HDD and SSD Issues

What am I doing wrong? Every time I open Auslogics SSD Oprimizer 2 and look at the SSD Optimization screen it reports that "SSD Optimization: Disabled". I will flip the option back to Enabled I receive the System 100% Optimized for SSD message. Then the next time I open Auslogics SSD Oprimizer 2 the service is back to Disabled.

I didn't know what catagory this fell under but when I went to my "about" heading in my settings it said that I had a 128g Virtual hard drive on my system from Intel, was wondering how it got there seeing that I don't even know what Virtual drive is let alone how to install one on my computer. Any info you have would be appreciated, thank you, James.
