Disk help

I downloaded a disk accidently from a ad do you know what this means because now whenever I turn my pc on it says checking for disks for something


I just put download because I cant make question without

2. What file did you download? Maybe you have any of the installation files left in your Download folder?

5. Please describe in a bit more detail the issue you are having and how would you like it fixed?
