not want to go back and spend a a couple days reformatting and reinstalling eveything again.
Also just to note at the bottom of the screen where it shows CPU % HDD % Ram % the NET % shows 0 when it used to work before. Even the networking in Taskmanger shows 0% usage even though I have a slow connectionn there is no usage showing.

I thought about purchasing a new Network Adapter however I am a retired FF/Medic and live on a tight budget and cannot really afford it and then to discover that did not fix the issue either.
After installing your product software, my HP Office Jet Pro 9010 series PCL-3 stopped printing.
Although the printer is wireless connected. The PC sees the printer. HP diagnostics says that the printer is working and connected.
So everything as far as I can observe is connected and working.
When I click the print button in WORD, the printer goes through its process, makes all the clicking sounds and it just stops without printing. I looked at the printer queue and the document loads, then it disappears from the queue and nothing happens.
The printer quiets down and stops dead. Although the printer is connected and on.
By the way, I have a 2 laptops also connected to the printer by WIFI. These laptops do not have your software installed on them. When I print from them, the printer works. So, I know that the printer is working correctly. Besides, it's new!

Boostspeed runs every Sunday morning as part of scheduled maintenance I set-up. After it runs, I am prompted to re-enter my product key for Fences. I do this and Fences works fine. This is a nuicance though as I should not need to do this - the Fences registration is valid. Given the timing is consistent, I am assuming Boostpeed is causing this issue.
Several weeks ago, I did exempt my Anti-Virus software from scanning the Fences folder which contains the registration certificate. However, the prompts continue.
If Boostspeed is indeed causing this issue, is there a way to have it avoid removing/maninpulating the registration of this software so I don't have to re-enter the product code weekly?

Lately (last several weeks) the vast majority of my on-screen selections require a 'double click' on the mouse in order for advancing. How can I correct this so movement on-screen can be accomplished with just a single click on the mouse? Could this be an associated problem with Boostspeed's notice of "Hish system resource usage detected' and I "might experience extreme PC slowdown"?
I really cant type out the problems im having all because there are so many... I just got a Performace Scan message from Auglogics as I am typing this message stating "its been 6 days since your last scan" but im afraid to run anything on auglogics. I need a Tech that knows computers very well to remote connect to my laptop and see if they can fix some if not all of these problems that came about. I will list some of the problems I am encountering but first I want to say that everthing did work before. I used to be a windows insider but now my diagnostic data is set to basic and i cant chage it to full.. In yellow, at the top of the windows settings page it now says that I do not have authorization or this setting is being controlled by your organizer. I dont have an Organizer. Ive never seen that Yellow Font orginazation control lock or what ever it is, ever before until about a week ago when i ran the last scan with auglogics. Its not just on that Diagnostic sending part, I find that I get that controlled by my orginazation lock out on all kinds of settings and controls. I work as a heavy equipment machinery driver and work doesnt even have comptures, im not in school or connected to any school account.. I bought my own brand new laptop about 3 months ago, its connected on my home network Optimum Internet and my outlook account isnt attached to anything but my Xbox One X and like i said it was never there before... I cant type in any Windows app or the task bar without having to hit the windows key + R and enter C:\Windows\System32\ctfmon.exe and then it works, but needs to be done everytime i turn my laptop on... I used to always have my Samsung Fit 64 gig tiny flat USB and my SDXC 64 gig 170Mbps read/write card set to enable read and write and catch. Not Readyboost.. but now i cant do that. both USB and SDXC are all over the place.. I have gigabyte speed from optimum and yet my whole computer runs slow... I cant type in the search bar and get my apps show up, or update, or power plan. nothing... AND for some reason, Ive NEVER had 4 accounts. when i turn my laptop on i can only log into my account like normal. but then when you look at the account users, theres administrator, then there is like 3 accounts of my name.. i dont know what to do
I was on Insider program which loaded enterprise edition a few years ago.
When computer crashed it reloaded a windows 10 home and now wants me to activate the 10 program. I paid for a win 10 home edition but it will not accept the activation code because of the enterpirse edition I just use without the activation. I tried talking to microsoft and not any answer.
warum geht bei obigem Prozess ständig meine CPU derartig in die Höhe, dass oft 40-50% davon verbrucht wird.

I have a Samsung Portable SSD T5 (1Terabyte) connected to my Lenovo Ideapad PC Laptop (running Windows 10 64bit) via the USB 3 port.
Windows and Samsung SSD software are both up-to-date. When I run the Windows 10 Disc Optimiser it does not detect the Samsung SSD and only shows my harddrive SSD therefore I cannot optimise it using Windows 10. I have tried connecting it to the other USB ports on my PC (these are both USB 2) but the result is the same.
Do you have any idea what can be causing this and is there a solution ?
(My Samsung SSD is detected by BoostSpeed 11 in the "Optimize" section)

I have asked this question before and the help I got didn't help one bit.
The Dashboard keeps popping up at the most inconveniant times to the point of be annoying.
When the Dashboard pops up everything stops until I acknowledge it or close it.
It always pops up while I'm gaming, while working with photos, reading my e-mail, and even while I'm working with my annimation programs and interfears with anything else to the point I'm beginning to think you created a virus program.
This has got to stop.
The other previous versions never did this and Im not the only one having the same problem.
I have several friends and family members I talked into buying this program who are having the same problem with theirs also.
Thats Seven (7) people besides me who are about to ask for refunds if we can't stop the Dashboard popups.
I have tried everything I could find from unchecking notices to automatic maintinance and the popups still continue.
Even the suggestions you gave me didn't help stop the pops.
Our 60 days is coming up on the 17th of this month for asking for our refunds.
Help us or refund us.
