Pro version ?

Noticed my Boostspeed progaram has the activate pro version on the bottom of the screen when i have already registered it.

Plus the last time i used driver updater it updated my pc then restarted it and it would not boot up no matter what i tried, I then had to reinstall windows with a backup. not used driver updater since.

Admin. Blocked

When trying to open Boostspeed, I am getting a popup stating Admin Blocked, go to an Administrator Integrator.exe. How can I clear this. If I re-download the basic program will open, when I type in my registration code, I'm sent to the store pager in AOL. Any help with this problem would be appreaciated.

Не активируется программа при наличии лицензионного ключа

Добрый день! Образовались проблемы с Вашей программой: не активируется про версия (у меня есть подписка и лицензионный ключ), не запускается программа отдель после закрытия ( пишет: "Администратор заблокировал доступ к этому приложению". Очень странно, ведь я этого не делал)) и подтормаживания и общие сбои в работе приложения, хотя система весьма мощная и не хватку мощности можно смело исключить. Как быть? Что делать?

Hello,
I have been using Boostspeed pro for years, and now the software only opens in the free version, even when I copy the activation key received in December by email.
A window appears, saying "Registered software", yet the software remains in free version.
Can you help me solve this problem?

Beim Versuch, Boost Speed von der Taskleiste aus zu öffnen, erscheint folgende Mitteilung:
"Diese App wurde aus Sicherheitsgründen blockiert.
Ein Administrator hat die Ausführung dieser App blockiert
Weitere Informationen erhalten Sie vom Administrator.
Integrator.exe"
Ich bin selbst der Administrator meines Systems, sehe aber keine Möglichkeit, den Fehler zu beheben.

Pro Version

Why won't my system allow me to upgrade to Pro Version? I have started getting a message - An Administrator has blocked you from using this App. That's not righty because I am the administrator and have checked my settings and can't see anything wrong. I have re-installed program and un-installed a few things that might be causing conflict and still can't find problem.

Cannot open Auslogics 12 on my other laptop

Hi, this may have come through twice, sorry if it has, but I have 3 laptops which I pay to use your excellent software. My other laptop, a Lenovo T520 is showing an error message from MS ...the adminsitrator has blocked me from running the auslogics app. It then says contact the adminsitrator...I am the adminsitrator ..the only user of that machine. Does MS have a problem with Auslogics? Can you help me sort this problem out and enable me to open your software as and wehen I need to...weekly? VMT Chris

My BoostSpeed app will not recognise my Pro status

Examples of this issue in the atchd doc.

My BoostSpeed is the Pro level app and it is good for another 300+ days. However, the app does not know this fact. It will not allow me access to the Pro features. It requires me to buy the Pro level features. I do not understand how the app indicates I have Pro yet at the same time the app thinks I only have the free version.

I do have and have paid for Pro for the 300 days.

When I tired to re-register the Pro license key, it indicates I'm already Pro registered. Yeah, that's obvious. Why doesn't the app know this?

Boostspeed lost Pro licence

I have a Pro licence for Boostspeed and for Malware but both appear to be disabled. If I try to activate the program and enter the activation key I initially get a message saying that the program is registered. However it isn't and the the status is still to upgarde or acivate Pro.

If I close the program completely and try to re-run I get a message saying that the administrator is blocking me via integrator.exe,
however I am the administrator.

Hope you can help.

Здраствуйте мне очень нужна Ваша помощь, у меня не отрывает страницы ни один браузер .Интернет есть , есть гугл , есть опера . но не открывает . не работают ссылки . Иными словами даже не появляются окна после нажатия ярлыка картинки на которые клацаещь а толку нет. Интернет есть показывает статус что все работает , ошибок не находит программа сканирования ... Application will not recognize Pro version

Hi there,

I have an active license key and discovered today that the app reverted to the free version. I put in my license key and it notes activation to be successful, however still runs as the free version.

To note: I have been unable to access the app itself without having to go into the administrator Windows account, which is a new finding since today as well. Not sure if that's related.

Any help would be great. Thanks.

Sir,

I don't know how to use Auslogics BootSpeed11 yet and just did something like scanning etc... .
Now, could it be that by using this program that some websites be blocked by, because of security issues for example ?
If so, how can I get this blocked sites back to use ?

I don't think this should be happen but it's just a question.

Certificates

Good evening,
I have an issue with my computer no longer reading the certificates when I insert my id card into a card reader on my computer. I've tested the card reader on different computers with windows 10 as well. So it's not the device or id card. I tested different card readers to no avail as well. It seems to be a softare issue that I think Austologics is blocking or something else. I've tried different browers and that also did not lead to any success.

Updating to the newer software

Everytime I try to update the software, it goes through all the steps, but does not do the update. It continues to show the original version and reminds me to update again. I have tried this about 10 times with no success.

speaker icon

after todays update the sound icon when clicked upon appears ok but as soon as the mouse is moved to adjust the sound the icon disappears
What can I do to bring it back to normal?
By the way: the subcategory is too limited to direct the problem to the right technician in the correct dept.

Добрый день, пользуюсь программой раз в месяц уже в течение года. Но при крайней "чистке" комьютера решил воспользоваться утилитой "удаление пустых папок" в первый раз. Процесс занял много времени, после чего перезагружал компьютер и все работало стабильно как и всегда. Но на следующий день при использовании ПК началась проблема с автоматическим переключением программ. Постараюсь объяснить. То есть при использовании например хрома, пишешь сообщение и винда сама "AltTab'ается", только не на сторонее приложение, а куда-то в пустоту на 1-2 сек и обратно переключается на используемое приложение. Даже сейчас, я пишу это, и раз в 10 сек программа выключается на пару секунд. Думал что проблема в клавиатуре или еще чём, но так ничего и не нашел.

It shows Windos cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropiate permissiong to access the item. I reformated my pc and its the same.

I recently used Auslogics to clean my computer. I believe I went to "optimize" to perform a deeper clean up. The question came up at the end to clean which I clicked on. My printer is now showing default, I cannot get it to connect to my internet either by the "wizard" or manually. HELP!!!

Csnnot access new PC from other PCs on LAN

I have a private home LAN with three Windows 10 PCs that are sharing files & folders among themselves with no problem - I just click their PC name under Network in File Explorer. Problem is, I just set up a new Win 10 PC but when I click on that new PC's name under Network in File Explorer on any of the existing three PCs I get an error msg saying I don't have permission to access the new PC.

I made the new PC discoverable and not pwd-protected, just like the other three. I set up the Documents folder in the new PC to be shared by Everyone with Full permissions. All four PCs are running Win 10 (ver. 2004). All are wired Ethernet desktop PCs except one existing PC is a Wi-Fi laptop.

This situation is weird because everything works fine when I go to the Search box (next to the Start icon) on any of the other PCs and type \\NewPC\Users\UName\Documents\. The same good result occurs when I set up a shortcut targeting \\NewPC\Users\UName\Documents\.

There is no hardware/connectivity problem because the new PC is seen by all the others and I can access the shared Documents folder\files in either of the two ways just described above.

Am I missing a setting, or something else? Thanks for any help.

Sounds like a quiet popping when playing music offline or online.

Also videos like youtube or anything will glitch for a second at random for no reason. I have factory reset this PC and have not fixed it yet. I don't know if it's windows 10 or this new PC but it is quite annoying My old PC that I gave away never had this problem, but it was also windows 7. Also I don't know the device or subcategory, but I had to put something :|

IMEがスキャン後停止する。

Windows10のinsider Programに参加しています。 Boostspeed10を1年半ほど使っており、Win10 build188xxごろまでは問題がありませんでした。ところがそれ以降のビルドから、IMEが無効になるようになり、Windows のバグかと思っていました。
ところが、ふと思いついてBoostSpeedのスキャンで削除したファイルを戻すと、IMEが復活しました。 Windowsのアップデートの際にBoostspeedとバッティングするような変更があったのかもしれないと思っています。

今、Boostspeed11を使っており、システムにかかわる項目を大幅に外して使っています。
いつも使うのは クリーンアップと保護です。
トラブルはIMEだけですので、IMEにかかわる項目だけ外してスキャンしたいとおもいます。
クリーアップ・保護の項目で外すべきものをお教えください。
