trojan PDM:Trojan.win32 Généric
Bonsoir,un virus trojan PDM:Trojan.win32 Généric a infecté mon ordinateur.On le trouve dans temp.bat.Je n'arrive pas à m'en défaire .Il n'apparait dans aucune analyse et m'empêche de créer des sauvegardes ou de copier des dossiers sur un autre disque extérieu.Il me demande de les formater et puis c'est foutu.Pouvez vous m'aider à m'en défaire.Cordialement

Do not format the external drive or connect additional backup drives until the system has been checked.
First, disconnect unnecessary external drives and run a Microsoft Defender Offline scan.
This scans the system outside the normal Windows environment and can detect malware that is difficult to remove while Windows is running.
You can also run a full scan with your security software after Windows starts again. Good options are Malwarebytes, Kaspersky, ESET Online Scanner.
If you can provide the full path to temp.bat, the exact antivirus detection message, and the exact message Windows displays when you connect the external drive, the cause can be narrowed down considerably.
