Dear Graham,
Thank you for posting your question on our forum.
To be able to identify the problem, we will need some additional information.
Could you please send us Registry Cleaner Debug mode logs? For this:
1. Exit Registry Cleaner. Make sure that Auslogics programs are not running. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del , go to process monitor and make sure that Auslogics processes are not running. If any of the processes are running please stop them via process monitor.
2. Download and unpack the archive from here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/138KExwt8jQtbpBIM9YHCrbW1xoWIq8Cm/view?usp=sharing and run the Auslogics_Registry_Cleaner_10.reg file, agree to add the data to the registry when prompted.
3. Then run Registry Cleaner and say ‘NO’ when it asks you if you’d like to disable the debug mode .
4. Run all usual actions that lead to this issue.
5. When the PC reboots, check the C:\ProgramData\Auslogics\Registry Cleaner\10.x\Logs folder for the file registrycleaner.log. Archive this folder and send it to our Support Team at support@auslogics.com.
Additionally (if possible), please send us a screencast showing your actions while using Registry Cleaner. Or (if that is not possible) describe it in detail in text.
Thank you in advance for the additional information, and we look forward to hearing from you.
