Recovering Deleted Files
How do I recover my delted One Drive files that were deleted when I upograded to Pro Vestion 13

Ok ..so Ill just tell my problem: I started getting unsuccessful access tries constantly for mm a year ,it wassnt like that before, and i dont know from where or why.. my Mobile? But some are from Firefox and i dont have it anywhere anymore Have you seen something like this before? I have a picture ..screenshot

I downloaded Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 Free Edition and read about tasks that would help the speed of my laptop. The only section I used was delete unused programs. It showed me a list and I selected about seven or eight items. And later I opened
my desktop and realized I had lost about 30 shortcut Icons. Many that I still use.
I read thru the inforrmation to try to reverse my action. I used the recovery section but keep seeing a popup window telling me to
turn off my anti-virus and firewall and no data was exchanged (I used a restore date one week earlier.) I tried three different restore dates and they all failed with the same pop-up. My question -is there a procedure for correcting my mistake and possibly recovering my desktop icons? Thanks for any direction.

Yesterday I ran Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 and it messed up my ability to get into MSEdge. It wasnt until late last night that I figured out what happened but I don't know how to fix it. After running the scan and after clicking on the repair/fix it button, a small screen pops us and asks me to close the following files. They are all msedge.exe (6 or more), but it didn't do that this time and has stopped me from being able to get in MicroSoft Edge. Has my copy of Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 been compromised, have I missed and update or is something else going on? Can you help e with this?

Two weeks ago I cleaned things up with your program..I rememeber cleaning "empty folders". Not sure if I touched registry clean.
I recently have noticed that my outlook email querries (IMAp etc) does not do a proper search . Only a few items related to the question show up.
Also Onenote desktop does not search and find all items. On other computers One note and outlook work fine. On my main desktop, (which has your program) some items are found on the search but not all that should be there in the querry.
On Onenote web on this machine, all items are searched and work.. Other computers work fine. But onenote deskotop on this one machine only finds few items related to the question. Talking to microsoft they think somethinkg happended to windows search in registry.
Can I recover what might ave been deleted in the cleanup. Are files deleted, stored somewere
Any ideas re the problem.

HP Probook crashes

I need to know why my laptop crashes when using Auslogics Disk Defrag Pro 11. I've have this program on other devices and it works flawlessly. The program works as it should until it reaches 88% and then it crashes the system and I have to do a hard shutdown which really shouldn't be done. I've uninstalled the Disk Defrag and reinstalled it and the same result. Crashes at 88%.
What could be the issue. This is the only app in use to defrag. Using Win 10 Pro with 16gb of ram, 500 gb SSD and AMD A8 processor at 1.8ghz.
Also I've been using Boost Speed with no hitches but decided due to cost to just subscribe to Disk Defrag only.

Boot Speed, or Restart Speed
The main reason I bought this program was to help increase my boot speed. it's 4 minutes and 15 seconds. After running the Pro version of the program the boot speed is still the same. I deselected a bunch of items in the startup screen and it's still the same. I don't understand why it takes so long. I think it's device issue, like my pc is just stuttering randomly for no reason
So my pc stutters randomly for one second or less or more, when im idle watching yt it happens for no reason, and when im playing games it happens more often and bc of it i can't play games smoothly and it wasn't like that before.
Pc specs:
- Intel Core i7-2600 CPU
- 8 Gb ram ddr3
- 1050 ti geforce gtx gaming
- Windows 10

I cannot switch Location on in privacy settings i have scoured the web and tried numerous "fixes" under Services and Registry to no avail i think it maybe something to do with the Administration profile login, I have tried creating another admin login "Test" but the problem persists, I have even upgraded to windows 10 Pro but still the issue is thier would appreciate a fix. Basically, I do not need ANY more start-up items added, yet certain software, apps and websites seem to find a way to put themselves in my Start Up Menu / Services without my express permission. How do I fully stop new items being added, please?

My Computer is Running Very Slow and I cannot get this one Windows Update to Install- HELP
I work from home of course and my Lenovo is running extremely slow and making noise like it is trying to complete an update. I do have one update 2021-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for x86-based Systems (KB5003173) that everytime I try to install it is errors out. I have received two different error codes (0x8007007e), I ran the windows trouble shooter, and now I am receiving error code (0x8000ffff). I downloaded your Auslogics and did a full scan for all the free options you offer and still am receiving this error message and my PC is super slow

Why don't I have any streaming sound on prime video, you tube, netflix, etc. after you scan and resolve? Very annoying. How to I fix this, so I can enjoy my videos.

slow internet
Since installing your software and optimizing my internet has gradually slowed down to a crawl. After checking all other issues I could think of I went to rescue centre and reverted back to only restore date available which in itself was unusual as when going through the various tools a couple of weeks ago there were 3 or 4 restore dates. After doing a restore the internet speed improved but after a day or so it is right back to a crawl. I do run a VPN for security but disabling the VPN makes no difference. Any suggestions as where to look?

Периодически всплывает уведомление о повышенном потреблении ресурсов. По клику открывается Task Manager, из информации в котором я понимаю только, что процессор загружен на 100%, оперативная память тоже. Я и сам замечаю, что компьютер часто тормозит и процессор нагревается до 50 градусов.
Компьютер новый (моноблок Lenovo, W10), программ в автозагрузке не более десяти. Прежний моноблок, которому более пяти лет с W 8.1, на котором установлено гораздо больше программ, ведёт себя гораздо резвее.
И что со всем этим делать? В Task Manager не вижу каких-либо инструментов. Уж не сама ли ваша программа Auslogics Boost Speed 11 тормозит систему?
