reports not working
Dear gordon,
Thank you for posting your question on our forum.
Could you please specify what default browser you have been using in order to open reports? Kindly try setting another browser as the default one and re-open reports in it.
If the problem persists, please send us an email message with your system information report and the program’s debug log.
To collect the debug logs, please:
1. Exit BoostSpeed/Registry Cleaner (depending on which program you are having a problem with) with ‘File’ -> ‘Close’ menu command. Make sure that BoostSpeed/Registry Cleaner is not running. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del, go to the process monitor and stop BoostSpeed/Registry Cleaner if it is running.
2. Download and unpack the archive by the link:
For BoostSpeed

For Registry Cleaner
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1i93ZyUNH5qOWcjavem_rwetSgQ1TzkWl/view?usp=sharing
3. Run the Auslogics_BoostSpeed_12.reg or Auslogics_Registry_Cleaner_9.reg file and agree to add the data to the registry when prompted. Then run BoostSpeed/Registry Cleaner, answer 'NO' when the program asks you to disable debug mode and perform the actions that led to the issue. Wait for BoostSpeed/Registry Cleaner to crash/finish, reboot your PC and check the "C:\ProgramData\Auslogics\BoostSpeed\12.x\Logs\" or C:\ProgramData\Auslogics\Registry Cleaner\9.x\Logs folder for the files with .log extension. Archive this folder.
To get your system information report, press Start -> Run, type in MSINFO32 and press the Enter button. Save the report using the File -> Save menu option.
Once you’ve obtained this information, please pack it into an archive and email it to us at support@auslogics.com in a single message.
Thanks in advance for the additional information, and we look forward to hearing from you.
